Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heating non-combustion tobacco products, in particular to multi-layer cigarette paper for electromagnetic induction.
Background
The induction heating means that alternating current generated by an induction heating power supply passes through an inductor, namely a coil, to generate an alternating magnetic field, a magnetic conductive object is arranged in the inductor to cut alternating magnetic lines, so that alternating current, namely eddy current, is generated inside the object, the eddy current enables atoms inside the object to move randomly at a high speed, and the atoms collide and rub with each other to generate heat energy, thereby achieving the effect of heating the object.
The heating non-combustion cigarette based on induction heating is well known by the public due to the characteristics of high heat efficiency, high temperature rising speed and the like, most of the existing electromagnetic induction type cigarettes are provided with induction coils inside smoking sets, and a susceptor is arranged inside a cigarette aerosol forming substrate or the cigarette aerosol forming substrate is directly coated on the susceptor, so that the susceptor and the induction coils mutually induce to heat tobacco. The method is characterized in that a susceptor is arranged in a cigarette aerosol forming substrate, which cannot be quickly realized in the existing cigarette structure, cigarette equipment needs to be transformed in a large scale, and the production process is complex; at the same time, a sufficiently uniform heating of the aerosol-forming substrate cannot be completely achieved in the case of induction heating.
