5. A windscreen monitorable early warning heating system failure according to claim 4 and wherein the outer and inner organic transparent plies are provided as acrylic or PC boards.
6. A windscreen monitorable early warning heating system failure according to claim 4 and wherein said outer, middle and inner panes are provided as silicate glasses.
7. A windscreen monitorable early warning heating system failure according to claim 1 and wherein said outer mounting frame is provided with an interface to said electrical heating assembly.
8. A windscreen monitorable early warning heating system failure according to claim 1 and wherein said inner pane is provided with a plurality of interlayers.
