Abstract
本公开提供一种显示像素电路结构及显示面板。其中,该显示像素电路结构包括像素电路和补偿电路,像素电路通过侦测线与补偿电路电连接,所述补偿电路包括第一模块和第二模块。在侦测过程中,所述第一模块用于经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入侦测信号,所述第二模块用于经由所述侦测线侦测并存储所述像素电路的驱动晶体管的阈值电压,在显示过程中,所述第一模块用于基于所存储的所述阈值电压经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入经补偿的数据信号,以补偿所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压的偏移。采用本公开提供的技术方案,可以实现更高像素密度的产品。
Description
技术领域
本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示像素电路结构及显示面板。
背景技术
LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器件)属于电压驱动型,OLED(OrganicLight Emitting Diode,有机发光器件)、Mini-LED、Micro-LED属于电流驱动型。其中,AMOLED作为新一代的显示技术,相较于传统的LCD显示技术,其具备更高的对比度、更快的反应速度和更广的视角目前广泛地应用于智能手机领域。并且,经过对技术的不断优化,AMOLED显示技术的应用更有机会拓展至智能电视、可穿戴设备等领域。
与OLED器件相同,AMOLED器件也属于电流驱动型。在电流驱动型的显示器件(例如OLED)中,以阵列形式分布在显示面板中的TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)的Vth(Threshold Voltage,阈值电压)决定着驱动OLED的发光电流。因此,电流驱动型显示器件对TFT的电性变化更为敏感。例如,TFT阈值电压的漂移会影响显示的均匀性和准确性。
目前,针对AMOLED器件对TFT的电性变化较为敏感这一问题,可以通过引入外部补偿电路的方式来解决。然而,传统的采用外部补偿方式的3T1C像素电路对版图空间较高,使显示产品无法具有更高的像素密度。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种像素电路及显示面板,可以解决传统的采用外部补偿方式的3T1C像素电路对版图设计空间较高,使显示产品无法具有更高的像素密度的问题。
一方面,本公开提供了一种显示像素电路结构,包括像素电路和补偿电路,所述像素电路通过侦测线与补偿电路电连接。
其中,所述补偿电路包括第一模块和第二模块。
在侦测过程中,所述第一模块用于经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入侦测信号,基于所述侦测信号,所述第二模块用于经由所述侦测线侦测并存储所述像素电路的驱动晶体管的阈值电压。
在显示过程中,所述第一模块还用于接收来自数据信号端的原始数据信号并随之基于所存储的所述阈值电压将所述原始数据信号转换为经补偿的数据信号以补偿所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压的偏移,以及经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入所述经补偿的数据信号。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述补偿电路还包括第一开关和第二开关,并且,所述第一开关和所述第二开关均为N型薄膜晶体管。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述像素电路包括驱动晶体管、第一晶体管、第二晶体管、储能元件和发光元件,所述驱动晶体管、所述第一晶体管和所述第二晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管。所述储能元件为平板电容器,所述发光元件为有机发光二极管。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述像素电路还包括多个扫描信号端。并且,当所述扫描信号端输出的扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于第一电位时,N型薄膜晶体管的源极与漏极导通;当扫描信号处于第二电位时,N型薄膜晶体管的源极与漏极之间的通道截止。其中,第一电位为高电位,第二电位为低电位。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述像素电路还包括第一电源信号端和第二电源信号端。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一电源信号端用于提供第一电源电压,所述第二电源信号端用于提供第二电源电压,其中,所述第二电源电压小于所述第一电源电压。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一电源信号端还用于向处于侦测过程中的所述像素电路提供第三电源电压,并且,所述第三电源电压小于所述第一电源电压。
