the rotating assembly comprises a first bearing, a rotating shaft (33), a first gear (32) and a plurality of fan blades (34), two notches are arranged below the main body (1), the two rotating assemblies are arranged in the two notches respectively, the tops of the notches are provided with through holes, the outer rings of the two first bearings are connected with the inner walls of the two through holes respectively, one end of the rotating shaft (33) is connected with the first gear (32), the first gear (32) is connected with the transmission assembly, the other end of the rotating shaft (33) penetrates through the through holes to be arranged in the notches, the circumferential directions of the fan blades (34) are uniformly arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft (33), the fan blades (34) are arranged in the notches, and the periphery of the rotating shaft (33) is connected with the inner rings of the first bearings.
