Background
With the increasing capacity of the power grid, a plurality of power devices are required to be added, and the power devices are provided with sampling and control circuits, so that secondary wiring is inevitably required.
The existing wiring terminals are all pressed by screws, the pressing procedures all need manual inspection, and pressing indication is not provided, so that the wiring speed is low, the virtual connection condition is easy to occur, and certain accident potential exists. In order to solve the problems of extremely low wiring and inspection efficiency and virtual connection, a quick wiring terminal for preventing the virtual connection is urgently needed.

In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the fixing wheel for the anti-virtual connection quick wiring terminal, which solves the problem of virtual connection of wiring and improves the wiring and inspection efficiency.

the outer contour of the end face 1 comprises a first indicating surface 101, a second indicating surface 102, a wiring surface 103 and a crimping surface 104 in four main directions; a rotation handle insertion hole 3 is arranged on the end surface between the first indicating surface 101 and the second indicating surface 102, a second rotation stop surface 107 is arranged between the second indicating surface 102 and the wiring surface 103, a transition surface 105 is arranged between the wiring surface 103 and the crimping surface 104, and a first rotation stop surface 106 is arranged between the first indicating surface 101 and the crimping surface 104; the distance from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the wiring plane 103 is d1, the distance from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the pressing plane 104 is d3, the distances from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the transition plane 105, the first rotation stop plane 106 and the second rotation stop plane 107 are d2, and d1< d3< d 2.
The contact surface of the crimping surface 104 is partially tooth-shaped, and the crimping teeth have hardness.
The transition surface 105 is provided with a groove, so that the secondary cable cannot be forced to move when the crimping surface 104 rotates to the wiring surface 103.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the distance from the fixing shaft to the wiring surface 103 is d1, the distance from the fixing shaft to the crimping surface 104 is d3, the distances from the fixing shaft to the transition surface 105, the rotation stopping surface 1106 and the rotation stopping surface 2107 are d2, d1< d3< d2, the wiring surface 103 is effectively connected to the crimping surface 104 through the transition surface 105, and the limiting is realized.
2. The transition surface 105 of the invention is provided with a groove, so that when the crimping surface 104 rotates to the wiring surface 103, the secondary cable is not stressed on the transition surface, and the movement of the secondary cable is prevented.
3. In the invention, the part of the contact surface of the crimping surface 104 is in a tooth shape, and the crimping teeth have proper hardness, thereby not only increasing the pressure of the lead, but also providing a certain deformation space for the crimping teeth.
4. The invention realizes integration of multiple functions, reduces the use of materials and original devices and realizes quick wiring.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a fixed wheel for a virtual connection preventing quick wiring terminal. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a fixed wheel provided by an embodiment of the invention, wherein the fixed wheel is a circular device with a fixed rotating shaft.
A fixed wheel for a virtual connection preventing quick wiring terminal comprises an end face 1, a fixed shaft 2 is arranged at the axis of rotation of the end face 1, and a rotating handle insertion hole 3 is formed in the end face 1;
the outer contour of the end face 1 comprises a first indicating surface 101, a second indicating surface 102, a wiring surface 103 and a crimping surface 104 in four main directions; a rotation handle insertion hole 3 is arranged on the end surface between the first indicating surface 101 and the second indicating surface 102, a second rotation stop surface 107 is arranged between the second indicating surface 102 and the wiring surface 103, a transition surface 105 is arranged between the wiring surface 103 and the crimping surface 104, and a first rotation stop surface 106 is arranged between the first indicating surface 101 and the crimping surface 104; the distance from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the wiring plane 103 is d1, the distance from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the pressing plane 104 is d3, the distances from the axis of the fixing shaft 2 to the transition plane 105, the first rotation stop plane 106 and the second rotation stop plane 107 are d2, and d1< d3< d 2.
Fig. 2 and 3 show a cross-sectional view and a front view of a pressing surface of the fixed wheel provided by the embodiment of the invention, wherein part of the contact surface of the pressing surface 104 is in a tooth shape, and the pressing teeth have proper hardness.
Fig. 4 and 5 show a cross-sectional view and a front view of a transition surface of a fixed wheel provided by an embodiment of the invention, and the transition surface 105 is provided with a groove so that the secondary cable is not stressed when the crimping surface 104 is rotated to the wiring surface 103.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the rotation handle is inserted into the rotation handle insertion hole 3 and the secondary cable is inserted into the wiring surface 103, the rotation handle is rotated to rotate the end surface 1 around the fixed shaft 2, so that the crimping surface of the secondary cable passes from the wiring surface 103 to the crimping surface 104 through the transition surface 105. Because the distance from the fixing shaft 2 to the wiring surface 103 is d1, the distance from the fixing shaft to the crimping surface 104 is d3, the distances from the fixing shaft to the transition surface 105, the rotation stopping surface 1106 and the rotation stopping surface 2107 are d2, and d1< d3< d2, the wiring surface 103 is effectively connected to the crimping surface 104 through the transition surface 105, and the limit of the fixing wheel is realized.
The transition surface 105 is provided with a groove, so that when the crimping surface 104 rotates to the wiring surface 103, the secondary cable on the transition surface is not stressed, and the secondary cable is prevented from moving.
The part of the contact surface of the crimping surface 104 is in a tooth shape, and the crimping teeth have proper hardness, so that the pressure of the lead is increased, and a certain deformation space is provided for the crimping teeth.