本公开提供了一种显示面板,包含上述显示像素电路结构。
本公开所提供的显示像素电路结构及显示面板,一方面能够补偿驱动晶体管阈值电压的偏移,另一方面能够提高版图设计空间的利用率。具体地,采用本公开提供的显示像素电路结构,在版图设计过程中,能够实现侦测信号VSENSE和数据信号VDATA经由一根信号线输入至像素电路,缩小了像素电路单元的尺寸,进而节省了版图的设计空间,有助于实现更高像素密度的产品。

本公开所有实施例中采用的开关元件可以为晶体管或场效应管或其他功能相同的器件。在本公开的一些实施例中,为区分晶体管除了作为控制端的栅极之外的两端,将其中一端称为源极,另一端称为漏极。并且,由于这里采用的晶体管的源极、漏极是对称的,所以其源极、漏极是可以互换的。此外,本公开实施例所采用的晶体管可以包括P型晶体管、N型晶体管中的至少一种,其中,P型晶体管在栅极为低电平时导通,在栅极为高电平时截止,N型晶体管在栅极为高电平时导通,在栅极为低电平时截止。
本公开提供了一种采用外部补偿方式的显示像素电路结构,如图1所示。
该显示像素电路结构包括像素电路110和补偿电路120。像素电路110通过侦测线与补偿电路120电连接,其中,补偿电路120用于侦测像素电路110中驱动晶体管的阈值电压,并根据侦测到的驱动晶体管的阈值电压调整数据信号,随后,将调整后的数据信号在显示过程中输入至像素电路110中,以补偿像素电路110中驱动晶体管的阈值电压,从而保证显示的均匀性和准确性。
具体他,补偿电路120包括第一模块和第二模块。
在所述侦测过程中,所述第一模块经由所述侦测线向像素电路110输入侦测信号。
基于所述侦测信号,所述第二模块经由所述侦测线侦测并存储像素电路110的驱动晶体管的阈值电压。
在所述显示过程中,所述第一模块还用于接收来自数据信号端的原始数据信号并随之基于所存储的所述阈值电压将所述原始数据信号转换为经补偿的数据信号以补偿所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压的偏移,以及经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路110输入所述经补偿的数据信号。
相较于现有技术,采用本公开提供的显示像素电路结构,侦测信号和数据信号可以通过一根信号线输入至像素电路中。侦测信号与数据信号的信号线的合并,能够缩减像素电路单元的尺寸,进而提高版图设计空间的利用率,有助于实现更高像素密度的产品。
下文通过实施例一和实施例二对本公开提供的显示像素电路结构进行示例性地说明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供的显示像素电路结构的具体结构如图2所示。
其中,像素电路210包括驱动晶体管TD、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、储能元件211、发光元件212。
在本实施例中,驱动晶体管TD、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2均为N型薄膜晶体管。因此,当施加于栅极的电压为高电位时,TD、T1、T2的源极与漏极导通;当施加于栅极的电压由高电位切换至低电位时,TD、T1、T2的源极与漏极之间的通道截止。
在本实施例中,储能元件211为平板电容器;发光元件212为有源矩阵有机发光二极管。
具体地:
驱动晶体管TD的栅极与第二节点B电连接、第一端与第三节点C电连接、第二端与第四节点D电连接。
第一晶体管T1的栅极与第一扫描信号端电连接,以接收第一扫描信号序列VSCAN1,第一端与第二节点B电连接、第二端与第一节点A电连接。
第二晶体管T2的栅极与第二扫描信号端电连接,以接收第二扫描信号序列VSCAN2,第一端与第四节点D电连接、第二端与第一节点A电连接。
储能元件的第一端与第二节点B电连接、第二端与第三节点C电连接。
其中,第三节点C与第一电源信号端电连接,以接收第一电源电压VDD。
发光元件的第一端(阳极)与第四节点D电连接、第二端(阴极)与第二电源信号端电连接,以接收第二电源电压VSS。
在本实施例中,第一电源电压VDD大于第二电源电压VSS。
进一步地,像素电路210通过侦测线(senseline)与补偿电路220电连接。
具体地,侦测线的第一端与像素电路210的第一节点A电连接,所述侦测线具有寄生电容,并且,所述侦测线的第二端接地。
补偿电路220包括第一开关K1、第二开关K2。
在本实施例中,第一开关K1、第二开关K2均为N型薄膜晶体管,当栅极处于高电位时源极和漏极导通,处于低电位时源极和漏极间的通道截止。
具体地:
第一开关K1的栅极与第一控制信号端电连接,以接收第一控制信号序列VSPRE,第一端与所述侦测线的第一端电连接、第二端与第一模块221电连接,第一模块221用于提供复位信号VINI、侦测信号VSENSE或数据信号VDATA。
