According to the invention, PC resin and ABS resin are blended, and a special ester exchange agent is introduced to control ester exchange reaction to a certain degree, so that a PC/ABS alloy resin composition with high gloss piano black and excellent physical and mechanical properties is prepared; the preparation method has simple process and low cost, and the prepared PC/ABS alloy resin is particularly suitable for the field of highlight parts of automotive upholsteries.

(1) weighing 32% of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer according to the weight percentage; 53.4% 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane polycarbonate; 3% of dioctyl sebacate; 2% of methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer; 3% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether; 3% of antimony trioxide; 3% of pigment; 2- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) -phenol) 0.6%; uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) adding the premix into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulating to obtain the target product.

(1) weighing 31.9% of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer according to the weight percentage; 57% of 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane polycarbonate; 2% of dioctyl sebacate; methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer 1.5%; 2.5 percent of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether; 2.5 percent of antimony trioxide; 2% of pigment; 2- (2H-benzotriazol-2-yl) -4, 6-bis (1-methyl-1-phenylethyl) -phenol) 0.6%; uniformly mixing to obtain a premix;
(2) adding the premix into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion, cooling and granulating to obtain the target product.
The test performance of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1.
The invention has the following effects:
