Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following embodiments, features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a pair of glasses (not shown). The eyewear includes a frame (not shown) and nose piece structure 100 joined together. The nose pad structure 100 includes a connecting frame 10 and a bracket 20 connected together. The connecting frame 10 is used for connecting the spectacle frame. The bracket 20 is used for being erected on a nasal alar.
The bracket 20 is provided with a sliding groove 201, the connecting frame 10 is provided with a clamping part 11, and the clamping part 11 can be embedded into the sliding groove 201 and slide along the sliding groove 201. The bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 203 and a buckle 13 in opposite directions. The buckle 13 is buckled in the slot 203, so that the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 are relatively fixed.
The retaining part 11 is matched with the sliding groove 201 to enable the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 to only slide relatively, and then the clamping groove 203 is matched with the buckle 13 to limit the bracket 20 to slide relative to the connecting frame 10, even if the bracket 20 is fixed relative to the connecting frame 10.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the sliding groove 201 may also be disposed on the connecting frame 10, and correspondingly, the retaining part 11 is disposed on the bracket 20, as long as the retaining part 11 can be inserted into the clamping groove 203, so that the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 can only slide relatively; the locking groove 203 may be disposed on the connecting frame 10, and correspondingly, the buckle 13 may be disposed on the bracket 20, as long as the buckle 13 can be deformed to be locked in the locking groove 203, so as to limit the relative sliding between the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10.
The bracket 20 includes an adaptor 21 and a frame 23. The adapter 21 is disposed on the connecting frame 10. The frame body 23 is arranged on one side of the adapter part 21 departing from the connecting frame 10. The connecting frame 10 includes a body 15 and a projection 17. The body 15 and the adapter 21 are respectively provided with a first surface 151 and a second surface 211 in an opposite manner. The projection 17 is disposed on the first face 151. The number of the catching portions 11 is two, but is not limited thereto. The two holding parts 11 are respectively arranged at two sides of the protruding part 17. The second surface 211 is provided with a receiving groove 213 for receiving the protruding portion 17. Two opposite side walls of the receiving groove 213 are partially recessed to form the sliding groove 201. The sliding groove 201 is spaced from the second surface 211.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the retaining part 11 and the sliding groove 201 may be one.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the buckle 13 includes a deformation portion 131 and a buckling portion 133. The deformation portion 131 is disposed on the protruding portion 17, and is elastically deformable by a force. The buckling part 133 is disposed on a side of the deformation part 131 facing the bracket 20. The protrusion 17 is provided with an avoiding groove 171, and the avoiding groove 171 allows the deformation portion 131 to come in and go out. The locking groove 203 is disposed on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 213.
When the device is installed, the protrusion 17 enters the receiving groove 213, and the two retaining portions 11 enter the corresponding sliding grooves 201. The buckling portion 133 abuts against the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 213, so as to drive the deformation portion 131 to deform and enter the avoiding groove 171. The retaining portion 11 slides along the sliding groove 201 until the buckling portion 133 is buckled in the slot 203, the buckling portion 133 is stopped by a slot wall of the slot 203, so that the retaining portion 11 stops sliding along the sliding groove 201, and the bracket 20 is fixed to the connecting frame 10. During disassembly, the connecting frame 10 or the bracket 20 is pushed by force to overcome the resistance of the locking groove 203 to stop the buckling part 133, so that the clamping part 11 slides along the sliding groove 201, and the bracket 20 is separated from the connecting frame 10.
The bracket 20 can be designed into different specifications according to the size of the nose wing of a person, and as long as the bracket 20 with different specifications is ensured to be the same as the connecting frame 10 with the matched sliding groove 201 and the matched clamping groove 203 in size and structure, the bracket 20 with different specifications can be quickly installed and detached from the connecting frame 10.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the protrusion 17 and the receiving groove 213 may be omitted. For example, the retaining part 11 may be a substantially L-shaped block structure, one end of which is connected to the body 15, and the other end of which is used to be inserted into the slot 203; the sliding groove 201 penetrates one side of the bracket 20 to allow the catch 11 to enter.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a stopping portion 2011 is disposed at one end of the sliding chute 201, and a stopping portion 111 is disposed at one end of the retaining portion 11. The stopper 2011 and the stopper 111 can stop the movement of the catch 11. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the stopper 2011 and/or the stopper 111 may be omitted.

The support frame 231 is provided with two support portions 2311 at intervals for supporting on the nasal ala. The support 2311 is deformable to conform to the shape of the alar. The adhesive layer 233 includes two support portions 2331 and a reinforcement portion 2333. The support portion 2331 is formed to be in a shape of the support portion 2311 and is wrapped outside the support portion 2311. The reinforcing portion 2333 is connected to the two abutting portions 2331 and is located at one side of the supporting frame 231. The reinforcing part 2333 improves stability after adjusting the shape of the supporting part 2311. It is understood that the reinforcement 2333 may be omitted in other embodiments.
The support portion 2311 is inclined at a set angle with respect to the link 10 to improve comfort. In one embodiment, the supporting portion 2311 is a sheet structure made of metal, so as to improve the stability of the supporting portion 2311 after deformation. The glue layer 233 contacts the nasal ala, the glue layer 233 is a flexible glue structure which is easy to deform, so as to improve the comfort level of the nose pad structure 100. The adaptor 21 and/or the connecting frame 10 are made of hard plastic, so as to reduce the weight of the nose pad structure 100, but not limited thereto.
The nose pad structure 100 is embedded by the clamping part 11 and the sliding groove 201, so that the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 can only slide relatively, and then the clamping groove 203 and the buckle 13 are buckled, so that the bracket 20 and the connecting frame 10 are relatively fixed, and the quick installation and disassembly of the connecting frame 10 and the bracket 20 of the nose pad structure 100 are further realized.
In addition, other changes may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit of the application, and it is understood that such changes are encompassed within the scope of the invention as claimed.