第二开关K2的栅极与第二控制信号端电连接,以接收第二控制信号序列VSAMP,第一端与所述侦测线的第一端电连接、第二端与与第二模块222电连接,第二模块222用于侦测并记录TD的Vth,以辅助第一模块221输出包含TD的Vth补偿信息的数据信号VDATA。
其中,第一模块221和第二模块222可以通过引线实现电连接,也可以是通讯连接。
在本实施例中,所述显示像素电路结构的工作包括侦测和显示两个过程,并且,侦测过程和显示过程的信号时序图分别如图3和图4所示。
具体地,侦测过程具体包括:侦测初始化、阈值电压侦测、采样三个阶段。
在侦测初始化阶段,VSPRE处于高电位,控制K1导通。
在侦测初始化的第一时间分段,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通。
第一模块221提供VSENSE,使第二节点B的电位等于VSENSE,即TD栅极的电位、储能元件211的第一端的电位等于VSENSE。
在侦测初始化的第二时间分段,VSCAN1由高电位转换至低电位,控制T1截止,第二节点B为浮点,在储能元件211的作用下,第二节点B的电位维持不变。同时,VSCAN2由低电位转换至高电位,控制T2导通,第一模块221提供VINI,使第四节点D的电位等于VINI,即TD第二端(源极)的电位、T2的第一端的电位、发光元件212第一端的电位等于VINI。
需要说明的是,VINI电位相对较低,将发光元件212阳极电位拉低至VINI可以减小发光元件212阳极与阴极间的电压差,进而降低发光元件212的亮度,有助于提高显示面板的对比度。
在阈值电压侦测阶段,VSCAN2处于高电位,控制T2导通。
此时,TD栅极电位等于VSENSE、源极的电位等于VINI,由于TD的Vgs=VSENSE-VINI>Vth,因此,TD导通,第一电源信号端提供VDD,使第四节点D的电位不断升高。当TD的Vgs=VSENSE-VINI=Vth时,TD截止,第四节点D为浮点,其电位保持不变。
在采样阶段,VSCAN2处于高电位,控制T2导通;VSAMP处于高电位,控制K2导通。
此时,第二模块222能够通过侦测线(sense line)侦测到第四节点D的电位,进而结合第一模块221提供的侦测信号VSENSE反向推算出TD的Vth。
进一步地,第二模块222记录根据第四节点D电位计算出的TD的Vth,在后续的显示过程中,第一模块221调用这一数据,以输出包含TD的Vth补偿信息的数据信号VDATA。
进一步地,显示过程还分为:显示初始化和发光两个阶段。
在显示初始化阶段,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通;VSPRE处于高电位,控制K1导通,第一模块221提供包含TD的Vth补偿信息的数据信号VDATA,即(VDATA+Vth)。
此时,TD的栅极电位被充电至(VDATA+Vth)。
在发光阶段,TD导通,并且,在储能元件211的作用下,其栅极电位保持为(VDATA+Vth)。
在VDD的驱动下,TD输出稳定的驱动电流(Ids)至发光元件212,以驱动发光元件212发光。其中,流经发光元件212的驱动电流(Ids)的计算公式为:
Ids=k(Vgs-Vth)2
其中,k为与TD的载流子迁移率、驱动开关元件单位面积栅极绝缘层电容、沟道宽长比相关的参数。
进一步地,根据上述计算公式可知,在显示阶段,TD产生的Ids为:
Ids=k(VDATA+Vth-VD-Vth)2=k(Vdata-VD)2
其中,VD为第四节点D的电位。
由此可知,发光元件212发光时,TD的Vth被补偿。在理想情况下,用于驱动发光元件212的电流只与驱动开关元件TD的固有参数、VDATA以及第四节点D的电位VD有关,而与TD的阈值电压Vth无关。因此,驱动开关元件TD的Vth偏移所造成的Ids不稳定的问题得以解决,流经发光元件212的驱动电流更稳定。
并且,本实施例提供的采用了外部补偿方式的显示像素电路结构,一方面能够补偿驱动开关元件阈值电压的偏移,另一方面能够提高版图设计空间的利用率。具体地,在本实施例中,复位电压VINI、侦测信号VSENSE和数据信号VDATA能够通过一根信号线输入至像素电路,进而缩小了像素电路单元的尺寸,节省了版图的设计空间,有助于实现更高像素密度的产品。
实施例二:
本实施例提供的显示像素电路结构的具体结构如图5所示。
其中,像素电路510包括驱动晶体管TD、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、储能元件511、发光元件512。
在本实施例中,驱动晶体管TD、第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2均为N型薄膜晶体管。
在本实施例中,储能元件511为平板电容器,发光元件512为有机发光二极管。
具体地,实施例二提供的像素电路510与实施例一提供的像素电路210的区别在于:T2的第二端与第二节点B连接,而不是与第一节点A连接。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供的像素电路510其他部分的结构、补偿电路520的结构、像素电路510与补偿电路520的连接关系,与实施例一相同或相似,本实施例不再赘述。
