Abstract
The invention discloses a purging device which comprises a gas distribution pipe and a fixing seat, wherein the gas distribution pipe is arranged along the arrangement direction of blanking ports, the fixing seat is used for installing the gas distribution pipe, the gas distribution pipe is provided with a purging port and a gas inlet used for being connected with a gas source, the gas distribution pipe is rotatably connected with the fixing seat, the gas distribution pipe is connected with a driving mechanism used for pushing the gas distribution pipe to rotate around a preset straight line, and the preset straight line is parallel to the arrangement direction of the blanking ports. During the blanking process, dust can cross the baffle plates on the conveying channel and fall on two sides of the conveying channel. The driving mechanism drives the gas distribution pipe to rotate around a preset straight line, and meanwhile, the gas outlet direction of the purging port is changed accordingly. Therefore, the blowing device can generate a fan-shaped blowing area, the blowing area completely covers the side part of the transmission channel, and then the dust is thoroughly cleaned, so that the aim of preventing and controlling the smoke insects is fulfilled. The cleaning process is automatically completed under the pushing of the driving mechanism, so that the labor consumption is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a purging device.
Background
The prevention and control of the tobacco insects are one of the main means for improving the quality of cigarette products and reducing the consumption of tobacco shreds. In the tobacco shred manufacturing line, the material falls to the transmission channel from the blanking port, and then the material is conveyed. However, dust is often accumulated on two sides of the conveying channel, and the accumulated dust can form an environment suitable for breeding the tobacco insects. In the prior art, dust is manually cleaned every day, but the space between a blanking port and a transmission channel is narrow, so that the manual cleaning difficulty is high; meanwhile, the blanking ports are large in number, large in size and high in maintenance strength; the dust raising amount in the cleaning process is large, and the condition of incomplete cleaning is easy to occur.
Therefore, how to effectively clean the dust and reduce the manpower consumption in the cleaning process is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a blowing device, wherein a gas distribution pipe of the blowing device rotates around a preset straight line under the driving of a driving mechanism, so that swinging airflow is formed, and automatic blowing of dust is realized.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a purging device which comprises a gas distribution pipe and a fixing seat, wherein the gas distribution pipe is arranged along the arrangement direction of blanking ports, the fixing seat is used for installing the gas distribution pipe, the gas distribution pipe is provided with a purging port and a gas inlet used for being connected with a gas source, the gas distribution pipe is rotatably connected with the fixing seat, the gas distribution pipe is connected with a driving mechanism used for pushing the gas distribution pipe to rotate around a preset straight line, and the preset straight line is parallel to the arrangement direction of the blanking ports.

The structure of the purging device provided by the invention is shown in fig. 1 to 4, and the purging device comprises a gas distribution pipe 1, a fixed seat 2 and a driving mechanism. Wherein, fixing base 2 has the fixed orifices 8 that run through along the thickness direction, and fixing base 2 passes through fixed connection such as the frame of fixed orifices 8 and equipment, and the both ends of gas distribution pipe 1 are installed respectively in two fixing bases 2. The gas distribution pipe 1 is arranged along the arrangement direction of the blanking ports 14, the gas distribution pipe 1 is provided with a purging port 5, and the purging port 5 can face the side part of the conveying channel 15. The side of the conveyance channel 15 refers to a portion located outside the baffle 16. The gas distribution pipe 1 is also provided with a gas inlet 4, and a gas source is connected with the gas distribution pipe 1 through the gas inlet 4. Two ends of the gas distribution pipe 1 are sealed, and gas enters the gas distribution pipe 1 and is sprayed out from the blowing opening 5, so that dust on the side part of the conveying channel 15 is blown. The gas source can be selected from a compressor for delivering gas, a high-pressure gas cylinder and the like, and is not limited herein.
The blowing device further comprises a driving mechanism, the gas distribution pipe 1 is rotatably connected with the fixing seat 2, the driving mechanism is connected with the gas distribution pipe 1 and drives the gas distribution pipe to rotate around a preset straight line, and the preset straight line is parallel to the arrangement direction of the blanking port 14. Actuating mechanism drives gas distribution pipe 1 and rotates around predetermineeing the straight line to make gas distribution pipe 1 jet gas, form sectorial region of sweeping on gas distribution pipe 1's normal plane, sweep the lateral part that the region covers 15 one sides of transfer passage completely, and then realize the thorough clearance of dust, avoid the dust to pile up.
