Further, the outer end of the anti-falling rod 62 is provided with a bolt hole 622, the bolt hole 622 can be of an inner hexagon shape or of other shapes, the corresponding screwdriver is arranged to be convenient to install, and meanwhile, the outer end of the anti-falling rod is coated with a fluorescent layer, so that when the loader works at night, the anti-falling rod 62 in the anti-falling mechanism 6 is damaged or separated, and the anti-falling rod can be timely found by field personnel.
As shown in fig. 10, in one embodiment, the locking mechanism 3 includes a wick 31 and a combination lock 32, the combination lock 32 is disposed at one end of the wick 31, the wick 31 is wound around a plurality of the first hooks 13 and the second hooks 23, and the other end of the wick 31 is connected to the combination lock 32.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: in order to fix the first protective cover plate 1 and the second protective cover plate 2, the structure of the locking mechanism 3 is provided in the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 3 of the structure comprises a wire rope 31 and a coded lock 32, specifically, the coded lock 32 is arranged at one end of the wire rope 31, when the first protective cover plate 1 and the second protective cover plate 2 are arranged on a tire, the wire rope 31 is wound on the first clamping hook 13 of the first side protection plate 12 and the second clamping hook 23 of the second side protection plate 22, so that one end of the wire rope 31 is connected to the coded lock 32, and then the first side protection plate 12 and the second side protection plate 22 are fixed; meanwhile, the coded lock 32 configured by the locking mechanism 3 also plays a role in theft prevention; it can be understood that the code wheel 321 and the opening button 322 are designed on the coded lock 32, and the other end of the oil string 31 can be taken out of the coded lock 32 only when the number on the code wheel corresponds to the set code and then the opening button is pressed down, so that the safety protection function is achieved.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, in one embodiment, a guiding mechanism is further disposed on an outer wall of the second side protection board 22, and the guiding mechanism includes a guiding frame 24 and two guiding wheels 25, where the guiding frame 24 is in a U-shaped frame shape, and the two guiding wheels 25 are disposed at two corners of the guiding frame 24 respectively.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: in order to further increase the protection of the second side protection plate 22, a guiding mechanism is designed on the second side protection plate 22, it can be understood that the guiding mechanism is set as a single pulley 220, when external stones fly onto the second side protection plate 22, the external stones leave the second side protection plate 22 under the rotation action of the pulley after touching the pulley, and furthermore, after the guiding mechanism is mounted on the second side protection plate 22, personnel can conveniently distinguish the first protection cover plate 1 from the second protection cover plate 2, so that when the first protection cover plate 1 without the guiding mechanism is mounted on the pattern body 41, and then the second protection cover plate 2 is mounted;
further, the guiding mechanism can be designed as a bullseye wheel 221, the bullseye wheel 221 can play a role in guiding and unloading the flying stones in all directions, and the stones can fly away from the second side guard 22.
Further, the guiding mechanism comprises a guiding frame 24 and two guiding wheels 25, the guiding frame 24 is in a U-shaped frame shape and is installed on the second side protection cover plate 22, and the two guiding wheels 25 are respectively arranged at two bent corners of the guiding frame 24, so that the guiding frame 24 of the U-shaped frame can be used as a handle when the guiding frame plays a role in guiding and unloading stones, and a person can conveniently move the second protection cover plate 2 when installing the second protection cover plate 2.
