Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic circulation water supply system for dry coke quenching water seal cooling water, which comprises an underground water storage tank, a water storage tank and a water supply tank, wherein the underground water storage tank is used for storing soft water discharged and delivered by a blast furnace sewage discharge pipe; the water replenishing pump is arranged in the underground water storage tank and used for supplying water to the main multistage filtering water tank; the multistage filter water tank supplies water to the accident water tank through the pump set; the emergency water tank is used for supplying water to the furnace top water seal tank, the dust removal emergency water seal tank and the dry quenching emergency water seal tank; the auxiliary multi-stage filter water tank is used for filtering water inflow of the furnace top water seal tank, the dust removal emergency water seal tank and the dry quenching emergency water seal tank and supplying water to the main multi-stage filter water tank. The invention utilizes the boiler sewage, saves the cost of purchasing or self-making the demineralized water and avoids the waste of discharging the boiler sewage soft water resource; when water is short, large-flow water supply can be carried out; the multistage filtering circulating water tank is designed to ensure the cleanliness of circulating water, the treatment cost is low, and the service lives of the furnace top water seal tank and other water consumption point equipment are prolonged.

Preferably, the pump group comprises a first pressurizing pump, a second pressurizing pump and an accident pump, and the first pressurizing pump, the second pressurizing pump and the accident pump all supply water in the main multi-stage filter water tank into the accident water tank through a pipeline a.

the water replenishing pump 3 is arranged in the underground water storage tank 1 and is used for supplying water to the main multistage filtering water tank 4;
the multistage filtering water tank 4 supplies water to the accident water tank 5 through a pump set;
the emergency water tank 5 is used for supplying water to the furnace top water seal tank 7, the dust removal emergency water seal tank 8 and the dry quenching emergency water seal tank 9;
the auxiliary multi-stage filtering water tank 6 is used for filtering water inlet of the furnace top water seal tank 7, the dust removal emergency water seal tank 8 and the dry quenching emergency water seal tank 9 and supplying water to the main multi-stage filtering water tank 4.
In the embodiment, an underground reservoir 1 is arranged at an underground position near a boiler continuous-discharge outlet and a fixed-discharge outlet, an emergency water tank 5, a furnace top water seal tank 7, a dedusting emergency water seal tank 8 and a dry quenching emergency water seal tank 9 are all arranged at a fixed water seal floor position of a boiler, and the underground reservoir 1 receives sewage of the boiler through a discharge pipe 2 and stores the sewage; the sewage in the underground reservoir 2 is supplied into the main multi-stage filtering water tank 4 through the water replenishing pump 3, the pump set supplies the water of the main multi-stage filtering water tank 4 into the accident water tank 5, the accident water tank 5 can supply water to the furnace top water seal tank 7, the dust removal emergency water seal tank 8 and the dry quenching emergency water seal tank 9 when water is cut off, the water replenishing purpose is achieved, meanwhile, the remaining water can be deposited and filtered through the auxiliary multi-stage filtering water tank 6 to enter the main multi-stage filtering water tank 4 for filtering, and therefore the water quality is guaranteed to be clean.
Example one
The pump group comprises a first booster pump 11, a second booster pump 12 and an emergency pump 13, and the first booster pump 11, the second booster pump 12 and the emergency pump 13 all supply water in the main multistage filtering water tank 4 to the emergency water tank 5 through a pipeline a 14;
