The invention provides a temperature measuring device and a railway wagon, wherein the temperature measuring device comprises a fixed support, and the fixed support is provided with an installation structure and is used for being installed in a temperature measuring environment; the fixing support is further provided with a temperature sensing assembly, the temperature sensing assembly comprises a temperature sensing material, and the temperature sensing material is configured to form a state corresponding to at least one temperature threshold. One or more temperature sensing materials are adopted, and each temperature sensing material corresponds to a temperature threshold value; therefore, through different states of the temperature sensing material, an operator can know the ambient temperature of the railway wagon in the current state, and the service life of the non-heat-resistant part of the vehicle is prevented from being influenced by overhigh thawing temperature. Background
At present, when a truck enters a thawing warehouse to thaw goods in winter, the temperature of the thawing warehouse in the thawing process is high and exceeds 100 ℃, and the duration time can reach several hours. If the thawing temperature is too high, the non-heat-resistant parts of the vehicle have the risk of life reduction.
Currently, the most common temperature recording device for railway vehicles is electronic, senses temperature by using a temperature sensor, and measures and stores the temperature by using an embedded host. However, the maximum temperature of the electronic component is usually 70 ℃ to 85 ℃, and the electronic component cannot be applied to the high-temperature environment of the thawing warehouse.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art to provide a temperature measuring device suitable for a thawing warehouse to ensure the service life of non-heat-resistant components of a vehicle.

The invention provides a temperature measuring device, which comprises a fixed support, wherein the fixed support is provided with an installation structure and is used for being installed in a temperature measuring environment; the fixing support is further provided with a temperature sensing assembly, the temperature sensing assembly comprises a temperature sensing material, and the temperature sensing material can be configured to form a state corresponding to at least one temperature threshold. The invention provides a temperature measuring device which is suitable for measuring the temperature of goods in a unfreezing warehouse during unfreezing. The temperature measuring device provided by the invention comprises a fixed support 5, wherein the fixed support 5 is provided with an installation structure for being installed in a temperature measuring environment; the fixed bracket 5 may be mounted in a suitable position in the thawing warehouse and may also be mounted in a suitable position in a railway wagon, and the specific embodiment of the fixed bracket 5 mounted in the railway wagon is shown herein. The fixing bracket 5 can be installed at a proper position of the railway wagon, for example, the temperature measuring device can be arranged close to the non-heat-resistant parts on the railway wagon, the non-heat-resistant parts of the railway wagon usually comprise a brake valve, a bogie rubber part and the like, and the temperature measuring device can be installed close to the parts, for example, the temperature measuring device is installed on a brake pipe close to the brake valve or a car body close to the bogie rubber, so that the temperature measuring device can accurately detect the temperature of the environment where the non-heat-resistant parts are located.

