Further, referring to fig. 5 to 6, the cutting unit 8 includes an upper movable blade form 81 and a lower fixed blade form 82; the hydraulic cylinder 83 is arranged at the top end of the upper movable knife template 81, the hydraulic cylinder 83 is arranged at the top end of the mounting frame 5 in a hoisting mode, and the hydraulic cylinder 83 is used for driving the upper movable knife template 81 to move towards the lower fixed knife template 82; the upper movable cutter template 81 and the lower fixed cutter template 82 jointly cut and form the raw materials and press the impression.

Further, referring to fig. 11, the transfer chuck 9 includes a driving motor 91, a turntable 92, a tube separator 93 and a plurality of branch chucks 94; the tube separator 93 is fixed at the bottom end of the turntable 92, and the driving motor 91 drives the tube separator 93 to rotate through the turntable 92; the branch suckers 94 are respectively connected with the pipe separator 93, one side of the pipe separator 93 is provided with a connecting port 931, and the connecting port 931 is connected with the vacuum machine; the vacuum machine simultaneously provides negative pressure to each branch suction cup 94 through the connection port 931 and the tube divider 93.
In actual use, each transfer suction cup 9 takes out the middle plate from each corresponding cutting unit 8, and after the middle plate is collected and arranged by a conveyor belt or the like, the middle plate is subjected to the next gluing and folding treatment.

s5: the long outer liner plate 31 is folded along the inner crease between the long outer liner plate 31 and the box bottom 1 by a folder, and the long outer liner plate 31 and the short outer liner plate 21 are glued and fixed by the pasting tongue 34 and the folding plate 4.

After the long outer liner panel 31 and the short outer liner panel 21 are fixed by gluing the pasting tongue 34 and the folding plate 4, namely, the production and forming process of the easy-to-pull folding packaging paper box is completed, when the easy-to-pull folding packaging paper box needs to be used, the attached long outer liner 31 and long inner liner 32 are folded outwardly along the inner fold between the long outer liner 31 and the cassette bottom 1, so that by the gluing action of the glue flap 34 and the folding plate 4 with the short outer liner 21, when the long box wall 3 is turned outwards, the short outer lining plate 21 is pulled to be turned inwards along the inner crease between the short outer lining plate 21 and the box bottom 1, the short inner lining panel 22 is then folded over along the inner fold between the short inner lining panel 22 and the short outer lining panel 21, so that the short inner lining panel 22 and the short outer lining panel 21 are attached to each other, therefore, the easy-to-pull folding packaging paper box is converted into a box shape, and the aim of rapidly converting the easy-to-pull folding packaging paper box from a plate shape into the box shape is fulfilled.
Through the clamping tongues 24 arranged on the two sides of the short inner lining plate 22 and the clamping grooves 35 formed in one end of the inner crease line, connected with the pasting tongues 34, of the long inner lining plate 32, when the easy-pull folding packaging carton is converted into a box shape, the clamping tongues 24 stretch into the corresponding clamping grooves 35, and a clamping effect is generated between the short inner lining plate 22 and the long inner lining plate 32, so that the stability of the four corners of the easy-pull folding packaging carton is improved, and the overall strength of the packaging carton is improved.
By the short supporting tongue 25 arranged on the side of the short inner lining plate 22 far away from the short outer lining plate 21 and the long supporting tongue 36 arranged on the side of the long inner lining plate 32 far away from the long outer lining plate 31, when the easy-to-draw folding packaging carton is converted into a box shape, the short supporting tongue 25 and the long supporting tongue 36 provide larger contact area through the fit between the short supporting tongue 25 and the long supporting tongue 36 and the carton bottom 1, so that stronger side supporting force is provided, and the overall strength of the packaging carton is improved.

the short box wall (2) comprises a short outer lining plate (21) and a short inner lining plate (22);
the long box wall (3) comprises a long outer lining plate (31) and a long inner lining plate (32);
the two ends of the long inner lining plate (32) are respectively provided with a pasting tongue (34), and the pasting tongues (34) are fixedly pasted with the short outer lining plate (21);
the folding plate (4) is divided into a short connecting area (41) and a long connecting area (42) by an outer folding mark, and the short connecting area (41) is fixedly adhered to the short outer lining plate (21);
the long inner lining plate (32) can be attached to the box bottom (1), and the easy-to-pull folding packaging paper box is folded into a plate shape by attaching the long inner lining plate (32) to the box bottom (1);
the long box wall (3) drives the short box wall (2) to turn over while turning over, and the easy-pull folding packaging paper box is converted into a box shape from a plate shape through inward folding of the short lining plate (22) of the short box wall (2).

one side, far away from the short outer lining plate (21), of the short inner lining plate (22) is provided with a short supporting tongue (25), the short inner lining plate (22) is connected with the short supporting tongue (25) through a bidirectional crease, and the short supporting tongue (25) is used for providing a supporting surface for the short box wall (2) when the easy-to-draw folding packaging carton is box-shaped;