Optionally, the purging device further comprises a rotating shaft 3. Rotation axis 3 and 1 fixed connection of gas distribution pipe, two fixing bases 2 all are equipped with shaft hole 9, and the centre of a circle of two shaft holes 9 all is located and predetermines the straight line. The rotary shaft 3 is inserted into the two shaft holes 9 and connected to the shaft holes 9 through the bearings 7. When the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the gas distribution pipe 1 is driven to rotate around a preset straight line.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the gas distribution pipe 1 is sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 3, and the two are coaxially arranged. The two ends of the gas distribution pipe 1 are both provided with annular sealing heads, the outer ring of each sealing head is connected with the gas distribution pipe 1 in a sealing mode, the inner ring of each sealing head is connected with the rotating shaft 3 in a sealing mode, and a gas cavity is formed between the rotating shaft 3 and the gas distribution pipe 1. After entering the gas chamber from the gas inlet 4, the blowing gas is blown to the side part of the conveying channel 15 from the blowing port 5, and dust blowing is completed. Of course, other connection methods can be used between the rotating shaft 3 and the gas distribution pipe 1, for example, the rotating shaft 3 can be disposed outside the gas distribution pipe 1 and connected to the gas distribution pipe 1 through a connecting plate, or two rotating shafts 3 can be used and connected to two ends of the gas distribution pipe 1.
The purging device further comprises a purging nozzle 6 and an air inlet pipe, the purging nozzle 6 is connected with the purging port 5 through threads, and purging gas is blown to the side portion of the conveying channel 15 through the purging nozzle 6. The purge nozzle 6 has a diameter that gradually decreases in a direction away from the gas distribution pipe 1, and thus the purge nozzle 6 can increase the flow rate of the purge gas. The intake pipe passes through the screw thread and links to each other with air inlet 4, makes things convenient for air inlet 4 to be connected with the air supply. In one embodiment of the present application, the number of the purge nozzles 6 is 23, but the user may set the number of the purge nozzles 6 according to the need, which is not limited herein.
The driving mechanism comprises a driving part and a transmission assembly, and the driving part is connected with the rotating shaft 3 through the transmission assembly. The driving part drives the rotating shaft 3 to rotate through the transmission assembly, and further the gas distribution pipe 1 rotates.
Optionally, the driving part is a cylinder 12, a mounting seat 13 is arranged on the periphery of the cylinder 12, the mounting seat 13 is connected with the rack through a fixing rod and the like, and meanwhile the fixing rod is connected with the mounting seat 13 in a rotatable mode, so that the cylinder 12 is convenient to be matched with the transmission assembly. As shown in fig. 3, the transmission assembly includes a rotating arm 10 and a rotating joint 11. The rotating shaft 3 passes through the shaft hole 9 of the fixed seat 2, the rotating arm 10 is fixedly connected with the part of the rotating shaft 3, which is positioned outside the shaft hole 9, and two ends of the rotating joint 11 are respectively hinged with the rotating arm 10 and the piston of the cylinder 12. When the piston of the cylinder 12 stretches, the rotating shaft 3 can be driven to rotate, and the purpose of controlling the blowing direction is achieved. Of course, the user may also use a stepping motor or the like as the driving mechanism and a transmission chain or a gear set or the like as the transmission component, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 5, the two rows of the blanking ports 14 are arranged side by side, and the two conveying passages 15 are respectively arranged below the two rows of the blanking ports 14 and extend along the arrangement direction of the blanking ports 14. The purging device is positioned between the two rows of blanking ports 14, the rotating shaft 3 is parallel to the slit between the two rows of blanking ports 14, and the purging ports 5 are arranged along the axial direction of the gas distribution pipe 1. In fig. 5, the purge nozzle 6 is directed upward, and the piston of the cylinder 12 extends and retracts to rotate the rotary shaft 3, so that the purge nozzle 6 faces the side of the conveying passage 15. The cylinder 12 can stretch out and draw back repeatedly during the purging process, so that the purging device purges repeatedly between the side parts of the two conveying channels 15, and secondary pollution caused by falling of raised dust on the side parts of the conveying channels 15 during the purging process is avoided.
In this embodiment, the purging device is provided with a gas inlet 4 and a purging port 5 in the gas distribution pipe 1, and the purging gas enters the gas distribution pipe 1 through the gas inlet 4 and is then blown to the side of the conveying channel 15 by the purging nozzle 6, so as to remove dust on the side of the conveying channel 15. The driving mechanism drives the gas distribution pipe 1 to rotate through the rotating shaft 3, so that the purging direction is adjusted, and the conveying channels 15 on the two sides of the purging device are cleaned. The blowing device replaces manual dust cleaning, the cleaning is more thorough, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and secondary pollution caused by dust can be avoided. Meanwhile, the labor consumption is reduced, and the mechanical damage is avoided.
