Psychological stress is both a dynamic situation and an emotional response. Research and application of psychological training techniques is not only used for psychological adjustment, but also to reveal features and mechanisms of user behavioral-cognitive, neuro-cognitive processes. The traditional stress-resistant psychological training method still performs psychological intervention and practice on users based on conventional psychological simulation scenes created by actual environment and simple conditions of hearing, vision and the like. The traditional psychological training method requires that the single training time is about one hour or even longer, the training period is longer, the time cost is overhigh, the training form is single, the interactivity is weak, and the application efficiency is generally low.
At present, Virtual Reality (VR) technology uses a computer to simulate a virtual world that generates a three-dimensional space, and provides a user with a simulation of sense organs such as vision, so that the user can observe objects in the three-dimensional space in real time without limitation. Research based on applying VR technology for psychological training shows that using a high-fidelity virtual reality system to restore a real 3D environment can cause anxiety, thereby allowing the psychoelastic training system to be ready for the user to cope with the high-voltage environment of the real world. The existing system based on VR technology and physiological parameter monitoring is mostly used for diagnosing mental diseases and generally simulates a real scene in reality, and the diagnosis result still depends on subjective judgment of an expert doctor. the method also comprises a step S6, after training is completed, a mentor can perform manual comment according to training videos and data of the mentor and synchronize guidance suggestions to the account number of the user, the mentor can perform comment through a remote mobile terminal, time of the mentor is saved, quality of psychological training is guaranteed, the mentor can process training data of multiple users at one time, and working efficiency is improved.
The invention aims at the problems that the traditional psychological training has long time period, higher training cost, poorer interest, monotonous virtual training scene environment, single data acquisition channel, boring training form and difficult real-time feedback analysis on the data of a user. The system comprises a signal acquisition module, a processing module, a human-computer interaction module and a display module; the signal acquisition module is used for capturing and binding lower limb joint movement information of a user in real time and capturing physiological data such as heart rate, heart rate variability and/or skin conductance level in the training process of the user in real time; the signal acquisition module sends the acquired lower limb joint movement information and data signals to the processing module; the processing module processes the received data into coordinate values and transmits the coordinate values to the human-computer interaction module in a Bluetooth communication mode; the human-computer interaction module is a virtual reality scene task, the lower limb joint motion information transmitted by the processing module is used for driving a user to move in a scene to complete a task in a game, the physiological data coordinate value transmitted by the data processing unit is used for monitoring and quantifying the psychological state of the user in real time, timely psychological feedback and psychological training are realized, and after the scene task is started, the human-computer interaction module stores the received data locally. After the scene task is finished, the display unit reads local data and gives a training result based on time-frequency domain analysis, then a psychological expert provides a psychological guidance suggestion of the next stage for the user according to the result, and the psychological expert displays and reminds after the user logs in the account. The invention utilizes the current popular virtual reality technology to assist the psychological training, and the scene tasks of various pressure sources and various operation modes can greatly improve the enthusiasm of users. The invention is mainly used for psychotherapy rooms of sports teams, but overcomes the problem that the traditional psychology training has high time cost and can not be separated from the guidance of psychologists, and the psychology training device can also be placed in the home of a user to assist the user in performing psychology training at any time, thereby being convenient for market popularization.
Although the invention has been described in detail hereinabove with respect to a general description and specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and improvements can be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
