After the control module responds to book borrowing operation and/or book management operation, the quantity of books in the shelf is possibly changed due to the borrowing, returning or allocation of books and the like, and the information of the books stored on each layer of shelf is possibly changed, the control module generates new two-dimension codes according to the calculated quantity of the new books in the shelf and the changed book information, generates new display driving information according to the new quantity of the books in the shelf and the new two-dimension codes, and sends the new display driving information to the corresponding display screen, so that the corresponding display screen displays the new quantity of the books in the shelf and the new two-dimension codes.
In the embodiment, the display screen is used for displaying the book information stored in the bookshelf such as the number of books in the shelf, the two-dimensional code and the like, so that the readability of the bookshelf tag can be enhanced, and related information can be read from the bookshelf tag rapidly by readers and administrators, and the book borrowing and management efficiency is improved; readers or administrators can also use the mobile equipment to scan the two-dimensional codes displayed on the display screen, so that more detailed book information is obtained, book borrowing operation or book management operation is carried out by self, and the trouble of needing to go to a library foreground or a library background for approval is avoided; the display screen is used for replacing paper labels, the display quality is higher, the books stored on the bookshelf are not easy to tamper, and when the books stored on the bookshelf need to be replaced, a manager can remotely modify book information displayed on the display screen in the background, so that troubles such as altering or replacing one by one paper label are avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, the ink shelf label system further includes at least one radio frequency identification module. Specifically, the radio frequency identification module may refer to an RFID antenna, where the radio frequency identification module operates in the 915MHz frequency band, and in this frequency band, the radio frequency identification module may communicate with an electronic tag within 25m range, and adapt to the size of most bookshelf. The number of the radio frequency identification modules is the same as that of the display screens, namely, the number of the radio frequency identification modules corresponds to the number of layers of the bookshelf, namely, the number of the radio frequency identification modules is set up by the number of the layers of the bookshelf, and each layer of the bookshelf is provided with one radio frequency identification module. Referring to fig. 1, a bookshelf comprises a layer shelf of a layer 1, a layer 2, a layer 1, a layer 2 and a layer 2, and each layer shelf is provided with a radio frequency identification module. Referring to fig. 1, all the RFID modules are connected to one RFID reader, and the RFID reader is connected to an industrial control main board through a 232 serial port. In this embodiment, an RFID antenna as a radio frequency identification module is responsible for communicating with an electronic tag installed on a book stored in a shelf where the RFID antenna is located, for example, an RFID antenna installed on a layer 1 of the a surface is responsible for communicating with an electronic tag installed on a book stored in a layer 1 of the a surface, so as to obtain information of the book in the shelf. The control module in this embodiment may further obtain information of books in shelves such as book numbers, names, authors, publishers, etc. from electronic tags installed on books stored on the bookshelf through the radio frequency identification module, that is, identify which books are actually stored on the current layer shelf, so as to count the number of books in shelves after being updated, and the control module controls the display screen to display the number of books in shelves after being updated.
In this embodiment, the control module further obtains the shelf information of the book after the administrator performs the book management operation, that is, the information indicating which books are stored on the shelf by the administrator, and then compares the shelf book information with the shelf information after the shelf book information is obtained by the radio frequency identification module, so as to identify the difference between the shelf book information and the shelf information. Since the book shelf information indicates information of books that should be stored on the bookshelf, the shelf book information indicates information of books that should be actually stored on the bookshelf, and thus the difference between the shelf book information and the book shelf information indicates misplaced book information. For example, book information included in the shelf book information but not included in the book shelf information indicates that there are more books in the bookshelf than should not be stored in the bookshelf, indicating that there may be a wrong book when the reader returns the book; book information included in the book shelf information but not included in the shelf book information indicates that books which should be stored in the bookshelf are absent, and that books which should be stored in the bookshelf are put in other bookshelf when readers return books possibly. The control module counts the number of books contained in the misplaced book information, generates the number of misplaced books, and controls the display screen to display the number of misplaced books. Referring to fig. 2, the number of misplaced books may be in the form of "misplaced number x book".
Through setting up radio frequency identification module, ink screen layer frame label system can be automatic statistics in the books information of putting in a shelf, need not library manager manual work and patrol and statistics books state of depositing, avoid heavy work load and high error rate.
