the server selects two vacant blocks after receiving the timely processed materials and the bargained processed materials, and stores the timely processed materials and the bargained processed materials into the vacant blocks, wherein the vacant blocks are blocks which are not stored with data; the authorities of blocks corresponding to timely processed materials and bargained processed materials are set to be open in a chain, and when an analysis enterprise sends purchase information to the timely processed material blocks, the timely processed material blocks immediately carry out order matching; when the analysis enterprise sends the purchase information to the bargaining processing material block, the bargaining processing material block carries out price analysis, and the bargaining processing material and the analysis enterprise with high price are automatically matched for orders.
The formulas are obtained by acquiring a large amount of data and performing software simulation, and the coefficients in the formulas are set by the technicians in the field according to actual conditions;
when the system is used, various materials outside a block chain are analyzed through the data management platform outside the chain, the processor generates a trend analysis signal and sends the trend analysis signal to the trend analysis unit, the trend analysis unit analyzes the trend of an analysis object, and the enterprise analysis unit analyzes an enterprise; managing and controlling analysis objects corresponding to enterprises in the block chain through a data management platform in the chain, analyzing material flow corresponding to the enterprises in the block through a flow analysis unit, and judging real-time material flow states of the enterprises; matching the corresponding analysis enterprises of each block through a processing matching unit; and analyzing the material storage of the corresponding analysis enterprise of each block through the storage analysis unit.

1. The material management evidence storage platform based on the block chain is characterized by comprising an in-chain data management platform and an out-chain data management platform, wherein a server is arranged in the in-chain data management platform, and is in communication connection with a flow analysis unit, a storage analysis unit, a processing matching unit and a plurality of blocks; a processor is arranged in the data management platform outside the chain, and the processor is in communication connection with a trend analysis unit and an enterprise analysis unit;
analyzing various materials outside the block chain through an off-chain data management platform, generating a trend analysis signal by a processor, sending the trend analysis signal to a trend analysis unit, analyzing the trend of an analysis object through the trend analysis unit, and analyzing an enterprise through an enterprise analysis unit;
managing and controlling analysis objects corresponding to enterprises in the block chain through a data management platform in the chain, analyzing material flow corresponding to the enterprises in the block through a flow analysis unit, and judging real-time material flow states of the enterprises; matching the corresponding analysis enterprises of each block through a processing matching unit; and analyzing the material storage of the corresponding analysis enterprise of each block through the storage analysis unit.
2. The block chain-based material management evidence storage platform according to claim 1, wherein the trend analysis process of the trend analysis unit is as follows:
acquiring the amount of finished transaction and the amount of pre-trade orders of each analysis object in the market, and comparing the amount of finished transaction and the amount of pre-trade orders of the analysis objects with a threshold value of the amount of finished transaction and a threshold value of the amount of pre-trade orders respectively:
if the transaction completion amount of the analysis object is larger than the transaction completion amount threshold value and the pre-transaction order amount is larger than the pre-transaction order amount threshold value, judging that the supply of the corresponding analysis object is insufficient, and marking the corresponding analysis object as a demand object; if the transaction completion amount of the analysis object is larger than the transaction completion amount threshold value and the pre-transaction order amount is smaller than the pre-transaction order amount threshold value, judging that the supply of the corresponding analysis object is satisfied, and marking the corresponding analysis object as a satisfied object; if the transaction completion amount of the analysis object is smaller than the transaction completion amount threshold value and the pre-transaction order amount is smaller than the pre-transaction order amount threshold value, judging that the corresponding analysis object is in flow stagnation, and marking the corresponding analysis object as a stagnation object;
the demand object, the satisfaction object, and the cancellation object are sent to a processor.
3. The block chain-based material management evidence storing platform according to claim 1, wherein the enterprise analysis process of the enterprise analysis unit is as follows:
marking enterprises corresponding to the analysis objects in the market as analysis enterprises, binding the analysis objects and the analysis enterprises one by one, collecting the daily usage amount and the quantity supplement frequency of the analysis objects bound by the analysis enterprises, and comparing the daily usage amount and the quantity supplement frequency of the analysis objects bound by the analysis enterprises with a daily usage amount threshold value and a quantity supplement frequency threshold value respectively:
if the daily usage of the analysis object bound by the analysis enterprise is greater than the daily usage threshold and the volume supplementation frequency is greater than the volume supplementation frequency threshold, marking the corresponding analysis enterprise as a demand enterprise corresponding to the analysis object;
if the daily usage of the analysis object bound by the analysis enterprise is smaller than the daily usage threshold and the volume supplementation frequency is smaller than the volume supplementation frequency threshold, marking the corresponding analysis enterprise as an enterprise which does not need to be analyzed and corresponds to the analysis object;
and sending the required enterprises and the non-required enterprises of the analysis objects to the processor.
