s3: the water solution and the activated carbon discharged to the outside of the water filtering container enter a carbon granule cavity (12), the water solution flows upwards into a solution cavity (13) through a separation filter plate (11) and flows back into the water filtering container, and after the water solution in the solution cavity (13) is completely discharged, the carbon granule cavity (12) is opened to discharge activated carbon granules;
s4: the discharged activated carbon particles are regenerated by an activated carbon regeneration device, and the regenerated activated carbon particles are reserved in step S2 for later use;