Referring to fig. 1, the ink-screen shelf label system further includes at least one infrared correlation optoelectronic module. Specifically, the number of the infrared correlation photoelectric modules is the same as that of the display screen, namely, the number of the infrared correlation photoelectric modules corresponds to the number of layers of the bookshelf, namely, how many infrared correlation photoelectric modules are arranged on the bookshelf, and each layer of the bookshelf is provided with one infrared correlation photoelectric module. Referring to fig. 1, a bookshelf comprises a layer shelf of a surface 1 layer, a surface 2 layer, a surface 1 layer, a surface 2 layer and a surface 2 layer, and an infrared opposite-emitting photoelectric module is arranged on each layer shelf. Referring to fig. 1, the infrared correlation photoelectric module is matched with the display screen, that is, one infrared correlation photoelectric module and the display screen installed on the same layer frame are connected to the industrial control main board through the same control board.
In this embodiment, an infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module can perform proximity sensing on books stored in a layer shelf where the infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module is located, when a person walks close to the layer shelf where the infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module is located, it is indicated that the person possibly needs to perform book borrowing operation or book management operation, the person enters the detection range of the infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module and is sensed by the infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module, the infrared opposite-shooting photoelectric module outputs a trigger signal to trigger the radio frequency identification module to communicate with an electronic tag mounted on a book, so that the radio frequency identification module can detect in-shelf book information of books stored in the layer shelf where the radio frequency identification module is responsible, and the control module compares the in-shelf book information with book shelf information to identify whether book borrowing operation or book management operation actually occurs.
In this embodiment, when the control module responds to the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation, the information of the book to be put in or taken out by the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation may be read through the radio frequency identification module, and it is determined whether the information of the book to be put in or taken out belongs to the layer shelf where the radio frequency identification module is located, if so, the control module responds to the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation, returns a message of successful operation, and if not, does not respond to the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation, and returns a message of failure operation.
In this embodiment, the message of success or failure of the operation may be generated by the control module and sent to the first type entity or the second type entity for display, or the control module may control the indication unit set on the display screen for indication. Referring to fig. 2, the indication unit provided on the display screen includes a red light and a green light, and when the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation is successful, the control unit controls the indication unit to display first indication information, i.e., controls the green light to be turned on, and when the book borrowing operation and/or the book management operation is failed, the control unit controls the indication unit to display second indication information, i.e., controls the red light to be turned on, so that the results of the book borrowing operation and the book management operation can be intuitively displayed.
In this embodiment, the control module may also detect the fault state of the display screen at regular or irregular time, for example, the control module handshakes with the display screen, and determines whether the display screen has a fault through a return message of the display screen, or the display screen self-checks whether the display screen has a fault. If the control module detects that the display screen has a fault, the control module can control the display screen with the fault to display a fault code, then find a display screen with good working state near the display screen with the fault, for example, the display screen of an adjacent layer frame of the display screen with the fault, integrate the information of the two-dimensional code originally displayed by the display screen with the fault into the two-dimensional code to be displayed by the display screen of the adjacent layer frame, update the two-dimensional code to be displayed by the display screen of the adjacent layer frame, and also can control the display screen with the fault to display the information such as' the fault of the display screen, if book information of the layer frame needs to be known, the display screen of the layer frame can be checked. If a display screen detects a fault through self-checking, the faulty display screen can display a fault code, then the faulty display screen is communicated with the control module, and a display screen with good working state near the faulty display screen, for example, the display screen of an adjacent layer frame of the faulty display screen can upload information such as a two-dimensional code to be displayed originally to the control module, or the faulty display screen can directly send information such as the two-dimensional code to be displayed originally to a nearby display screen, the control module blends the information of the two-dimensional code to be displayed originally by the faulty display screen into the two-dimensional code to be displayed by the display screen of the adjacent layer frame, updates the two-dimensional code to be displayed by the display screen of the adjacent layer frame, or the display screen receiving the two-dimensional code directly blends the received two-dimensional code into the two-dimensional code to be displayed by the control module. The display screen with faults can also display the information such as ' the display screen with faults ' and ' the display screen with faults ' can be checked if the book information of the layer frame is needed to be known '. Through the arrangement, even if part of the display screens fail, the display tasks of the failed display screens can be taken over through the nearby display screens, so that the stability of the system is improved.
In this embodiment, the ink screen shelf label system may also be integrated with the bookshelf body into a bookshelf product entity. The bookshelf body comprises a plurality of storage layers, and each storage layer can be used for storing books. The number of display screens, the number of radio frequency identification modules and the number of infrared opposite-irradiation photoelectric modules in the ink screen layer frame label system are not less than the number of storage layers, each storage layer is provided with a display screen, a radio frequency identification module and an infrared opposite-irradiation photoelectric module respectively, and redundant display screens, radio frequency identification modules and infrared opposite-irradiation photoelectric modules can be used for standby. Such a bookshelf has the same technical effects as the ink-screen shelf label system in the present embodiment.
