Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100, and specifically, the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 is a sodium hypochlorite generator for manufacturing a sodium hypochlorite solution for disinfection. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the disinfectant liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 is not limited to the sodium hypochlorite generator, but can also be a disinfectant liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 that manufactures other disinfectant liquids.
The device 100 for manufacturing the disinfectant comprises a liquid storage part 10 and an electrolyzer 20, wherein a liquid storage cavity 11 is arranged in the liquid storage part 10, at least part of the electrolyzer 20 is arranged in the liquid storage cavity 11, and when stock solution is added into the liquid storage cavity 11, the stock solution is electrolyzed into the disinfectant under the electrolysis action of the electrolyzer 20. If the disinfecting solution producing apparatus 100 is a sodium hypochlorite generator, the electrolyzer 20 can electrolyze the salt water into a sodium hypochlorite solution when the salt water is added to the liquid storage chamber 11.
It should be noted that the disinfecting liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 is used when the concentration of the disinfecting liquid formed by electrolysis reaches a preset value. For example, when the disinfectant solution manufacturing apparatus 100 is a sodium hypochlorite generator, a certain amount of saline solution is added into the liquid storage chamber 11, and the disinfectant solution is used when the concentration of the sodium hypochlorite solution formed by electrolyzing the saline solution reaches (is greater than or equal to) a preset value.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 1, the disinfecting liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a power member 30, a liquid suction path 40, and a liquid return path 50, one end of the liquid suction path 40 and one end of the liquid return path 50 both communicate with the reservoir chamber 11, the other end of the liquid suction path 40 and the other end of the liquid return path 50 both communicate with the power member 30, and the power member 30 is configured to be able to suck the liquid in the reservoir chamber 11 through the liquid suction path 40 and to return the sucked liquid into the reservoir chamber 11 through the liquid return path 50. Specifically, the power member 30 is a water pump.
Through the above arrangement, the power component 30 can suck the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 11 through the liquid suction passage 40, and the sucked liquid is fed back to the liquid storage cavity 11 through the liquid suction passage 40 again, in the process of sucking the liquid from the liquid storage cavity 11 and feeding back the liquid, the liquid stirring effect in the liquid storage cavity 11 is achieved, so that the uniform mixing of the stock solution and the disinfectant in the liquid storage cavity 11 is promoted, namely the concentration of the disinfectant near the electrolyzer 20 can be reduced, and the concentration of the stock solution is improved, and when the concentration of the stock solution near the electrolyzer 20 is increased, the manufacturing efficiency of the disinfectant can be improved.
In one embodiment, the reservoir 10 includes interconnected bottom and top sections that together define a reservoir chamber 11. The electrolyzer 20 includes a first body 21 and a generator 22, and the generator 22 is connected to the first body 21 for electrolyzing the stock solution stored in the solution storage chamber 11 to generate a disinfectant. The inlet ends of the generating portion 22 and the liquid suction passage 40 are provided in the bottom section, and the outlet end of the liquid return passage 50 is provided in the top section. The arrangement is such that the inlet end of the liquid suction path 40 is closer to the generating part 22 and the outlet end of the liquid return path 50 is farther from the electrolyzer 20, so as to improve the stirring effect and promote the more uniform mixing of the stock solution and the disinfectant. Specifically, the liquid storage component 10 includes a second body 12 and a cover 13, the cover 13 is disposed on the second body 12 and defines a liquid storage cavity 11 with the second body 12, and the liquid suction path 40 and the liquid return path 50 are both disposed through the cover 13.
Further, in the height direction of the liquid storage member 10, the maximum distance between the end surface of the inlet end and the surface of the generating portion 22 is smaller than a first preset distance, the minimum distance between the end surface of the outlet end and the surface of the electrolyzer 20 is larger than a second preset distance, and the first preset distance is smaller than the second preset distance.
It should be noted that the first preset distance and the second preset distance may be selected as needed, and the sizes of the first preset distance and the second preset distance are not particularly limited.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, the disinfecting liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a first switch valve 60, and the first switch valve 60 is mounted on the liquid returning passage 50 and configured to control the on/off of the liquid returning passage 50. Thus, the on/off of the liquid return passage 50 can be controlled by the first on/off valve 60, so that whether the liquid sucked by the power member 30 is returned to the reservoir chamber 11 or not can be controlled.
