Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle seat capable of adjusting a gap between a headrest and a head of an occupant, avoiding whiplash injury of the neck of the occupant caused by a rear-end collision.
A second object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle seat control system including the vehicle seat provided by the present disclosure.
A third object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle including the vehicle seat control system provided by the present disclosure.
In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a vehicle seat, including a seat back and a headrest disposed above the seat back, the vehicle seat further includes a fixing portion, a slider-crank mechanism disposed on the fixing portion, and a driving member for driving a slider in the slider-crank mechanism to move up and down, the headrest is connected to a crank or a connecting rod in the slider-crank mechanism, and the up and down movement of the slider can be converted into a rotation of the crank or the connecting rod to drive the headrest to move back and forth on the same height.
Optionally, the end of the crank is hinged to the fixing portion, a first sliding groove extending up and down is further formed in the fixing portion, the sliding block is slidably connected with the first sliding groove, and the driving piece is used for driving the sliding block to move up and down along the first sliding groove.
Optionally, the vehicle seat further includes a support rod connected to the headrest, the crank or the connecting rod is formed into a tubular structure sleeved with the support rod, and an articulated seat is formed on an outer wall of the tubular structure.
Optionally, the crank-slider mechanisms are arranged on the fixing portion at intervals, and the cranks or the connecting rods of the crank-slider mechanisms are connected with the headrest.
Optionally, a second sliding groove extending up and down is further formed in the fixing portion, the vehicle seat further includes a connecting seat connected with the sliding blocks in the plurality of slider-crank mechanisms, the connecting seat is slidably connected with the second sliding groove, and the driving member is used for driving the connecting seat to slide up and down along the second sliding groove.
Optionally, an air bag capable of popping and expanding forwards is arranged in the headrest.
Optionally, a mounting groove extending up and down is formed on the frame of the seat back, and the fixing portion is formed as a fixing plate fixed in the mounting groove and extending up and down.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle seat control system is further provided, including the vehicle seat described above, a control module for controlling the driving member, and a detection module for monitoring a distance between the vehicle seat and a rear vehicle, where the control module is connected to the detection module, and the control module is configured to control the driving member to operate according to the distance information monitored by the detection module.
Optionally, the vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, the seat back is rotatably disposed on the seat cushion in a front-back direction by a rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is connected to the control module.
According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a vehicle including the vehicle seat described above or the vehicle seat control system described above.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, when taking place to chase after the accident, the driving piece can drive the automatic forward movement of headrest, adjusts the distance between headrest and the passenger head, supports the passenger head, avoids causing serious whip injury to the passenger neck, and after danger signal relieves, the headrest can be under the drive of driving piece or self gravity and passenger head are automatic return under to the effect of headrest, can make the headrest resume to initial position. In addition, the headrest can move back and forth at the same height, so that the head of the passenger can be effectively supported, and the neck of the passenger can be further protected from being injured.

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the terms of orientation such as "up" and "down" are generally used to define in the case where the vehicle seat provided in the present disclosure is normally installed, and particularly, referring to the drawing directions shown in fig. 3 and 4, "front" and "rear" refer to the inside and outside of the profile of the corresponding component with respect to the normal driving direction of the vehicle, and furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" and the like used in the present disclosure are used to distinguish one element from another element, and have no order or importance. In addition, when the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides a vehicle seat including a seat back 3 and a headrest 2 disposed above the seat back 3, the vehicle seat further including a fixing portion 1, a crank slider mechanism disposed on the fixing portion 1, and a driving member 4 for driving a slider 31 in the crank slider mechanism to move up and down, the headrest 2 being connected to a crank 32 or a link 33 in the crank slider mechanism, the up and down movement of the slider 31 being converted into rotation of the crank 32 or the link 33 to drive the headrest 2 to move back and forth at the same height. It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the crank-slider mechanism is disposed on the fixing portion 1, the slider 31 is used as a driving member, the crank 32 and the link 33 are used as driven members, the up-and-down movement of the slider 31 can be converted into the swinging movement of the crank 32 or the link 33 within a certain range, so as to drive the headrest 2 to move back and forth, meanwhile, the crank 32 or the link 33 also moves relatively in the vertical height, so as to ensure the headrest 2 to move back and forth in the same height, and the movement process and path of the crank-slider mechanism are common knowledge in the art, and are not described herein.