It should be noted here that, since the rotation directions of the two movable wheel pieces 9 are opposite, in order to ensure that all the pressing rods 7 move inwards or outwards along the sliding chute 6 in the radial direction synchronously, the strip-shaped holes 10 on the two movable wheel pieces 9 need to be arranged in opposite inclined directions.
In the invention, a guide groove 13 is formed on the toothed plate 12 along the moving direction of the toothed plate, a guide plate 14 is arranged on the drilling template 2, and the guide plate 14 is movably embedded in the guide groove 13. Before drilling, corresponding the positioning hole 3 on the positioning plate 1 to a screw hole on a part, screwing a bolt to complete positioning, and enabling the center position of a through hole 4 on the drilling template 2 to correspond to the position to be drilled; then, the pull rod 15 is pulled upwards to drive the toothed plate 12 to move upwards, the two movable wheel sheets 9 are driven to rotate towards opposite directions, under the limiting action of the strip-shaped hole 10, the protruding column 11 and the pressing rod 7 and the pressing portion 8 connected with the protruding column move outwards in the radial direction, the pressing portion 8 diffuses outwards, the drill jig sleeve 19 with a proper size is placed in the middle of each pressing portion 8, then the pull rod 15 is loosened, after the loosening, each pressing rod 7 can move towards the circle center along the sliding groove 6 under the action of the spring 18 in the sliding groove 6 (at this time, the position of the protruding column 11 in the strip-shaped hole 10 can be changed, the two movable wheel sheets 9 are driven to rotate, and the toothed plate 12 correspondingly moves downwards), so that the pressing portion 8 is pressed outside the drill jig sleeve 19 at the same time, that the installation of the drill jig sleeve 19 is completed, and the drill jig sleeve 19 can automatically fall at the circle center position.