4. The block chain-based material management evidence storing platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flow analysis process of the flow analysis unit is as follows:
marking enterprises stored in the blocks as analysis enterprises, setting marks o and o as natural numbers larger than 1, collecting related materials of the corresponding analysis enterprises for operation, marking the related materials as the related materials, and setting marks k as natural numbers larger than 1; setting flow analysis time, acquiring the material quantity consumption speed and the ratio of real-time consumption to the original storage total quantity of a corresponding analysis enterprise in the flow analysis time, and respectively marking the material quantity consumption speed and the ratio of the real-time consumption to the original storage total quantity of the corresponding analysis enterprise in the flow analysis time as XHVok and YCLok;
obtaining a flow coefficient Xok of the corresponding related materials of the analysis enterprise through analysis, and comparing the flow coefficient of the corresponding related materials of the analysis enterprise with a flow coefficient threshold range:
if the flow coefficient of the analysis enterprise corresponding to the related materials is larger than the flow coefficient threshold range, judging that the analysis enterprise has large requirements on the related materials, and marking the related materials as the required materials of the analysis enterprise; if the demand enterprise corresponding to the demand supplies is consistent with the analysis enterprise, judging that the corresponding analysis enterprise is a stable downstream enterprise requiring the supplies; if the demand enterprise corresponding to the demand supplies is inconsistent with the analysis enterprise, judging that the corresponding analysis enterprise is a temporary downstream enterprise requiring the supplies; the required materials and corresponding stable downstream enterprises and temporary downstream enterprises are sent to a server;
if the flow coefficient of the analysis enterprise corresponding to the related materials is within the flow coefficient threshold range, judging that the analysis enterprise has normal requirements on the related materials, generating a normal circulation signal and sending the normal circulation signal to a server;
if the flow coefficient of the analysis enterprise corresponding to the related materials is smaller than the flow coefficient threshold range, judging that the analysis enterprise has small requirements on the related materials, and marking the related materials as secondary required materials of the analysis enterprise; if the enterprise which does not need the materials and needs the materials correspondingly is consistent with the analysis enterprise, the corresponding analysis enterprise is judged to be a stable upstream enterprise needing the materials secondarily; if the enterprise which does not need the materials and corresponds to the secondary demand materials is inconsistent with the analysis enterprise, the corresponding analysis enterprise is judged to be a temporary upstream enterprise of the secondary demand materials; and sending the secondary demand supplies and the corresponding stable upstream enterprises and temporary upstream enterprises to a server.
5. The block chain-based material management evidence storing platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing and matching process of the processing and matching unit is as follows:
acquiring stable downstream enterprises and temporary downstream enterprises which need supplies in a server, and marking the stable downstream enterprises and the temporary downstream enterprises as buyer enterprises; acquiring stable upstream enterprises and temporary upstream enterprises which need supplies in the server, and marking the stable upstream enterprises and temporary upstream enterprises as seller enterprises; monitoring seller enterprises and buyer enterprises in real time, matching the corresponding seller enterprises and the corresponding buyer enterprises if the required materials of the buyer enterprises are consistent with the secondary required materials of the seller enterprises, carrying out detailed pairing according to the seller supply quantity and the buyer demand quantity, enabling the difference value of the seller supply quantity of the detailed paired seller enterprises and the buyer demand quantity of the buyer enterprises to be in accordance with the corresponding difference threshold range, and carrying out communication connection on the corresponding blocks of the detailed paired seller enterprises and the buyer enterprises; in the matching of the seller enterprises and the buyer enterprises, if the buyer enterprises are temporary downstream enterprises, the preferential matching is carried out, and when the temporary downstream enterprises are preferentially matched, gradient preference is set for the buyer enterprises of the stable downstream enterprises according to the demand quantity; and if the seller enterprises are temporary upstream enterprises, performing priority matching, and setting gradient preference for the seller enterprises of the stable upstream enterprises according to the supply amount when the temporary upstream enterprises are preferentially matched.
