The slag has good fluidity under the condition of good slag condition in refining, can be quickly heated, desulfurized and adjusted in components, reduces refining time, avoids the deterioration of molten steel purity caused by large-stirring desulfurization in refining, reduces the addition of slag and the use amount of fluorite, and saves cost.