在本实施例中,所述显示像素电路结构的工作包括侦测和显示两个过程,并且,侦测过程和显示过程的信号时序图分别如图6和图4所示。
需要说明的是,在侦测过程中,第一电源信号端向第三节点C提供第三电源电压VDD1。在显示过程中,第一电源信号端向第三节点C提供第一电源电压VDD2,以驱动发光元件512发光。其中,VDD1小于VDD2。
具体地,侦测过程具体包括:侦测初始化、阈值电压侦测侦测、采样三个阶段。
在侦测初始化阶段,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通;VSPRE处于高电位,控制K1导通。
第一模块521提供VSENSE,使第二节点B的电位等于VSENSE,即TD栅极的电位、T2第二端的电位、储能元件511第一端的电位等于VSENSE。
此时,TD的第一端(第三节点C)被充电至VDD1,由于VDD1小于TD的第二端的电位(第四节点D),因此,TD的第一端为源极,并且,TD的Vgs大于Vth,TD处于导通状态。
在阈值电压侦测阶段,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通;VSCAN2处于高电位,控制T2导通。
此时,TD的栅极与其第二端连通,形成了二极管结构。
由于,TD导通后,第四节点D的电位被逐渐拉低,因此,当TD与T2形成二极管结构后,TD栅极的电位也被逐渐拉低,直到TD的Vgs-Vth=Vg-VDD1-Vth=0V,TD的源极与漏极间的通道截止。在储能元件511的作用下,第二节点B的电位保持不变。
在采样阶段,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通;VSCAN2处于高电位,控制T2导通;VSAMP处于高电位,控制K2导通。
此时,第二模块522能够通过侦测线(sense line)侦测到第二节点B的电位,进而结合VDD1反向推算出TD的Vth。
进一步地,第二模块522记录根据第二节点B的电位计算出的TD的Vth,在后续的显示过程中,第一模块521调用这一数据,以输出包含TD的Vth补偿信息的数据信号VDATA。
进一步地,显示过程还分为:显示初始化、发光两个过程。
在显示初始化过程中,VSCAN1处于高电位,控制T1导通;VSPRE处于高电位,控制K1导通,第一模块521提供包含TD的Vth补偿信息的数据信号VDATA,即(VDATA+Vth)。
此时,TD的栅极电位被充电至(VDATA+Vth)。
在发光阶段,TD导通,并且,在储能元件211的作用下,其栅极电位保持为(VDATA+Vth)。
此时,TD第一端的电位等于VDD2,因此,TD第一端为源极。
在VDD2的驱动下,TD输出稳定的驱动电流(Ids)至发光元件512,以驱动发光元件512发光。其中,流经发光元件512的驱动电流(Ids)的计算公式为:
Ids=k(Vgs-Vth)2
其中,k为与TD的载流子迁移率、驱动开关元件单位面积栅极绝缘层电容、沟道宽长比相关的参数。
进一步地,根据上述计算公式可知,在显示阶段,TD产生的Ids为:
Ids=k(VDATA+Vth-VD-Vth)2=k(Vdata-VD)2
其中,VD为第四节点D的电位。
由此可知,发光元件512发光时,TD的Vth被补偿。在理想情况下,用于驱动发光元件512的电流只与驱动开关元件TD的固有参数、VDATA以及第四节点D的电位有关,而与TD的阈值电压Vth无关。因此,驱动开关元件TD的Vth偏移所造成的Ids不稳定的问题得以解决,流经发光元件512的驱动电流更稳定。
并且,本实施例提供的显示像素电路结构,一方面能够补偿驱动开关元件阈值电压的偏移,另一方面能够提高版图设计空间的利用率。具体地,在本实施例中,侦测信号VSENSE和数据信号VDATA能够通过一根信号线输入至像素电路,进而缩小了像素电路单元的尺寸,节省了版图的设计空间,有助于实现更高像素密度的产品。同时,在侦测过程中通过设定电位相对更低的第三电源电压(VDD1)来拉低第四节点D电位的方式,相当于在侦测过程中对发光元件的阳极进行初始化。
本公开还提供了一种显示面板,包括前面所述的任一种显示像素电路结构。
以上对本公开实施例所提供的显示像素电路结构及显示面板进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本公开的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本公开的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本公开的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本公开的限制。
Claims (14)
1.一种显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述显示像素电路结构包括补偿电路和像素电路,所述像素电路通过侦测线与所述补偿电路电连接,其中,所述补偿电路包括第一模块和第二模块;
所述第一模块用于在侦测过程中经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入侦测信号;
