Description

Noise rectification device and method of air conditioner and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a noise rectification device and method of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
When the air conditioner is installed, if the distance between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is too far, the connecting pipe between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit needs to be lengthened, and after the connecting pipe is lengthened, a certain amount of refrigerant can be stored in the connecting pipe, and the longer the connecting pipe is, the more the stored refrigerant is, so that the refrigerant flowing through the evaporator during the operation of the air conditioner is reduced. At this time, the refrigerant is supplemented according to the refrigerant addition amount specified by the manufacturer (generally, 20g/m is supplemented for R410A, and generally, 15g/m is supplemented for R32), but for different machine types, the heat exchange of the evaporator is insufficient during refrigeration due to excessive supplemented refrigerant, the suction temperature of the compressor is low, and the liquid impact of the compressor can be caused; the supplemented refrigerant is too little, so that the evaporator is in a two-phase state in the pipe during heat exchange, bubbles are increased, the liquid flow sound of the inner machine is caused, the use satisfaction of a user is influenced, and complaints are further caused.
At present, when the noise problem is processed after sale, the root cause of the generated noise cannot be judged quickly, and only the problem point can be judged by experience and possible solutions can be given. However, this approach to solving the noise problem only empirically is time consuming in addition to the possible inaccuracy of position discrimination.
However, in order to eliminate noise, the conventional method is usually to install only one specification of muffler for trying, and if appropriate, select the appropriate specification of muffler; if it is not suitable, just will tear down the muffler of another kind of specification of reinstallation, nevertheless reinstallate the muffler again and need receive the refrigerant, vacuumize operation such as again, this kind of process of constantly changing the muffler specification and debugging is very loaded down with trivial details and efficiency is very low, and inconvenient rectification noise, and in addition to the noise effect that reduces in the air conditioner not good, the user is poor to after-sales service satisfaction.
