In other embodiments, the third preset value corresponds to a wind pressure value at the outlet of the smoke pipe of 45Pa, when the second wind pressure value is greater than the third preset value (equivalent to a wind pressure value of 45Pa) and less than the first preset value (equivalent to a wind pressure value of 65Pa) during the combustion operation of the water heater, the water heater is blocked seriously, no potential safety hazard (flame overflow point is not reached), possibly gust interference exists, in order to prevent signal interference, the second wind pressure value is continuously detected, a fourth preset time period is set to be 0-6s or 0-7s, if the second wind pressure value is still greater than the third preset value (equivalent to a wind pressure value of 45Pa) and less than the first preset value (equivalent to a wind pressure value of 65Pa), it is necessary to close the extractor hood and the gas valve and determine that the gas water heater is in the second failure state for maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.
Further, referring to fig. 4 again, if the second wind pressure value is greater than the first preset value, after the gas valve of the gas water heater is opened, the method for controlling the gas water heater further includes the following steps:
and S111, under the condition that the second wind pressure value is smaller than the third preset value, judging whether the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the third preset value in a fifth preset time period.
And S112, if the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the third preset value within the fifth preset time period, closing a gas valve and a smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state or a third fault state.
Further, if the second wind pressure value is closer to the second preset value compared with the first preset value, closing a gas valve and a smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater and determining that the gas water heater is in a third fault state. At the moment, the second wind pressure value is smaller than a third preset value, the third preset value is between the first preset value and the second preset value, the second wind pressure value is closer to the second preset value, the fact that headwind or gust interference possibly exists at the moment is shown, and correspondingly, the water heater is in a third fault state;
further, if the second wind pressure value is closer to the first preset value compared with the second preset value, closing a gas valve and a smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state. At the moment, the blockage of the flue is likely to exist, the gas valve and the smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater can be closed, and the gas water heater is determined to be in the second fault state.
In some embodiments, the fifth predetermined period of time is a period of 0-1s or 0-2 s.
In general, the control method of the gas water heater has high reliability, can reduce the fault rate of the gas water heater after being applied to the gas water heater, and effectively prevents the gas water heater from being judged by mistake, not started or shut down due to external environment factors such as gust wind, false blockage and the like.
The invention further provides a control device for the gas water heater, the gas water heater comprises an exhaust fan, a smoke pipe and a wind pressure sensor arranged at an outlet of the smoke pipe, and the control device comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module, a comparison module and a control module.
The first obtaining module is used for obtaining a first wind pressure value at an outlet of the smoke pipe before the smoke exhauster is started.
The second acquisition module is used for acquiring a second wind pressure value at the outlet of the smoke pipe after the smoke exhauster is started.
And the comparison module is used for comparing the second wind pressure value with the first wind pressure value, and if the second wind pressure value is equal to the first wind pressure value, the gas valve of the gas water heater is kept closed.
The control module is used for judging whether the second wind pressure value is continuously equal to the first wind pressure value within a first preset time period; if so, closing the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a first fault state.
Furthermore, the first obtaining module and the second obtaining module can use the same obtaining module, such as a wind pressure sensor arranged at the outlet of the smoke tube.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a gas water heater, which comprises an exhaust fan, a smoke pipe and the control device for the gas water heater.
Further, the gas water heater also comprises a wind pressure sensor arranged at the outlet of the smoke tube. The wind pressure sensor is used for acquiring a first wind pressure value at an outlet of the smoke tube before the smoke exhauster is started and acquiring a second wind pressure value at an outlet of the smoke tube after the smoke exhauster is started.

1. A control method of a gas water heater, wherein the gas water heater comprises an exhaust fan and a smoke pipe, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a first air pressure value at an outlet of the smoke pipe before the smoke exhauster is started;
acquiring a second air pressure value at the outlet of the smoke pipe after the smoke exhauster is started;
comparing the second wind pressure value with the first wind pressure value, and if the second wind pressure value is equal to the first wind pressure value, keeping a gas valve of the gas water heater closed;
judging whether the second wind pressure value is continuously equal to the first wind pressure value within a first preset time period; if so, closing the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a first fault state.
2. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the second wind pressure value is not equal to the first wind pressure value, judging whether the second wind pressure value is larger than a first preset value; and if so, opening a gas valve of the gas water heater.
3. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 2, further comprising:
when the second wind pressure value is not greater than the first preset value, keeping a gas valve of the gas water heater closed;
judging whether the second wind pressure value is not greater than the first preset value continuously in a second preset time period;
if so, closing the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state.
4. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 2, further comprising:
when the second wind pressure value is not larger than the first preset value and the second wind pressure value and the first wind pressure value are both smaller than a second preset value, keeping a gas valve of the gas water heater closed;
judging whether the second wind pressure value is not greater than the first preset value continuously in a third preset time period; if so, closing the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a third fault state;
wherein the second preset value is smaller than the first preset value.
5. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 4, wherein if the control method of a gas water heater further comprises, after opening a gas valve of the gas water heater:
judging whether the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the first preset value and larger than a third preset value within a fourth preset time period;
if so, closing a gas valve of the gas water heater and the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state;
wherein the third preset value is between the first preset value and the second preset value.
6. The control method of a gas water heater according to claim 5, wherein if the control method of a gas water heater further comprises, after opening a gas valve of the gas water heater:
if the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the third preset value within a fifth preset time period, closing a gas valve of the gas water heater and the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state or a third fault state.

The control method of the gas water heater according to claim 6, wherein if the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the third preset value within a fifth preset time period, the closing the gas valve and the smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater and determining that the gas water heater is in the second failure state or the third failure state comprises:
and if the second wind pressure value is closer to the second preset value compared with the first preset value, closing a gas valve of the gas water heater and the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a third fault state.
8. The control method of the gas water heater according to claim 6, wherein if the second wind pressure value is continuously smaller than the third preset value within a fifth preset time period, the closing the gas valve and the smoke exhaust fan of the gas water heater and determining that the gas water heater is in the second failure state or the third failure state comprises:
and if the second wind pressure value is closer to the first preset value compared with the second preset value, closing a gas valve of the gas water heater and the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a second fault state.
9. A control device for a gas water heater, the gas water heater comprising an extractor hood and a flue pipe, characterized in that the control device for a gas water heater comprises:
the first acquiring module is used for acquiring a first air pressure value at an outlet of the smoke pipe before the smoke ventilator is started;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a second air pressure value at the outlet of the smoke pipe after the smoke ventilator is started;
the comparison module is used for comparing the second wind pressure value with the first wind pressure value, and if the second wind pressure value is equal to the first wind pressure value, the gas valve of the gas water heater is kept closed; and
the control module is used for judging whether the second wind pressure value is continuously equal to the first wind pressure value within a first preset time period; if so, closing the smoke exhaust fan and determining that the gas water heater is in a first fault state.
10. A gas water heater comprising an extractor hood and a flue tube, characterized in that it further comprises a control device for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 9.
