putting the flood prevention early warning device into water and acquiring the height of a water level;
step two, sending early warning signals of different levels through the flood prevention early warning device according to water lines of different heights, and performing flood prevention early warning work;
step three, automatically shooting and uploading the water level superelevation through an industrial camera in the flood prevention early warning device;
step four, the height of the water level is measured and monitored in an auxiliary mode through an ultrasonic water level meter in the flood prevention early warning device;
and fifthly, measuring rainfall through a rain gauge in the flood prevention early warning device, and calculating the height of the water level by combining the rainfall so as to perform flood prevention early warning.
