According to different protection requirements, the thickness and the material of the bulletproof plate 4 are selected to achieve the protection target, and the auxiliary mounting plate 5 and the L-shaped fixing piece 6 with proper pore diameter and length are selected according to the thickness of the bulletproof plate 4. The lower end of the bulletproof plate 4 is abutted against the ship body, the left side and the right side of the bulletproof plate 4 are limited through the two ribs 2, and the front and the back of the bulletproof plate 4 are limited and fixed through the auxiliary mounting plate 5, so that the bulletproof plate 4 is fixed. The L-shaped fixing piece 6, the bulletproof plate 4 and the auxiliary mounting plate 5 are arranged at the same height.
Specifically, the fastener includes a bolt 7 and a nut 10 that is fitted over the bolt 7. The bolt 7 is further sleeved with a spring locking gasket 9 and a flat gasket 8 (the flat gasket 8 is attached to the auxiliary mounting plate 5 or the bulletproof plate 4 for placement, and the spring locking gasket 9 is attached to the L-shaped fixing piece 6). In this embodiment, the nut 10 is mounted adjacent to the side of the L-shaped fixing member 6, i.e. the nut 10 is located on the outside for ease of mounting.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, a plurality of through holes are formed on both connecting plates of the L-shaped fixing member 6 for the fastening member to pass through. The through holes of the two connecting plates of the L-shaped fixing piece 6 are arranged in a staggered mode, namely the through holes in the two connecting plates of the L-shaped fixing piece 6 are not arranged at the same height, and therefore structural strength is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a flexible buffer strip 11 is further installed between the auxiliary installation plate 5 and the blocking plate. The flexible buffer strip 11 may be made of rubber. 3. an angle aluminum profile (i.e. an L-shaped fixing piece 6) with proper size is selected according to the bulletproof plate 4, the auxiliary mounting plate 5 and the part 7, and holes are drilled in the field.
4. When in installation, firstly, the bulletproof plate 4, the bolt 7 and the flat gasket 8 are assembled according to the sequence shown in figure 2 and are placed close to the reinforcing material of the hull plate; then referring to the sequence shown in fig. 2, the auxiliary mounting plate 5, the bolt 7 and the flat washer 8 are assembled, then the L-shaped fixing member 6 is installed, and the respective structural members are fastened using the spring locking washer 9 and the nut 10;
5. finally, the gap between the auxiliary mounting plate 5 and the hull structure is filled with flexible buffer strips 11 to reduce noise caused by collision friction with the structure.
After the protective armor is installed, the protective armor can be firmly connected with a hull structure without any welding due to the special structural form, so that the protective armor is easy to maintain and replace while achieving the protection purpose.
The welding-free protective armor device for the ship, which is provided by the embodiment, utilizes a special structural form formed after the assembly of the protective armor to form natural locking with components such as the ship body ribs 2, the outer plate and the longitudinal frame, achieves the purpose of installation and fixation, adopts a welding-free installation mode, reduces the problem of reduction of the protection area caused by welding the support hanging frame, and is convenient to disassemble and install and easy to maintain in the using process. In addition, the conformal design with the hull structure can be realized, and the plate combination is convenient to replace so as to meet different protection requirements.
The invention further provides an installation method of the welding-free protective armor device for the ship.
In the preferred embodiment, the installation method of the welding-free protective armor device for the ship comprises the following steps:
step S10, cutting the bulletproof plate 4 and the auxiliary mounting plate 5 into plates with proper sizes, reserving mounting holes for bolts 7, and drilling holes on the L-shaped fixing piece 6;
step S20, the bulletproof plate 4 is placed tightly against the hull outer plate, the bulletproof plate 4 is placed between the two ribs 2, the auxiliary mounting plates 5 are placed on both sides of the bulletproof plate 4, and the bulletproof plate 4 and the auxiliary mounting plates 5 on both sides are fixed through the two L-shaped fixing pieces 6.
Further, step S20 is followed by:
step S30, the gap between the auxiliary mounting plate 5 and the barrier plate is filled by the flexible buffer strip 11.
By providing the flexible buffer strip 11, noise caused by collision friction between the auxiliary mounting plate 5 and the blocking plate can be reduced.