所述第二模块用于在所述侦测过程中经由所述侦测线侦测并存储所述像素电路的驱动晶体管的阈值电压;
所述第一模块还用于在显示过程中接收来自数据信号端的原始数据信号并随之基于所存储的所述阈值电压将所述原始数据信号转换为经补偿的数据信号以补偿所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压的偏移,以及经由所述侦测线向所述像素电路输入所述经补偿的数据信号;
所述补偿电路还包括第一开关和第二开关;
所述第一开关的控制端与第一控制信号端电连接,以接收第一控制信号序列,所述第一开关的第一端与所述第一模块电连接,以辅助所述第一模块向所述像素电路输出所述侦测信号以及所述经补偿的数据信号,所述第一开关的第二端与所述侦测线的第一端电连接;
所述第二开关的控制端与第二控制信号端电连接,以接收第二控制信号序列,所述第二开关的第一端与所述第二模块电连接,以辅助所述第二模块侦测并存储所述像素电路的驱动晶体管的阈值电压,所述第二开关的第二端与所述侦测线的第一端电连接;
其中,所述侦测线的第一端也与所述像素电路的第一节点电连接,并且所述第一开关和所述第二开关均为N型薄膜晶体管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述侦测线具有寄生电容,并且所述侦测线的第二端接地。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述像素电路包括:驱动晶体管、第一晶体管、第二晶体管、储能元件和发光元件;
所述驱动晶体管的控制端与第二节点电连接、第一端与第三节点电连接、第二端与第四节点电连接;
所述第一晶体管的控制端与第一扫描信号端电连接,以接收第一扫描信号序列,所述第一晶体管的第一端与所述第二节点电连接、第二端与所述第一节点电连接;
所述储能元件的第一端与所述第二节点电连接、第二端与所述第三节点电连接,其中,所述第三节点与第一电源信号端电连接,以接收第一电源电压;
所述发光元件的第一端与所述第四节点电连接、第二端与第二电源信号电连接,以接收第二电源电压,其中,所述第二电源电压小于所述第一电源电压。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述驱动晶体管、所述第一晶体管和所述第二晶体管均为N型薄膜晶体管;
所述储能元件为电容;
所述发光元件为发光二极管。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述第二晶体管的控制端与第二扫描信号端电连接,以接收第二扫描信号序列,所述第二晶体管的第一端与所述第四节点电连接、第二端与所述第一节点电连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述第二晶体管的控制端与第二扫描信号端电连接,以接收第二扫描信号序列,所述第二晶体管的第一端与所述第四节点电连接、第二端与所述第二节点电连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述侦测过程包括:侦测初始化阶段、阈值电压侦测阶段和采样阶段;
在所述侦测初始化阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第一电位,以控制所述第一开关导通;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第二电位,以控制所述第二开关截止;并且,所述侦测初始化阶段包括第一时间分段和第二时间分段;
在所述第一时间分段,所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一晶体管导通;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第二晶体管截止;
在所述第二时间分段,所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一晶体管截止;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二晶体管导通;
在所述阈值电压侦测阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一开关截止;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第二电位,以控制所述第二开关截止;所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一晶体管截止;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二晶体管导通;
