The working principle is as follows: when the solution mixing device which can be prepared in proportion for diluting the total phosphorus in the surface water is used, different organic solutions are firstly placed in corresponding solution tanks 2, the water in a water tank 7 flows into the stirring channel 103 from a water feeding pipeline 71, the added water is the whole volume of the water tank 7, after the water in the water tank 7 is finished, an asynchronous motor 5 is started to rotate a shaft 51, under the action of a second transmission chain 42, a driven shaft 4 and the shaft 51 rotate synchronously, the driven shaft 4 is in meshing transmission with a large gear 34 through a half gear 43, the rotating speed of the large gear 34 is less than that of the half gear 43, the rotating speeds of a discharging shaft 3 and the rotating shaft 51 are influenced, when an eccentric rotating handle 33 on the outer surface of the rotating shaft 51 is in contact with an air bag 23 in a rotating state, the air bag 23 compresses air to be filled into the solution tanks 2, the solution flows into a discharging groove 22 of a guide frame 21 by utilizing air pressure, when the positions of the discharge shaft 3 and the positioning groove 32 in the rotating state correspond to the position of the discharge chute 22, the positions of the positioning groove 32, the discharge chute 22 and the infusion tank 81 correspond to each other and are positioned on the same vertical line, the solution sequentially enters the flow collecting channel 101 from the positioning groove 32, the discharge chute 22 and the infusion tank 81 under the states of gravity and air pressure, at the moment, under the air flow of the through hole 26, the air bag 23 recovers the shape and is ready for next extrusion, the driven shaft 4 rotates the driven shaft 4, the solution flowing into the flow collecting channel 101 is pushed into the flow collecting channel 101 and flows into the stirring channel 103, at the moment, under the action of the first transmission chain 31, the discharge shaft 3 and the connecting shaft 6 rotate in the same direction, the rotation direction of the connecting shaft 6 is opposite to that of the rotating shaft 51, so that the solution is regularly stirred in the stirring channel 103, the irregular mixing reaction effect on the solution can be increased, and the solution after the stirring is completely flows out from the discharge pipeline 105, the solution after stirring can increase the dilution effect to total phosphorus to the holistic practicality has been increased.

Claims (8)

1. A device for mixing proportionally prepared solutions for diluting total phosphorus in surface water, which is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a rack (1), a main frame structure of the device, a collecting channel (101) and a mixing channel (102) which are arranged at the middle end of the rack (1), wherein the mixing channel (102) is positioned on the bottom surface of one end of the collecting channel (101);
the solution tank (2) is positioned at the top end of the rack (1), a material guide frame (21) is arranged at the bottom end of the solution tank (2), and a discharge chute (22) is arranged in the material guide frame (21);
the discharging shaft (3) is connected to the bottom surface of the material guide frame (21), and a positioning groove (32) is formed in the discharging shaft (3);
the driven shaft (4) is connected to the inner surface of the flow collecting channel (101), and the outer surface of the driven shaft (4) is provided with a packing auger blade (41);
the asynchronous motor (5) is positioned on the outer surface of one end of the rack (1), the output end of the asynchronous motor (5) is connected with a rotating shaft (51), and the outer surface of one end of the rotating shaft (51) is connected with a supporting hanging bracket (52);
the connecting shaft (6) is connected to the inner surface of one end of the rotating shaft (51), a stirring rod (61) is arranged on the outer surface of the connecting shaft (6), and a filter screen (62) is arranged on the outer surface of one end of the stirring rod (61);
the water tank (7) is positioned at the top end of the rack (1), the water tank (7) is positioned at the right end of the solution tank (2), and a water feeding pipeline (71) is arranged at the bottom end of the water tank (7);
spacing seat (8) is connected the bottom surface of row material axle (3), spacing seat (8) inside is provided with infusion groove (81).

The apparatus of claim 1 for mixing a solution for dilution of total phosphorus in surface water with a ratio of: stirring passageway (103) and linkage passageway (104) have been seted up to the bottom of frame (1), linkage passageway (104) are located the left end of stirring passageway (103), the bottom of frame (1) is connected with unloading pipeline (105), activity groove (82) have been seted up to the upper end of frame (1).

The apparatus of claim 1 for mixing a solution for dilution of total phosphorus in surface water with a ratio of: the material guide device is characterized in that eccentric rotating handles (33) are distributed on the outer surface of the material guide shaft (3) at equal intervals, a gear wheel (34) is arranged on the outer surface of one end of the material guide shaft (3), the other end of the material guide shaft (3) is connected with a second transmission chain (42), the material guide shaft (3) is in sliding connection with the material guide frame (21) and the limiting seat (8) respectively, and the material guide frame (21) and the limiting seat (8) are both arc-shaped structures.

A surface water total phosphorus dilution proportioned solution mixing apparatus as claimed in claim 1he 3 wherein: one end of the solution tank (2) is provided with a vent pipe (25), the other end of the vent pipe (25) is connected with an air bag (23), the air bag (23) is movably connected with an eccentric rotating handle (33), and the number of the solution tank (2) is the same as that of the eccentric rotating handle (33).

The apparatus of claim 1 for mixing a solution for dilution of total phosphorus in surface water with a ratio of: the top of solution tank (2) is provided with top cap (24), the inside annular distribution of top cap (24) has through-hole (26), the laminating of the internal surface of through-hole (26) is connected with laminating piece (27), the inner wall at top cap (24) is fixed to the one end of laminating piece (27), top cap (24) are connected for laminating with solution tank (2).

The apparatus of claim 1 for mixing a solution for dilution of total phosphorus in surface water with a ratio of: one end of the connecting shaft (6) is movably connected with the rotating shaft (51) through a supporting hanging bracket (52), the connecting shaft (6) is connected with the discharging shaft (3) through a first transmission chain (31), the connecting shaft (6) is different from the rotating direction of the rotating shaft (51), and stirring rods (61) are symmetrically distributed on the outer surface of the connecting shaft (6).

A device for mixing surface water total phosphorus dilution solution capable of being prepared according to the proportion in accordance with claims 1 and 3, characterized in that: the surface of pivot (51) is provided with stirring vane (53), the front end surface of pivot (51) is connected with second driving chain (42), the other end of second driving chain (42) and the output of driven shaft (4) interconnect, the front end of driven shaft (4) is provided with half gear (43), half gear (43) are connected with gear wheel (34) meshing.

The apparatus of claim 1 for mixing a solution for dilution of total phosphorus in surface water with a ratio of: the diameter of constant head tank (32) is the same with the diameter of blown down tank (22), the length of constant head tank (32) is the same with the diameter of row material axle (3), blown down tank (22) are through spacing seat (8) and infusion groove (81) interconnect, the other end and mass flow passageway (101) top of infusion groove (81).
