The invention strengthens the noise, the amplitude and the like when the inner machine resonates, so that whether the inner machine resonates or not is easily judged, all the inner machine resonant frequencies of the compressor excitation frequency band are easily detected, and the omission detection is not easy to occur.

Technical Field

Background
The resonance of the air conditioner internal unit can cause noise to increase and even make a sound, and the main factors are that the vibration frequency of the compressor is identical with the natural frequency of the box body and the pipeline, so that the resonance is generated, the noise is amplified, and the user experience is seriously influenced. Therefore, how to quickly and accurately confirm the frequency of the compressor exciting the resonance of the internal machine is important for the vibration reduction design of the internal machine of the air conditioner. In the early development stage of a general air conditioner, the resonance of an internal machine is analyzed and optimized through a simulation technology. However, the simulation calculation result is influenced by the accuracy of boundary conditions such as a structural model and an excitation source, and large deviation is likely to occur.
At present, most of detection schemes are used for confirming the occurrence of a resonance phenomenon by detecting noise, amplitude and the like after the resonance occurs in an air conditioner indoor unit. These solutions focus on specific methods for detecting noise and amplitude after resonance, but they do not basically relate to how to enhance the resonance effect, so that it is easier to distinguish whether resonance exists. Due to the reasons, although the inner machine is likely to resonate, the excitation strength is low, the resonance amplitude and noise are not obvious, and finally the resonance frequency band is missed to be detected. Under some extreme working conditions, the air conditioner can generate obvious resonance in the frequency bands which are not detected, and the user experience is seriously influenced.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and beneficial effects of the present invention more clearly understood, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for detecting a resonant frequency of an air conditioner indoor unit, including:
s1, starting an air conditioner, setting the frequency of a compressor and the wind speed of an internal machine to be minimum values, and enabling the state to be operated to tend to be stable;
s2, detecting the condensation temperature, judging whether the condensation temperature exceeds a condensation temperature limit value, if so, executing S3, otherwise, executing S4;
s3, increasing the wind speed of the indoor unit, and executing the step S2 after the indoor unit is operated for a period of time;
and S4, after the noise of the internal machine is stable, detecting the noise of the internal machine, judging whether the noise resonates according to the fact that whether the noise exceeds a limit value, recording the frequency of the compressor if the noise exceeds the limit value, and otherwise, judging that the internal machine does not resonate.
In the embodiment, the air conditioner is started firstly, the frequency of the compressor is set to be the lowest value, the air speed of the indoor unit is set to be the minimum air, the running state of the air conditioner tends to be stable after a short period of running (usually about one minute), then the condensation temperature is detected, the compressor is stopped due to overhigh load caused by overhigh condensation temperature, the purpose of detecting the condensation temperature is to ensure that the compressor is not stopped, meanwhile, the load of the compressor is improved as much as possible, if the condensation temperature exceeds the limit value, the air speed of the fan is increased to reduce the temperature, the condensation temperature is detected again after a period of running (usually about one minute), if the condensation temperature does not exceed the limit value, after the noise of the indoor unit is stable, the noise of the indoor unit is detected, whether the resonance is generated is judged by whether the numerical value of the noise exceeds the limit value, and the frequency of the current compressor is recorded. Meanwhile, the tested indoor temperature and outdoor temperature are ensured to be 25 ℃, preferably 30 ℃ during testing, so that the load of the compressor is increased, the excitation strength of the compressor is improved, but the maximum bearing load of the compressor cannot be exceeded; the condensation temperature limit was 60 ℃. The invention can realize the quick check of whether resonance occurs by increasing the load of the compressor as much as possible, increasing the excitation strength and judging whether resonance occurs or not through the numerical value of the noise.
Optionally, the operation-waiting state tends to be stable, and the operation-waiting state includes:

In this embodiment, whether to increase the frequency of the compressor for continuing the test or shutting down the air conditioner is determined according to the value of the compressor, and since the embodiment is tested by setting the frequency of the compressor to the lowest value, it cannot be ensured that the air conditioner does not generate resonance, if the value of the compressor does not exceed the limit value, the frequency of the compressor is increased by 1-2HZ after the test of the embodiment is finished, and the test of the embodiment is executed again, so that different compressor frequencies of the air conditioner are tested, a comprehensive coverage test is realized, and a condition of missing test is avoided.
