The multifunctional locomotive test box internal ringing limiting test circuit adopts a touch screen as an upper computer, a PLC (programmable logic controller) as a lower computer, the touch screen transmits a ringing limiting test power supply control signal to the PLC, the PLC executes a PLC program according to the signal of the touch screen, a PLC output module controls a contactor input by the ringing limiting test power supply to be powered on, a normally open contact of the contactor input by the ringing limiting test power supply is closed, a power supply of the ringing limiting control box is powered on, and the ringing limiting control box starts to work.
When the performance of the ringing-limiting light flashing or normally-bright is tested, a touch screen is pressed to control a light flashing signal or normally-bright button, the touch screen transmits the light flashing or normally-bright control signal to a PLC controller, the PLC controller executes a PLC program according to the touch screen to control the light flashing or normally-bright signal, a contactor of the PLC module for controlling the ringing-limiting test to be normally-bright or the light flashing signal is powered on, the light flashing or normally-bright signal is received by a ringing-limiting control box, the output voltage of the ringing-limiting control box is 24VDC when the light flashing, the square wave with the frequency of 2HZ or the normally-bright output voltage is 24VDC, the contactor is powered on, the corresponding contactor is normally-closed, the normally-open contact closing signal is transmitted to I/O of the PLC controller according to the contactor, the PLC instruction is executed according to the signal of external I/O, and the PLC execution result is displayed on the touch screen.