Specifically, the first switching valve 60 is an electric valve. The disinfecting liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 includes a controller 80, and the controller 80 controls the operation of the power member 30 and the first on-off valve 60. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the first on-off valve 60 may also be a manual valve, which is not limited herein.
Further, the power member 30 has an inlet end and a second communicating end communicating with each other, the liquid suction path 40 communicates with the first communicating end of the power member 30, and the liquid return path 50 communicates with the second communicating end of the power member 30. The disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a nozzle 70, the nozzle 70 is communicated with the second communication end of the power member 30, and the resistance of the liquid flowing in the liquid return path 50 is smaller than the resistance of the liquid flowing out of the nozzle 70.
With the above arrangement, the liquid suction passage 40, the power member 30 and the nozzle 70 form a liquid discharge passage for facilitating the spraying of the disinfectant liquid out of the disinfectant liquid manufacturing apparatus 100, the liquid suction passage 40, the power member 30 and the liquid return passage 50 form a liquid return passage for returning the liquid back into the liquid storage chamber 11, and the power member 30 is shared by the liquid discharge passage and the liquid return passage, thereby simplifying the disinfectant liquid manufacturing apparatus 100. Because the resistance of the liquid flowing in the liquid return passage 50 is smaller than the resistance of the liquid sprayed out from the flow nozzle 70, when the controller 80 controls the first switch valve 60 to open the liquid circulation of the liquid return passage 50, the liquid pumped by the power member 30 through the liquid suction passage 40 flows back to the liquid storage cavity 11 again in the liquid return passage 50, so as to be used for stirring the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 11, promote the uniform mixing of the stock solution and the disinfectant in the liquid storage cavity 11, and improve the manufacturing efficiency of the disinfectant. Meanwhile, when the disinfectant is manufactured, that is, the concentration of the disinfectant in the liquid storage chamber 11 reaches a preset value, the controller 80 controls the first switch valve 60 to be closed, and the disinfectant sucked by the power member 30 through the liquid suction passage 40 is sprayed out through the nozzle 70 for use.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the disinfectant preparing apparatus 100 further includes a three-way valve 90, wherein the three-way valve 90 has a first port, a second port and a third port, the first port is communicated with the second communication port of the power element 30, the second port is communicated with the fluid returning passage 50, and the third port is communicated with the nozzle 70. This arrangement facilitates simultaneous communication between the nozzle 70 and the fluid return passage 50 with the power member 30. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the nozzle 70 and the liquid return passage 50 can be communicated with the second communication end of the power member 30 in other manners, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a joint 110, the joint 110 is L-shaped, two ends of the L-shape are respectively connected to the three-way valve 90 and the liquid return passage 50, and the liquid return passage 50 is communicated with the three-way valve 90 through the joint 110. The L-shape facilitates the connection of the return path 50 with the three-way valve 90 and simplifies the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100.
The disinfection solution manufacturing apparatus 100 further comprises a body 120, the body 120 comprises a housing 121 and a handle 122 connected to each other, the cover 13 of the liquid storage device 10 is connected to the housing 121 and defines a receiving cavity, the controller 80, the power device 30, the three-way valve 90, the connector 110 and the first on-off valve 60 are all located in the receiving cavity, and the handle 122 is used for holding by hand. The housing 121 is provided with a nozzle opening for spraying the disinfectant from the nozzle 70. Further, the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 includes a spray button 130, a display panel 140, and a filter 150, the spray button 130 is provided on the handle 122, the display panel 140 is provided on the housing 121 to display the state of the liquid in the liquid storage chamber 11, and the filter 150 is provided at the inlet end of the liquid suction passage 40 to filter impurities carried in the liquid flowing into the liquid suction passage 40.