在所述采样阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一开关截止;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二开关导通;所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一晶体管截止;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二晶体管导通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,在所述侦测初始化阶段的所述第一时间分段,所述第一模块通过所述第一开关和所述第一晶体管向所述像素电路的所述第二节点输入所述侦测信号;在所述侦测初始化阶段的所述第二时间分段,所述第一模块通过所述第一开关和所述第二晶体管向所述像素电路的所述第四节点输入复位信号;
在所述采样阶段,所述第二模块通过所述第二开关和所述第二晶体管侦测所述第四节点的电位,以计算并存储所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压。
9.根据权利要求6所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述侦测过程包括:侦测初始化阶段、阈值电压侦测阶段和采样阶段;
在所述侦测初始化阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第一电位,以控制所述第一开关导通;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第二电位,以控制所述第二开关截止;所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一晶体管导通;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第二晶体管截止;
在所述阈值电压侦测阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一开关截止;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于第二电位,以控制所述第二开关截止;所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一晶体管导通;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二晶体管导通;
在所述采样阶段,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一开关截止;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二开关导通;所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一晶体管导通;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第二晶体管导通。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,在所述侦测过程中,所述第一电源信号端向所述第三节点提供第三电源电压,其中,所述第三电源电压小于所述第一电源电压;并且,在所述侦测初始化阶段,所述第一模块通过所述第一开关和所述第一晶体管向所述第二节点输入所述侦测信号;
在所述采样阶段,所述第二模块通过所述第二开关和所述第二晶体管侦测所述第二节点的电位,以计算并存储所述驱动晶体管的阈值电压。
11.根据权利要求7或9所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,在所述显示过程中,所述第一控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一开关导通;所述第二控制信号序列中的控制信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第二开关截止;所述第二扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第二晶体管截止;并且,所述显示过程包括:显示初始化阶段和发光阶段;
在所述显示初始化阶段,所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第一电位,以控制所述第一晶体管导通;
在所述发光阶段,所述第一扫描信号序列中的扫描信号处于所述第二电位,以控制所述第一晶体管截止。
12.根据权利要求11所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,在所述显示过程中,所述第一电源信号端向所述第三节点提供所述第一电源电压;并且,在所述显示初始化阶段,所述第一模块通过所述第一开关和所述第一晶体管向所述第二节点提供所述经补偿的数据信号。
13.根据权利要求12所述的显示像素电路结构,其特征在于,所述第一电位为高电位,所述第二电位为低电位。
14.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包含如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的显示像素电路结构。
