Detailed Description
Hereinafter, example embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments of the present application, and that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clutch plate state evaluation method, including the steps of:
step 110: and determining the applicable information of the gearbox where the clutch plate is located, wherein the applicable information is used for representing the applicable degree of the internal environment of the gearbox to the working state of the clutch plate.
Specifically, since the operating environment of the clutch plate is inside the transmission, the internal environment of the transmission may also affect the clutch plate, and the internal environment of the transmission may be affected by various factors, which may positively or negatively affect the state information of the clutch plate, so that when determining the state information of the clutch plate, it is necessary to evaluate the operating environment of the transmission on which the clutch plate is mounted, determine the applicable information of the transmission relative to the clutch plate, and determine whether the internal environment of the transmission is suitable for the clutch plate to operate.
Step 120: wear information of the clutch plates is determined, and the wear information is used for representing the wear condition of the clutch plates.
Generally, the wear of the clutch plates is usually estimated by the driving experience of the driver, and the driver usually determines the wear according to the driving experience and the amount of the driving mileage of the vehicle, but the wear of the clutch plates cannot be estimated by the driving experience and the driving mileage of the vehicle because the materials of the clutch plates used by different vehicles are different according to the driving habits of the driver, so the wear of the clutch plates cannot be estimated by the method, and quantitative evaluation needs to be performed according to the wear to determine how the wear of the clutch plates is actually.
It should be noted that, in the practical application process, the calculation may be synchronized to determine the applicable information of the clutch plate and the wear information of the clutch plate.
Step 130: and determining the state information of the clutch plate according to the application information and the wear information.
Specifically, after obtaining the applicable information and the wear information, the state information of the clutch plate is calculated by the two. By calculating the applicable information and the wear information, the overall operation environment of a gearbox where the clutch plate is located is considered, the worn degree of the clutch plate is quantized, and meanwhile the trend of future wear is combined, so that the state information of the clutch plate can be more accurately evaluated, and the service life of the clutch plate can be predicted; in addition, this mode does not affect the evaluation of the state information due to the difference in the operation of the driver, and as a result, the state information of the clutch plates can be evaluated more objectively without being affected by different drivers.
In addition, the application information and the wear information of the clutch plates are determined for synchronization in the implementation flow, and the determination sequence of the application information and the wear information is not limited in step 110 and step 120.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step 120 may include the following steps: determining wear degree information of the clutch plate, wherein the wear degree information is used for representing the worn degree of the clutch plate; and determining a friction coefficient of the clutch plates, the friction coefficient being indicative of the ability of the clutch plates to transmit power during operation.
Specifically, the friction coefficient and the wear degree information are parameters for directly evaluating the wear state of the clutch plates. The friction coefficient indicates the degree of friction to which the clutch plates are subjected, unlike the degree of wear to which the clutch plates have been worn indicated by the wear degree information. The friction coefficient and the wear degree information are combined, and the loss of the clutch plate can be quantized visually.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 110 may include the following steps:
step 111: and detecting the internal oil temperature value of the gearbox and the internal pressure value of the gearbox according to the first detection period.
Specifically, a gear oil temperature sensor and a gear oil pressure sensor are pre-configured in the gearbox, the gear oil temperature sensor collects an internal oil temperature value of the gearbox, the gear oil pressure sensor is used for an internal pressure value of the gearbox, and the gear oil temperature sensor and the gear oil pressure sensor are important parameters reflecting an internal environment of the gearbox.
Step 112: and determining first comparison information of the internal oil temperature value and a preset standard oil temperature value and second comparison information of the internal pressure value and a preset standard pressure value.
Specifically, a standard oil temperature value and a standard pressure value of the gearbox suitable for the clutch plate to work are set, first comparison information of the internal oil temperature value and the standard oil temperature value and second comparison information of the internal pressure value and the standard pressure value are calculated according to a first detection period, the standard oil temperature value and the standard pressure value represent the oil temperature value and the pressure value in the gearbox when the clutch plate is in a better working state, and therefore the difference between the current working environment in the gearbox and the environment suitable for the clutch plate to work can be reflected through the first comparison information and the second comparison information.
Step 113: and determining applicable information according to the first comparison information and the second comparison information.
Specifically, as mentioned above, the first comparison information and the second comparison information can reflect the difference between the current working environment in the transmission and the environment suitable for the clutch plate to work, so that the working environment in the transmission can be visually evaluated according to the first comparison information and the second comparison information to determine whether the working environment in the transmission is suitable for the clutch plate to work.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, step 112 may include:
step 310: and determining a first difference value between the internal oil temperature value and a preset standard oil temperature value and a second difference value between the internal pressure value and a preset standard pressure value in at least two continuous first detection periods.
Specifically, as described above, a gear oil temperature sensor and a gear oil pressure sensor are provided in the transmission, and a standard oil temperature value and a standard pressure value are set. In a plurality of continuous first detection periods, calculating a first difference value between the gear oil temperature sensor and a standard oil temperature value, and calculating a second difference value between a detection result of the gear oil pressure sensor and a standard pressure value.
