Abstract
The invention relates to a spinning rod and an integrated frame for assisting the spinning rod in paying off operation, wherein the spinning rod consists of a rod body and a spinning thread, the middle part of the rod body is conical, and the cross sections of the upper part and the lower part of the rod body are rectangular; the spinning thread is wound in the middle of the rod body. In the spinning thread clamping components, the upper rotating bodies of the uppermost spinning thread clamping component are connected with a second belt wheel; the upper part of the spinning frame body is provided with a motor which is connected with a first belt wheel; and a belt for driving each belt wheel is arranged between the first belt wheel and all the second belt wheels.
The lower end of each lower rotating body and the upper end of each upper rotating body are both provided with a key groove.
The second cylinder is arranged on the upper portion of the upper rotating body and connected with a clamping key, and the clamping key is slidably arranged in a key groove in the upper rotating body.
In two adjacent upper and lower spinning thread clamping assemblies, the second cylinder which is close to the lower spinning thread clamping assembly pushes the clamping key upwards into the key groove of the lower rotating body which is close to the upper spinning thread clamping assembly, so that the two spinning thread clamping assemblies can synchronously rotate.
In the invention, each clamping groove is U-shaped, and the slots are communicated with the corresponding clamping grooves.

In the spinning thread clamping components, the upper rotating bodies 7 of the uppermost spinning thread clamping component are connected with a second belt wheel 12; the upper part of the spinning frame body 4 is provided with a motor 13, and the motor 13 is connected with a first belt wheel 14; a belt 16 is arranged between the first belt wheel 14 and all the second belt wheels 12 and is in transmission connection with each belt wheel.
The lower end of each lower rotating body 8 and the upper end of each upper rotating body 7 are provided with key grooves 17.
The second cylinder 18 is arranged at the upper part of the upper rotating body 7, the second cylinder 18 is connected with the clamping key 15, and the clamping key 15 is slidably arranged in the key groove 17 on the upper rotating body 7.
In two adjacent upper and lower yarn engaging members, the second cylinder 18 of the lower yarn engaging member pushes the catch key 15 upward into the key groove 17 of the lower rotor 8 of the upper yarn engaging member, so that the two yarn engaging members can rotate synchronously.
In the invention, each slot 11 is U-shaped, and the slots are communicated with the corresponding slots 11.
When the locking device is used, the spinning rod can be firstly arranged in each corresponding spinning clamping component one by one, namely the upper part and the lower part of the spinning rod are respectively inserted into the corresponding clamping grooves 11, and then the double bolts 10 are pushed by the first air cylinder 9, so that the double bolts 10 all penetrate through the two clamping grooves 11, the spinning rod is locked, and the spinning rod can rotate along with the corresponding spinning clamping components.
When paying off, the position of paying off as required can be adjusted by manually pushing the vehicle body 3 and the hydraulic cylinder 6 to push and pull the spinning frame body 4.
Furthermore, the driving of the motor 13 and the transmission of the belt 16 can drive the spinning thread clamping assembly and the spinning rod at the top row to rotate to assist the paying-off.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, when the amount of the auxiliary yarn feeding is required to be large, the second cylinder 18 of the second row of the yarn engaging unit can push up the catch key 15 into the key groove 17 of the lower rotor 8 of the uppermost yarn engaging unit, and the yarn bars of the second row can start to rotate to assist the yarn feeding. By analogy in this way, the amount of auxiliary pay-off can be increased.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, when the amount of the auxiliary yarn releasing is required to be reduced, the second air cylinder 18 of the lower yarn engaging unit can pull the catch key 15 downward to be disengaged from the key groove 17 of the lower rotator 8 of the upper yarn engaging unit, so that the lower yarn bar can be stopped from rotating and the auxiliary yarn releasing can be performed. By analogy in this way, the amount of adjustment assistance payoff can be reduced.
