Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pneumatic polishing machine of the present embodiment includes a vacuum generator 7, a cylinder block 1, a vacuum cap 6, a dust ring 17, a grinding wheel 13 and a fixing bolt 9, wherein the vacuum generator 7 is provided with an air inlet 10, a vacuum port 12 and an air outlet 11 which are communicated with each other, the vacuum port 12 generates vacuum when compressed air enters from the air inlet 10 by using the conventional vacuum negative pressure generating principle, the vacuum port 12 of the vacuum generator 7 is in a flat horn shape, the vacuum end is extended rightward with an arc-shaped block 20, the arc-shaped block 20 is fitted with an arc-shaped notch 19 formed in the vacuum cap 6 to form a seamless insertion, the vacuum port 12 is communicated with the inside of the vacuum cap 6, the outer end of the arc-shaped block 20 and the outer wall of the vacuum cap 6 are provided with grooves 21 which are communicated with each other, the grooves 21 are arranged in a loop, the upper portion of the vacuum generator 7 is extended upward with an insertion column 8, a fixing through hole 22 is horizontally formed at the position, close to the top, of the splicing column 8, the air inlet port 10 is located at the hole bottom of the fixing through hole 22, an extension head 2 extends outwards from the left end of the cylinder body 1, an air inlet 3 communicated with the cylinder body 1 is horizontally formed in the inner side of the extension head 2, a notch 4 is formed in the middle of the outer end face of the extension head 2, the notch 4 is closer to the cylinder body 1 than the port of the air inlet 3, an air outlet 5 communicated with the cylinder body 1 is horizontally formed in the right end face of the notch 4, after the splicing column 8 is spliced in the notch 4, the fixing bolt 9 is screwed into the fixing through hole 22 from the outer side of the extension head 2 for fixing, a sealing ring 23 is fixed in the fixing through hole 22, the sealing ring 23 plays a role in preventing air leakage, a circle of outwards extending outer retaining ring 14 is fixed on the outer wall of the lower end of the cylinder body 1, two opposite notches 15 are formed in the outer retaining ring 14, the inner wall of the vacuum cover 6 is fixed with a block 16 inserted in the gap 15, the dust ring 17 plays a role of shielding, after the dust ring 17 is connected and fixed with the vacuum cover 6, the gap between the dust ring 17 and the grinding wheel 13 at the lower end of the dust ring 17 is ensured to be between 1 and 2 millimeters, the dust ring 17 is hollow, the inner wall of the dust ring 17 is fixed with a ring of clamping ring 18 clamped in the groove 21, when the dust ring 17 is assembled with the vacuum cover 6, the clamping ring 18 at the bottom of the vacuum cover 6 is buckled by the groove 21 to achieve the purpose of fixing the dust ring 17, the head of the fixing bolt 9 is provided with a chamfer, the chamfer aims of chamfering are that when the insertion column 8 of the vacuum generator 7 is installed in the notch 4 of the cylinder body 1, the central lines of the two holes are possibly not on the same line, at this time, when the fixing bolt 9 is screwed in, the chamfer at the head can rigidly extrude the fixing through hole 22 of the insertion column 8, to ensure their concentricity, the grinding wheel 13 is driven by the vane assembly in the cylinder block 1 to rotate at a high speed.
During installation, the notch 15 on the cylinder body 1 is opposite to the fixture block 16 of the vacuum cover 6, the cylinder body 1 is pressed downwards, when the outer retainer ring 14 touches the inner retainer ring of the vacuum cover 6, the vacuum cover 6 can be tightly clamped and well fixed with the cylinder body 1, the sealing ring 23 is placed in the fixing through hole 22 of the insertion column 8 of the vacuum generator 7 and is placed into the notch 4 of the cylinder body 1, the fixing bolt 9 is screwed in, the insertion column 8 of the vacuum generator 7 is fixed, the vacuum generator 7 is well fixed, the protruding clamping ring 18 on the inner side of the dust ring 17 is buckled into the groove 21 of the vacuum cover 6, the vacuum generator 7, the dust ring 17 and the vacuum cover 6 are fixed, and finally the grinding wheel 13 is fixed with the cylinder body 1.
When the pneumatic polishing machine works, compressed air enters from the air inlet 3 of the cylinder block 1 to push the blade group in the cylinder block 1, so that the blade group drives the grinding wheel 13 to run at a high speed, the rotating grinding wheel 13 is contacted with a workpiece for polishing, the compressed air discharged from the cylinder block 1 flows into the air inlet 10 of the vacuum generator 7, vacuum negative pressure is generated at the vacuum port 12 of the vacuum generator 7, and dust generated in the work is sucked from the gap between the dust ring 17 and the grinding wheel 13, passes through the vacuum cover 6, the vacuum port 12 of the vacuum generator 7 and the exhaust port 11 of the vacuum generator 7 and is finally sucked into a dust bag.

1. A pneumatic grinder, comprising:

the upper end of the vacuum generator extends upwards to form an insertion column which is inserted at the notch of the cylinder body and fixed by a fixing bolt, the insertion column is provided with an air inlet port, and the vacuum generator is also provided with an exhaust port and a vacuum port which are communicated with the air inlet port,
the vacuum generator at the vacuum port side is fixed with the vacuum cover, and the vacuum port of the fixed vacuum generator is communicated with the inside of the vacuum cover;
and the grinding wheel is positioned at the lower end of the vacuum cover and is driven by the blade group in the cylinder body to run at a high speed.
2. The pneumatic polishing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cylinder block has a slot of the extension head provided at a middle position of a front end surface of the extension head, and the width of the slot is slightly larger than that of the plug post of the vacuum generator.
3. A pneumatic grinder as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the cylinder block has a raised outer rim on the outer wall of the bottom thereof, the outer rim having 2 notches, and the vacuum cover has a locking block on the inner wall thereof for locking in the notches.
4. A pneumatic sander as set forth in claim 1 wherein said vacuum port is a flat horn.
5. A pneumatic grinder as claimed in claim 1 or 4, further comprising a dust ring secured to the lower end of the vacuum cap, wherein the clearance between the lower end of the dust ring and the grinding wheel is 1-2 mm.
6. The pneumatic sander as set forth in claim 5, wherein the dust ring has a collar on its inner wall, the vacuum cap has an arcuate notch for the arcuate latch on the vacuum port side of the vacuum generator to engage seamlessly, the arcuate latch and the vacuum cap have interconnecting grooves, and when the vacuum cap is inserted into the dust ring, the grooves engage the collar to secure the vacuum cap to the dust ring.
7. A pneumatic grinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the socket post has a horizontal fixing through hole formed near the upper end thereof, the fixing through hole communicating the air inlet port with the air outlet of the cylinder block, the fixing through hole having a seal ring at a side thereof not opposed to the air outlet, and the fixing bolt being threadedly engaged with the fixing through hole at the side thereof.
8. A pneumatic grinder as claimed in claim 7, wherein the anchor stud is chamfered at its head.
