Technical Field

The PLC controller is provided with a counter, an alarm system and a reset device, and induction gratings are symmetrically arranged at two end angles of a table board on one side of the pedal switch operation of the workbench. The grating frame is the aluminium alloy, and the aluminium alloy is square column shape, and the cylinder of aluminium alloy is equipped with the track groove respectively, and the working of plastics at response grating both ends are fixed in the track groove of aluminium alloy through the screw respectively, and the one end of aluminium alloy is fixed in the end angle of workstation through the screw. The structure is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the grating frame, and the angle and height adjustment of the corresponding grating, thereby reducing the production cost and facilitating the installation and adjustment.
Welding system sets up in the middle of the mesa of workstation and leans on foot switch one side, and the PLC controller sets up in one side of welding system, and welding system's welding bench top opposite side welding sets up and is equipped with the degassing hose, and the degassing hose is connected with the exhaust fan.
The welding machine and the control cabinet are arranged at the bottom of the table board of the workbench above the foot switch.
The welding device has the advantages of reasonable structural design, low manufacturing cost, convenience and simplicity in use and high accuracy, and improves the welding production efficiency and production quality; the welding device is suitable for welding automobile electronic products and improving the structures of similar products.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a workbench 1 of the device is provided with a welding machine 10, a welding system 6, a PLC controller 5 and a control cabinet 2, the welding machine and a foot switch 11 are connected with the control cabinet through a circuit, a cylinder 7 is arranged at the top of a welding frame of the welding system, a piston rod of the cylinder is connected with a movable block above the welding frame through the welding frame, the movable block is provided with an upper welding gun, a welding table is arranged below the welding frame opposite to the upper welding gun, and the welding table is provided with a lower welding gun; the air inlet of the air cylinder is respectively connected with the air outlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve through an air pipe, the air inlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve is connected with the air outlet of the oil-water separator 9 through an air pipe, the air inlet of the oil-water separator is connected with an air compressor, and the three-way electromagnetic valve and the oil-water separator are arranged on a support rod at the rear side of the workbench; the electrode wire of welding machine is connected with the welding bench, and the other electrode wire of welding machine is connected with the last contactor in the control box, goes up the contactor and is connected with the last welder line of first gas outlet department through the circuit, and the PLC controller is equipped with counter, alarm system and resetting means, and the pedal switch operation one side mesa both ends angle symmetry of workstation is equipped with response grating 4.

The working of plastics at response grating both ends are respectively through the screw fixation in the track groove of grating frame 3, and the grating frame is the aluminium alloy, and the aluminium alloy is the square column shape, and the cylinder of aluminium alloy is equipped with the track groove respectively, and the one end of aluminium alloy is passed through the end angle of screw fixation in the workstation.
The welding system is arranged in the middle of the table board of the workbench and close to one side of the pedal switch, the PLC is arranged on one side of the welding system, the other side above the welding table of the welding system is welded and erected with the degassing hose 8, and the degassing hose is connected with the exhaust fan. The welding machine and the control cabinet are arranged at the bottom of the table board of the workbench above the foot switch.
An operator triggers a foot switch to carry out normal welding operation, a signal of the foot switch is used as a signal source of a counter, the foot switch is trodden once, and the counter is increased by '1'; the data of the counter is transmitted to the PLC controller and is displayed in a column of 'single cycle counting' of the PLC touch screen; when the number of welding points reaches the welding reference number and the operating arm and the part of the operator leave the induction grating area, the PLC controller considers that the operation is normally stopped; and the single-cycle counting is reset, and the next welding cycle is started, so that the automatic detection is realized.
If in a welding cycle, the number of times of stepping on the foot switch is lower than the reference number of welding, and after an arm and a component of an operator leave an induction grating area, the PLC considers that the welding is finished, and the number of welding spots is lower than the reference number of welding, namely, welding missing occurs, an alarm system of the PLC is immediately driven at the moment, and a PLC touch screen is prompted to have the welding missing, so that the operator is prompted to check and repair the welding.
If in a welding cycle, the number of times of stepping on the foot switch is higher than the reference number of welding, and after the operation arm and the part leave the induction grating area, the PLC controller considers that the welding is finished, and the number of welding points is higher than the reference number of welding, namely, multi-welding occurs, the alarm system of the PLC controller is immediately driven at the moment, and multi-welding is prompted on the PLC touch screen.
After alarm processing, a PLC touch screen reset key of the PLC controller is reset, an alarm system of the PLC controller is closed, a single-cycle count is reset, and new cycle operation is started.
The operation can also be realized by pressing a reset button to reset, a welding cycle is started, and the alarm is turned off by pressing the alarm key, so that the qualified indicator lamp can visually prompt an operator whether the product is qualified or not.
In conclusion, the device adds a counter, an alarm system, a reset device and an induction grating of a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller in the original manual welding system, so that the condition of missing welding or multiple welding is inevitable in the welding process; particularly for skip welding, the fraction defective is required to be in the ppm level, i.e. parts per million, for the automotive industry; the device can be found immediately after the appearance of the missing welding and the multi-welding, and can give an alarm immediately, so that the outflow of the products of the missing welding and the multi-welding is avoided. Meanwhile, the device is operated through a touch screen of the PLC controller, the operation is simple and convenient, the welding reference number is set at will, the total welding count and the number of welding points in single-cycle counting are directly displayed, the reset setting is set, the alarm is cleared, and the single-cycle counting in a single welding cycle can be counted again.
