collecting the position information of the first mounting hole (11) through a collecting device (41);
and comparing the position information of the first mounting hole (11) with the theoretical position data of the first mounting hole (11), judging whether the position of the first mounting hole (11) is out of tolerance or not, and recording the position information of the first mounting hole (11).
6. The intelligent powertrain assembly combining method according to claim 5, characterized in that, before the collecting of the position information of the first mounting hole (11) by the collecting device (41), it further comprises:
according to the vehicle type, the position of the acquisition device (41) along the X direction of the vehicle body is adjusted through a motor adjusting mechanism (43) arranged on the tray (3), the position of the acquisition device (41) along the Y direction of the vehicle body is adjusted through a second adjusting mechanism, and the acquisition device (41) is located on the coaxial line of the first mounting hole (11) in the theoretical state.