Step 320: and determining a first magnitude relation between the first difference and a preset oil temperature standard deviation and a second magnitude relation between the second difference and a preset pressure standard deviation.
Specifically, an oil temperature standard deviation between an internal oil temperature value and a standard oil temperature value and a pressure standard deviation between an internal pressure value and a standard pressure value are preset, and the oil temperature standard deviation and the pressure standard deviation represent the range of difference between the current environment in the gearbox and an ideal working environment. The first magnitude relation and the second magnitude relation can be determined by comparing the oil temperature standard deviation and the pressure standard deviation with the first difference value and the second difference value, respectively. The first magnitude relation and the second magnitude relation are respectively used as part of the first comparison information and the second comparison information and used for representing whether the difference between the internal oil temperature and pressure of the transmission and the standard value is within an acceptable range or not.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the applicable information according to the first comparison information and the second comparison information includes: and determining applicable information according to the first size relation and the second size relation.
Specifically, when the first comparison information and the second comparison information include the first magnitude relation and the second magnitude relation, respectively, for example, the oil temperature standard deviation and the pressure standard deviation are represented by σ T and σ P, respectively, and the oil temperature standard deviation and the pressure standard deviation are represented by σ 1 and σ 2, respectively. In a plurality of continuous first detection periods, if the first size relations are sigma T < sigma 1 and the second size relations are sigma P < sigma 2, the application information of the gearbox relative to the clutch plate is considered to be good, and the application information is 100, and conversely, in a plurality of continuous first detection periods, if the first size relations are sigma T ≧ sigma 1 and the second size relations are sigma P ≧ sigma 2, the application information is poor, and the application information is 0. The corresponding relation between the applicable information and the expected value of the oil temperature and the standard deviation of the pressure of the gear oil can be adjusted according to factors such as actual test conditions, actual working conditions of the gearbox and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, determining the wear level information of the clutch plate may include the steps of:
step 410: and acquiring the opening value of the clutch disc according to a preset acquisition period.
Specifically, still dispose clutch disc displacement sensor in the gearbox, according to the collection cycle that predetermines, gather the opening value of clutch disc through clutch disc displacement sensor.
Step 420: and determining a liquid filling time value when the liquid filling pressure value of the electromagnetic valve of the gearbox is increased from 0 to the maximum liquid filling pressure value every time the gear of the gearbox is switched from neutral to non-neutral.
Specifically, a gear shifter is arranged in the gearbox, and when the driving gear is switched from neutral to non-neutral by judging a gear signal input by the gear shifter, a liquid filling time value of the electromagnetic valve is acquired, wherein the liquid filling pressure value of the electromagnetic valve is increased from 0 to the maximum value in the gear shifting process.
Step 430: and determining at least one opening degree representation value of the opening degree value and at least one liquid filling time representation value of the liquid filling time value which are acquired in a preset time period.
The preset time period can comprise a plurality of acquisition cycles, so that a plurality of opening degree characterization values can be obtained. Specifically, in a preset time period, an opening degree characteristic value of the clutch plate in the current period and a liquid filling time characteristic value of a liquid filling time value of the electromagnetic valve liquid filling pressure value which is increased from 0 to the maximum value in the current period are calculated, and the opening degree characteristic value and the liquid filling time characteristic value can reflect the working condition of the clutch plate in a certain time. The opening degree indicator and the filling time indicator may be obtained by averaging, for example, five opening degrees and 5 filling times are obtained within a preset time period, and the opening degree indicator and the filling time indicator may be obtained by averaging the 5 opening degrees and the 5 filling times, respectively.
Step 440: and determining the wear degree information according to the opening characteristic value and the liquid filling time characteristic value.
Specifically, the opening degree characteristic value and the liquid filling time characteristic value can reflect the working condition of the clutch plate within a certain time, so that the two parameters can be influenced by the wear condition of the clutch plate, and therefore, the wear degree information of the clutch plate can be obtained through the opening degree characteristic value and the liquid filling time characteristic value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step 440 may include: and calculating the wear degree information through the initial opening value of the clutch plate, a preset liquid filling time standard value, the difference between the n opening values in the preset time period and the opening characterization value, and the difference between the n liquid filling time values in the preset time period and the liquid filling time characterization value, wherein n is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
Specifically, the above-mentioned parameter may calculate the wear level information by the following first formula, the first formula including:
Figure BDA0003227897770000091
ms is wear information, Ao is a preset initial opening value of the clutch plate, To is a preset liquid filling time standard value, To may be a standard time value when a liquid filling pressure value of the solenoid valve rises from 0 To a maximum liquid filling pressure value, a1, a2,. ann represents a difference between n opening values and An opening characteristic value in a preset time period, and T1, T2,. Tn represents a difference between n liquid filling time values and a liquid filling time characteristic value in a preset time period.
