An automobile seat comprises a headrest assembly, a backrest assembly, a seat cushion assembly, a seat frame (4) and a seat adjusting mechanism (5) fixed on an automobile chassis; the headrest assembly includes a headrest framework and a headrest cushion (12); the backrest assembly includes a backrest frame and a backrest cushion (22); the seat cushion assembly includes a seat frame and a seat cushion (32); the method is characterized in that: one or more of the headrest assembly, the backrest assembly and the seat cushion assembly are provided with a seat emergency extension protection mechanism (1); the seat emergency extension protection mechanism (1) can extend a shielding body obliquely forwards outwards from two sides of the headrest cushion (12) and/or the backrest cushion (22) and/or obliquely upwards from two sides of the seat cushion (32) when the automobile is subjected to severe collision; the seat emergency extension protection mechanism (1) comprises a closed cavity (11) enclosed by a rigid framework; the closed cavity (11) comprises an explosion cavity (111) in the middle, liquid cavities (112) positioned at two sides of the explosion cavity (111) and a guide cavity (113) connected with the outer side of the liquid cavity (112) and extending obliquely forwards outside the headrest cushion (12) and/or the backrest cushion (22) and/or obliquely upwards outside the seat cushion (32); an inverted splayed shape is formed between the two guide cavities (113); the explosion cavity (111) is continuously connected with the liquid cavity (112) and is separated by a piston (114) capable of sliding in the liquid cavity (112) in a sealing way; the liquid cavity (112) and the guide cavity (113) are in smooth transition and are separated by a rupturable waterproof film (117); an explosion device (115) is arranged in the explosion cavity (111); the liquid cavity (112) is filled with electrorheological liquid (116); the outer end opening of the guide cavity (113) is closed by an insulation sleeve (118) which can expand outwards; the opposite sides of the inner wall of the guide cavity (113) and the insulating sleeve (118) are provided with flexible electrodes or are coated with conductive paint; an external circuit controls the instant solidification of the electrorheological fluid through the flexible electrode or the conductive coating; the seat adjusting mechanism (5) comprises a buffer mechanism which can trigger the whole seat to buffer back and forth when the automobile is subjected to severe collision; the buffer mechanism comprises two straight rails (51) corresponding to two supporting legs of the chair frame (4), a central tube (52) arranged between the two straight rails (51) and arc-shaped tubes (53) connected with two ends of the central tube (52) through two ends of the two straight rails (51); an opening (511) is formed in the upper end face of the straight rail (51) along the length direction of the straight rail; the lower parts (41) of the supporting legs of the chair frame (4) are clamped into the straight rails (51), and the upward extending parts (42) extend out of the connecting seat framework through the openings (511); the lower parts (41) of the legs of the chair frame (4) can slide along the length direction of the straight rail (51); two ends of the lower part (41) of the supporting leg of the chair frame (4) are respectively provided with a corrugated telescopic pipe (54); the corrugated expansion pipe (54) is clamped in the straight rail (51) and can expand and contract along the length direction of the straight rail (51); one end of the corrugated expansion pipe (54) is fixedly connected with the end part of the arc-shaped pipe (53) in a sealing way, and the other end of the corrugated expansion pipe is fixedly connected with a sliding block (55) in a sealing way; the sliding block (55) is arranged in the straight rail (51) and can slide along the length direction of the straight rail (51); the sliding block (55) is fixedly connected with the lower part (41) of the supporting leg of the chair frame (4); the central tube (52), the arc-shaped tube (53) and the corrugated expansion tube (54) are filled with liquid; a solenoid valve (56) is provided on the central tube (52) to control the flow of liquid.
2. A car seat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the insulating sleeve (118) is of a compressible corrugated structure or an elastic material.
3. A car seat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the gas explosion device (115) adopts the gas explosion technology of an airbag; the gas explosion device (115) is triggered synchronously with the safety airbag.

A car seat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the liquid is electrorheological liquid; the flexible electrodes or conductive paint is coated on the opposite sides of the inner walls of the corrugated expansion pipe (54), the arc-shaped pipe (53) and the central pipe (52); an external circuit controls the instant solidification of the electrorheological fluid through the flexible electrode or the conductive coating.
5. An automobile seat as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the corrugated expansion pipe (54), the arc-shaped pipe (53) and the central pipe (52) are made of insulating materials or are subjected to insulating treatment on the outer surfaces.
6. A car seat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the seat adjusting mechanism (5) is generally flat "≡shaped.
7. A method of emergency extension protection of a car seat using the car seat of claim 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) the automobile encounters severe impact in the front, the side or the rear, and the sensor triggers the emergency extension protection mechanism (1) of the seat to start;
(2) the explosion device (115) generates explosive gas, the explosive gas expands in the explosion cavity (111) to push pistons (114) at two sides to slide outwards, electrorheological fluid (116) in the liquid pushing cavity (112) slides outwards to break a waterproof film (117) into the guide cavity (113), and the insulating sleeve (118) is continuously impacted forwards after the guide cavity (113) is filled, so that the insulating sleeve (118) expands outwards;
(3) when the piston (114) slides to a limit, an external circuit simultaneously applies an electric field to the electrorheological fluid (116) in the guide cavity (113) and the insulating sleeve (118), and the electrorheological fluid (116) in the guide cavity and the insulating sleeve are instantly solidified into solid or colloid with high viscoelasticity, so that the protection range of the seat is outwards extended;
(4) while step (1) is taking place, the buffer mechanism is also triggered, the solenoid valve (56) opens all or part of the liquid passage; the external circuit applies an electric field to the electrorheological fluid in the buffer mechanism, so that the electrorheological fluid is instantaneously converted into high-viscosity fluid, and the seat is immediately converted into a state capable of slowly moving forwards and backwards to absorb impact force.