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, when taking place the accident of knocking into the back, driving piece 4 can drive 2 automatic forward movements of headrest, adjusts the distance between 2 and the passenger's head of headrest, supports the passenger's head, avoids causing serious whiplash injury to the passenger's neck, and after dangerous signal relieves, headrest 2 can be under the drive of driving piece 4 or self gravity and passenger's head automatic return under to headrest 2's effect, can make headrest 2 resume to initial position. In addition, the headrest 2 can move back and forth at the same height, so that the head of the passenger can be effectively supported, and the neck of the passenger can be further protected from being injured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the end of the crank 32 is hinged to the fixing portion 1, the fixing portion 1 is further formed with a first sliding slot 11 extending up and down, the sliding block 31 is slidably connected to the first sliding slot 11, and the driving member 4 is used for driving the sliding block 31 to move up and down along the first sliding slot 11. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 1 may be directly disposed on the headrest 2 or disposed on the seat back 3, as an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a mounting groove extending up and down is formed on a frame of the seat back 3, the fixing portion 1 may be formed as a fixing plate fixed in the mounting groove and extending up and down, the first chute 11 is formed on the fixing plate, the slider 31 is slidably connected with the first chute 11, an end of the crank 32 is hinged with the fixing plate through a hinge seat, i.e., a hinge point C shown in fig. 4, an end of the connecting rod 33 is hinged with the slider 31, i.e., a hinge point a shown in fig. 4, the crank 32 is hinged with the connecting rod 33, i.e., a hinge point B shown in fig. 4, the headrest 2 is connected with the connecting rod 33, when the driving member 4 drives the slider 31 to move up, ABC is gradually smaller, an included angle between the connecting rod 33 and the fixing portion 1, the connecting rod 33 drives the headrest 2 to move forwards to support the head of the passenger; when the driving piece 4 is closed, the sliding block 31 can slowly slide downwards under the action of gravity and the double action of the head of the passenger on the headrest 2, the angle ABC is gradually increased, the included angle between the connecting rod 33 and the fixing part 1 is reduced, the backward movement of the headrest 2 is realized, and the headrest can be restored to the initial position. In other embodiments, the headrest 2 may be connected to a crank 32, the up-and-down movement of the slider 31 may drive the link 33 to rotate, the link 33 may drive the crank 32 to rotate, and the rotation of the crank 32 may also be converted into the back-and-forth movement of the headrest 2. Alternatively, the actuator rod may be rotatably coupled directly to the headrest 2, and the actuator 4 may drive the actuator rod to rotate, which also enables the headrest 2 to move forward and backward.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vehicle seat further includes a support bar 21 connected to the headrest 2, and the crank 32 or the link 33 is formed in a tubular structure sleeved with the support bar 21, and a hinge seat 331 is formed on an outer wall of the tubular structure. The bracing piece 21 can direct joint realize stable connection between them in tubular structure's cavity, and simultaneously, articulated seat 331 sets up on tubular structure's outer wall, neither can influence crank 32 or connecting rod 33 and headrest 2's be connected fixedly, also can not influence the rotatable coupling of crank 32 and connecting rod 33 simultaneously.
Further, in the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of crank slider mechanisms are provided at intervals on the fixed portion 1, and the cranks 32 or the links 33 of the plurality of crank slider mechanisms are connected to the headrest 2. Specifically, in this embodiment, the number of slider-crank mechanisms is two, and the sliders 31 in the two slider-crank mechanisms may be respectively provided with the driving member 4 for driving, or may share the same driving member 4 for driving, and the two slider-crank mechanisms simultaneously operate to drive the headrest 2 to move forward and backward, and the number of slider-crank mechanisms may be appropriately increased or decreased according to the size of the design space of the seat back 3 in different vehicle models.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a second sliding groove 12 extending up and down is further formed on the fixing portion 1, the vehicle seat further includes a connecting seat 5 connected to a slider 31 of the plurality of slider-crank mechanisms, the connecting seat 5 is slidably connected to the second sliding groove 12, and the driving member 4 is configured to drive the connecting seat 5 to slide up and down along the second sliding groove 12. The connecting seat 5 connects the plurality of sliders 31, and the connecting seat 5 can slide up and down along the second sliding groove 12, that is, the up-and-down sliding of the connecting seat 5 can drive the sliders 31 in the plurality of crank slider mechanisms to synchronously slide upwards, so that the driving action on the headrest 2 cannot be blocked. In this embodiment, the two first sliding grooves 11 may be symmetrically disposed at both sides above the second sliding groove 12, and the two sliding blocks 31 and the connecting base 5 respectively slide in the sliding grooves without interference.