The initial opening value of the clutch plate displacement sensor and the maximum liquid filling pressure preset by the gear shifting solenoid valve can be collected and stored in advance. Generally, the larger the opening degree of the clutch plate, the longer the solenoid valve filling time, and the larger the degree of friction of the clutch plate. The method comprises the following steps that a plurality of acquisition cycles can be included in a preset time period, in each acquisition cycle, the opening degree of a clutch plate is acquired through a clutch plate displacement sensor, and an opening degree representation value of the clutch plate in the current cycle is calculated; meanwhile, a gear signal input by the gear judging device is received, when the driving gear is switched from a neutral gear to a non-neutral gear, the time when the liquid filling pressure value of the electromagnetic valve rises from 0 to the maximum liquid filling pressure value in each gear shifting process is collected, and the average liquid filling time of the electromagnetic valve in the current period is calculated. Further, the difference between the opening degree characteristic value and the initial opening degree value and the difference between the liquid filling time characteristic value and the standard time value in n continuous periods are calculated, and the change of the two parameters and the preset value can reflect the condition of the clutch plate receiving the wear, so the wear degree information of the clutch plate can be calculated through the first formula.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, determining the coefficient of friction of the clutch plates may include:
step 510: and detecting the input rotating speed value of the input shaft of the gearbox and the output rotating speed value of the output shaft according to the second detection period, and calculating a rotating speed ratio according to the input rotating speed value and the output rotating speed value.
Specifically, a gearbox input shaft rotating speed sensor and a gearbox output shaft rotating speed sensor are further arranged in the gearbox, the gearbox input shaft rotating speed sensor and the gearbox output shaft rotating speed sensor can process pulse signals through pulse signals of the gearbox input shaft and the gearbox output shaft and convert the pulse signals into rotating speeds to obtain an input rotating speed value and an output rotating speed value, and a rotating speed ratio is obtained according to the ratio of the input rotating speed value to the output rotating speed value. The magnitude of the rotation speed ratio can reflect the power transmission, and the power transmission has a direct relationship with the state of the clutch plates.
Step 520: and determining a rotation speed ratio representation value of the third detection period according to at least one rotation speed ratio in each third detection period.
Specifically, a plurality of rotation speed ratios obtained through the steps in the third detection period are determined, and rotation speed ratio characterization values of the rotation speed ratios are determined. The rotation speed ratio representation value can reflect the transmission condition of the power in each detection period in the second detection period. For example, the speed ratio characterization value may be implemented by averaging, for example, 6 speed ratios are obtained in a certain detection period, and the speed ratio characterization value may be an average value of the 6 speed ratios.
Step 530: and determining the friction coefficient according to the rotation speed ratio representation values of the third detection periods.
Specifically, since at least one rotation speed ratio representative value is obtained in each of the third detection periods, the at least one rotation speed ratio representative value can reflect the power transmission condition of the transmission in the third detection period. As described above, since the power transmission condition of the transmission is directly related to the condition of the clutch plates, the friction coefficient of the clutch plates can be determined from the rotation speed ratio representative value over a certain period of time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining the friction coefficient according to the rotation speed ratio representative values of the plurality of third detection periods may include: and calculating the friction coefficient according to the difference between the m rotation speed ratio characterization values of the third detection period and the preset rotation speed ratio and a preset standard rotation speed ratio, wherein m is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
Specifically, the above parameters may be calculated by a second formula including:
Figure BDA0003227897770000111
mc is the friction coefficient, F1, F2,. Fn respectively represent the difference between the m characteristic values of the rotating speed ratio in the third detection period and the preset rotating speed ratio, and Fo is the preset standard rotating speed ratio.
And evaluating the friction coefficient of the clutch plate according to the dynamic change condition of the rotating speed ratio between the input shaft and the output shaft. After the input rotating speed value and the output rotating speed value are obtained, the rotating speed ratio of the input rotating speed value and the output rotating speed value is calculated in real time, the representing value of the rotating speed ratio in each period is calculated, the representing value of the rotating speed ratio is compared with the preset rotating speed ratio to calculate the difference value, and then the friction coefficient of the clutch plate is calculated through a second formula.
It should be noted that n and m in the first formula and the second formula may be the same.
In addition, after calculating the applicability information and the wear information including the wear degree information and the friction coefficient, the three evaluation parameters may be weighted according to experience, for example, the applicability parameter is weighted α, the wear degree information parameter is weighted β, and the friction coefficient is weighted γ, and the clutch plate state information may be calculated by the following third formula:
H=αS1+βS2+γS3
in one possible embodiment, α > β, α > γ, α + β + γ ═ 1.
The state of the clutch plate can be judged according to the calculated clutch plate state information value.
For example, the clutch plate states are divided into 4 types according to the state information values, the clutch plate is judged to be in a good state within the range of 90-100 state information, the clutch plate is judged to be in a good state within the range of 70-90 state information, the clutch plate is judged to be in a good state within the range of 60-70 state information, and the clutch plate is judged to be in a damaged state below the state information 60. The state information value and the state of the clutch plate are visually displayed through a display module on the vehicle, and when the clutch plate is in a damaged state, relevant early warning information is displayed to prompt a driver to check the condition of the clutch plate in time for maintenance or replacement.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clutch plate state information determination apparatus, including:
