Abstract

Before the concrete is finally set, the weight of the precast concrete trapezoidal block 2 and the weight of the post-cast section are borne by the mold hanging mechanism 3, the stress is dispersed to the floor slab 1 around the pay-off measuring hole, the force applied to the side wall of the pay-off measuring hole by the precast concrete trapezoidal block 2 is reduced, and the phenomenon that the post-cast section presses down the precast concrete trapezoidal block 2 to sink and cause slab staggering with the original floor slab 1 is effectively prevented.
And step four, removing the mould hanging mechanism 3 through the rotation of the threaded sleeve 34 after the initial setting and before the final setting of the concrete, performing surface treatment, and finishing the plugging operation after the surface treatment.