In the present disclosure, the driving member 4 may be a cylinder, and a piston rod 41 of the cylinder is connected with the connecting base 5. The piston rod 41 can be of a multi-stage telescopic structure, so that the remote control of the air cylinder can be realized, in other embodiments, the driving piece 4 can also be a hydraulic cylinder, and the driving effect on the connecting seat 5 can be realized, and no limitation is made here.
In addition, in the present disclosure, an airbag that can be popped forward and expanded is disposed in the headrest 2, the airbag has the same explosion condition as the airbag, and since the distance that the slider-crank mechanism drives the headrest 2 to move forward is limited, the airbag that can be popped forward and expanded is disposed in the headrest 2 and is matched with the headrest 2, so as to reduce the distance between the headrest 2 and the head of the passenger, when the vehicle has a rear-end collision, the airbag can be popped forward and filled with gas rapidly, and at the same time, the impact on the head of the passenger can be alleviated, and the collision energy can be absorbed, so as to reduce the injury degree of the passenger.
In addition, in the present disclosure, the vehicle seat further includes a U-shaped pillow fixed to the support rod 21 to be fitted with the headrest 2, the opening of the U-shaped pillow faces forward, and when the vehicle is running normally, the inside of the U-shaped pillow is not inflated and is in a deflated state; when a rear-end collision accident happens to the vehicle, the headrest 2 moves forwards, meanwhile, the U-shaped pillow can be controlled to automatically inflate, the head is clamped from the two sides of the neck of the passenger, and the neck of the passenger is prevented from being bent too much to cause serious whiplash injury.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, there is also provided a vehicle seat control system, which includes the vehicle seat described above, a control module 10 for controlling the driving member 4, and a detection module 20 for monitoring a distance between a vehicle and a rear vehicle, wherein the control module 10 is connected to the detection module 20, and the control module 10 is configured to control the driving member 4 to operate according to the distance information monitored by the detection module 20. Specifically, the detection module 20 may be a distance measuring radar disposed in an existing safety detection module, and utilizes the distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle to pre-determine the occurrence probability of the rear-end collision, when the detection module 20 monitors that the distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle reaches the rear-end collision critical distance d, an early warning signal is sent to the control module 10 through the signal line 7, and the control module 10 controls the extension or retraction of the piston rod 41 in the cylinder, so as to control the headrest 2. The vehicle seat control system can realize active control on the headrest 2, adjust the front and back positions of the headrest 2, has high trigger sensitivity, and can effectively protect the neck of a passenger when the vehicle knocks into the rear. In addition, when the early warning signal is released, the control module 10 is disconnected from the control of the driving part 4, and the sliding block 31 can slowly move downwards under the action of the self gravity and the head of the passenger on the headrest 2, so that the headrest 2 returns, the energy consumption in the automobile is reduced, and the early warning device has important significance particularly for a new energy automobile with a small mileage.
Further, in the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle seat includes a seat cushion 6, and a seatback 3 is provided on the seat cushion 6 to be rotatable back and forth by a rotating mechanism (not shown in the drawings), which is connected to a control module 10. After the control module 10 receives the early warning signal, on one hand, the driving piece 4 is controlled to act, on the other hand, the rotating mechanism can be controlled to drive the seat back 3 to actively rotate forwards, and the collision is better adapted by matching with the headrest 2; when the alarm signal is released, the control module 10 can control the rotating mechanism to drive the seat back 3 to automatically return.
According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a vehicle including the vehicle seat described above or the vehicle seat control system described above. The vehicle has all the advantages of the vehicle seat and the vehicle seat control system, and redundant description is not repeated here.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