The working principle of the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 provided in this embodiment is as follows:
when the electrolyzer 20 electrolyzes the stock solution to form the sterilizing solution: the controller 80 controls the first switch valve 60 to open, and at the same time, the power element 30 is started, the liquid suction passage 40, the power element 30, the three-way valve 90, the connector 110, the first switch valve 60 and the liquid return passage 50 form a liquid return passage, and since the resistance of the liquid sprayed from the nozzle 70 (for example, a pressure valve is arranged in the nozzle 70, when a certain opening pressure is reached, the pressure valve can be opened, and the nozzle 70 sprays liquid) is greater than the resistance of the liquid flowing in the liquid return passage 50, the liquid cannot be sprayed from the nozzle 70 at this time, and the liquid return passage can smoothly discharge liquid, the power element 30 pumps the liquid at the bottom of the liquid storage cavity 11 to the top of the liquid storage cavity 11 through the liquid return passage, so as to accelerate the mixing of the raw liquid and the disinfectant, reduce the concentration of the disinfectant near the generating part 22, promote the forward proceeding of the electrolytic reaction, greatly improve the electrolytic efficiency, and thus improve the efficiency of producing the disinfectant.
Further, in the whole electrolysis process, the power part 30 and the first switch valve 60 are set to be opened and closed at intervals, so that the working time of the power part 30 and the first switch valve 60 is reduced while the mixed solution is improved in electrolysis efficiency, the energy consumption is reduced, and the service life of the power part 30 is prolonged.
When spraying: when the handle 122 is held and the spray button 130 is pressed, the controller 80 controls the power unit 30 to operate and the first on-off valve 60 to be closed, and the liquid is sprayed from the spray nozzle 70. When the spray button 130 is released, the power tool 30 stops operating, the first on-off valve 60 opens, and the liquid remaining in the three-way valve 90 and the joint 110 can flow back into the liquid storage chamber 11 through the liquid return passage 50, so that the pressure in the disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 is reduced, and the remaining liquid is prevented from being discharged from the nozzle 70 when not in use.
In another embodiment, the disinfecting liquid manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a liquid holding member (not shown in the drawings) which is communicated with both the liquid suction path 40 and the liquid return path 50, and which is configured to store the liquid sucked from the liquid storage chamber 11 by the power member 30 through the liquid suction path 40. The power member 30 sucks the liquid in the liquid storage chamber 11 through the liquid suction passage 40 to the liquid container for storage, then sucks the liquid in the liquid container again, and returns the liquid to the liquid storage chamber 11 through the liquid return passage 50 for stirring.
The power element 30 has a first communicating end and a second communicating end communicating with each other, and the liquid suction path 40 and the liquid return path 50 are both communicated with the first communicating end. The disinfectant manufacturing apparatus 100 further includes a nozzle 70 and a second switch valve (not shown), the nozzle 70 and the liquid containing member are communicated with a second communication end of the power member 30, a resistance of the liquid flowing to the liquid containing member is smaller than a resistance of the liquid flowing out of the nozzle 70, and the second switch valve is mounted on a first pipeline communicated between the liquid containing member and the power member 30 and configured to control on/off of the first pipeline; the power member 30 is configured to be capable of forward and reverse rotation.
That is, in the present embodiment, the liquid suction path 40 and the liquid return path 50 are both communicated with the same end of the power member 30, and the power member 30 can be rotated in the forward and reverse directions. When the power member 30 is rotated in the forward direction, the first switching valve 60 is closed, the second switching valve is opened, and since the resistance of the liquid flowing to the liquid containing member is smaller than the resistance of the liquid flowing to the nozzle 70, the liquid is sucked into the liquid containing member through the first pipe and is not ejected from the nozzle 70. When the power member 30 rotates in the reverse direction, the first switch valve 60 and the second switch valve are both opened, and the liquid in the liquid container flows out through the first pipeline and flows back to the liquid storage chamber 11 through the liquid return passage 50.
Specifically, the disinfecting liquid producing apparatus 100 further includes a third on/off valve (not shown in the figure) mounted on the liquid suction path 40 and configured to control on/off of the liquid suction path 40. In this manner, when the power element 30 is reversed, the liquid suction path 40 can be controlled to be in the blocked state.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