In one example, the fixing bracket 5 is mounted on a brake pipe of a railway wagon, and accordingly, the fixing bracket 5 is provided with a mounting hole 5a, the mounting hole 5a is matched with the brake pipe to be fixedly mounted, and a part of a pipe section of the brake pipe is positioned inside the mounting hole 5 a. Therefore, through different states of the temperature sensing material, an operator can know the ambient temperature of the railway wagon in the current state, and the service life of the non-heat-resistant part of the vehicle is prevented from being influenced by overhigh thawing temperature. The invention displays the environmental temperature through the temperature sensing material, the use temperature of the temperature sensing material is not limited, and the cost is low.
In the first embodiment, the temperature sensing material may include the temperature sensing sticker 1, the temperature sensing sticker 1 is provided with at least display sections corresponding to two temperature thresholds, and when the ambient temperature is higher than the nth temperature threshold, the color of the display section corresponding to the nth temperature threshold changes to a predetermined color. That is, the temperature sensitive sticker 1 includes N display sections, each of which corresponds to one temperature threshold value, and the temperature threshold values are gradually increased along the arrangement direction of the display sections. For example: the temperature sensing sticker 1 includes 3 display sections: the temperature control device comprises a first display interval, a second display interval and a third display interval, wherein the first display interval corresponds to a first temperature threshold value, the second display interval corresponds to a second temperature threshold value, the third display interval corresponds to a third temperature threshold value, the first temperature threshold value is smaller than the second temperature threshold value, the second temperature threshold value is smaller than the third temperature threshold value, and when the color of the first display interval is displayed as a preset color and the colors of other display intervals are not changed, the current environment temperature is within the range of the first temperature threshold value. When the color of the second display interval is displayed as the preset color and the color of the third display interval is not changed, the environment temperature is within the second temperature threshold range at the moment, and when the colors of the first display interval to the third display interval are all changed, the environment temperature is within the third temperature threshold range at the moment.
The operator can judge the ambient temperature at this time by the display state of the temperature sensing sticker 1, and perform corresponding operation to avoid the over-high ambient temperature of the vehicle due to thawing, and the temperature sensing sticker 1 is cheap and has low replacement cost.
In order to protect the temperature sensing sticker 1, the temperature measuring device can further comprise a heat conducting plate 2 and a protective cover, the heat conducting plate 2 is fixed on the fixing support 5, the protective cover is installed on the heat conducting plate 2, a sealing cavity is formed between the heat conducting plate 2 and the protective cover, the temperature sensing sticker 1 is located in the sealing cavity and attached to the surface of the heat conducting plate 2, and the protective cover at least faces the position, facing the temperature sensing sticker 1, of the transparent material. The transparent material can be toughened glass or other transparent materials.
The heat conducting plate 2 should have better heat transfer performance, can be the metal sheet, and the heat conducting plate 2 can be with ambient temperature conduction for temperature sensing sticker 1, improves temperature sensing sticker 1 to ambient temperature measuring's reliability. In this embodiment, the protective cover is detachably mounted on the heat conducting plate 2, so that the temperature sensing sticker 1 can be conveniently replaced, for example, the temperature measuring range of the measuring device can be adjusted by replacing the temperature sensing sticker 1 with different temperature threshold ranges, and the use flexibility of the temperature measuring device is greatly improved.
In a second specific embodiment, the temperature sensing material in the temperature measuring device includes at least one fusible alloy 7, and the melting point of each fusible alloy 7 corresponds to different temperature thresholds. The fusible alloy 7 is an alloy having a melting point of less than 232 ℃, is an off-white shiny metal, and is a fusible alloy 7 based on bismuth, and has a melting point range of about 70 ℃ to 160 ℃. The melting point is selected from 47 ℃, 70 ℃, 92 ℃, 120 ℃ and the like, and when the ambient temperature is higher than the temperature of the fusible alloy 7, the fusible alloy 7 is melted from a solid to a liquid.
In fig. 2, a specific embodiment of only providing one fusible alloy 7 is shown, when the operator finds that the fusible alloy 7 is melted, the operator knows that the current environment temperature is higher than the melting point of the fusible alloy 7, and performs corresponding operation, so as to avoid that the environment temperature is too high and affects non-heat-resistant parts of the vehicle.
Fig. 3 shows a specific example having 5 fusible alloys 7, each of which has a different melting point, so that the temperature measuring device approximately divides the temperature into 6 regions, and an operator can know the approximate range of the current environment temperature by observing the states of all the fusible alloys 7, thereby more accurately grasping the environment temperature.
The temperature measuring device in the embodiment can further comprise an alloy bracket 9, each fusible alloy 7 is fixed on the alloy bracket, and the alloy bracket is detachably fixed on the fixed bracket 5. The alloy support 9 may be secured to the tray 6 by means of threaded studs 8. Therefore, after the fusible alloy 7 is melted, a new temperature measuring device can be obtained only by replacing the alloy bracket 9 provided with the fusible alloy 7, the whole device does not need to be replaced, and the use cost can be reduced.
The temperature measuring device in the embodiment further comprises a tray 6, the tray 6 is detachably connected to the fixed support 5 or the alloy support 9 through a support and a bolt, and the tray 6 is located below each fusible alloy 7 and used for storing liquid after the fusible alloy 7 is melted. The liquid after the fusible alloy 7 is melted is dripped into the tray 6, so that the fusible alloy 7 is prevented from dripping into other parts of the vehicle body or the external environment, and the protection of the other parts of the vehicle body and the pollution to the environment are facilitated.

The fixing bracket 5 of the temperature measuring device in each embodiment may be a split structure, and includes a first body 51 and a second body 52 connected by bolts, the first body 51 and the second body 52 enclose a mounting hole 5a fixed in cooperation with a brake pipe of a railway wagon, and the mounting structure is the mounting hole 5 a.
The invention also provides a railway wagon, which comprises a wagon body and any one of the temperature measuring devices, wherein the temperature measuring device is arranged at the wagon body position close to the brake pipe of the brake valve or the bogie rubber part through the mounting structure.
