The intelligent terminal 8 comprises a processing module for processing the detection data of the liquid level sensor and the turbidity sensor and a display module for displaying the liquid level height and the turbidity. In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal 8 can receive the signal from the sensor, then the processing module analyzes and processes the signal, and finally the result obtained by analysis is displayed through the display module, so that the operator can visually obtain the basic information of the peritoneal dialysis solution from the display module, thereby helping the medical staff to know the basic situation of the patient and make a targeted therapy.
The peritoneal dialysis solution collecting cavity 3 is also provided with a sampling port 31 and a liquid outlet 32, the sampling port 31 and the liquid outlet 32 are both provided with an electric control valve, and the electric control valves are both electrically connected with the intelligent terminal 8; in the embodiment, the sampling port 31 is used for collecting the peritoneal dialysis fluid sample, the liquid outlet 32 is used for discharging the peritoneal dialysis fluid in the peritoneal dialysis fluid collecting cavity 3, and the electric control valves are used at the two positions, so that the purpose of controlling the on-off of the sampling port 31 and the liquid outlet 32 can be realized through the intelligent terminal 8; the peritoneal dialysis solution discharged from the sampling port 31 can be collected by a sampling test tube, and the liquid discharge port 32 can be directly connected with a sewer.
The intelligent terminal 8 further comprises a control module for controlling the external driving device 15, the cutter 2 and the electric control valve. Wherein control module can also control hydraulic stem a72 and pneumatic cylinder b53, realizes the control to whole peritoneal dialysis liquid processing apparatus through intelligent terminal in this embodiment, can divide into two kinds of work operation modes of peritoneal dialysis liquid analysis and peritoneal dialysis liquid processing with the device.
A baffle 9 is arranged on one cutting side of the collecting bag conveying mechanism 1, the space enclosed by the baffle 9 and the shell 6 is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is used for installing and setting an intelligent terminal 8, and the lower part is used as a storage cabinet 20. The baffle 9 in the embodiment can ensure that the peritoneal dialysis solution effectively enters the peritoneal dialysis solution collecting cavity 3, so that the loss of the peritoneal dialysis solution is reduced, and the influence of the separation process on the analysis result of the peritoneal dialysis solution is reduced; and then the upper half part of the space enclosed by the baffle 9 and the shell 6 can be used for installing the intelligent terminal 8, and the rest space of the lower half part can be used as a storage cabinet 20 of the device, and articles commonly used in the use process of the device such as a garbage bag, a sampling test tube and the like can be stored in the storage cabinet 20.
A monitoring window 33 for observing the abdominal liquid in the abdominal liquid collecting cavity 3 is further arranged on the common side wall of the abdominal liquid collecting cavity 3 and the shell 6, and the monitoring window 33 is made of white transparent glass; in the present embodiment, the peritoneal dialysis solution collection chamber 3 has three side walls defined by the housing 6, and a monitoring window 33 is provided in one of the side walls for observing the conditions in which the peritoneal dialysis solution is collected.
The monitoring window 33 is provided with a plurality of color contrast blocks 34 for contrasting with the color of the peritoneal dialysis solution. In the embodiment, the color comparison block 34 is arranged on the monitoring window 33 to facilitate the judgment of possible diseases of the patient.
In this embodiment, the waste bag is a cut collection bag; the high pressure flushing system is conventional and will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
Example 2:
based on the use of embodiment 1, the operation state of the apparatus in this embodiment can be divided into two operation states, i.e., peritoneal dialysis and peritoneal dialysis, by controlling the external driving device 15, the cutter 2 and the electric control valve through the smart terminal 8. Wherein, when the device is in the state of analyzing the peritoneal dialysis solution, the intelligent terminal 8 firstly controls the external driving device 15 and the cutter 2 to be opened, the peritoneal dialysis solution is separated from the collecting bag, after the peritoneal dialysis solution in the same batch is separated, the external driving device 15 and the cutter 2 stop, at this time, the intelligent terminal 8 starts to analyze and process the data information sent back by the sensor, and displays the analyzed information through the display module, the electric control valve at the control sampling port 31 is switched on to sample the peritoneal dialysis solution sample, the electric control valve at the sampling port 31 is closed after the sampling is finished, then the electric control valve at the liquid outlet 32 is opened to discharge the peritoneal dialysis solution, and finally the device is flushed by a high-pressure flushing system, wherein the compacting device 7 is operated to compact the waste bag in the waste bag collecting chamber 5 once when the external driving device 15 and the cutter 2 are stopped after the separation of the peritoneal dialysis solution.
When the device is in the peritoneal dialysis solution treatment state, the sampling port 31 is always in a closed state, and the liquid discharge port 32 is always in an on state, at this time, the intelligent terminal 8 firstly controls the external driving device 15 and the cutter 2 to be opened, so that the peritoneal dialysis solution is separated from the collection bag, and in the process of separating the peritoneal dialysis solution from the collection bag, the peritoneal dialysis solution in the peritoneal dialysis solution collection cavity 3 is discharged to a sewer or a special peritoneal dialysis solution treatment pool from the liquid discharge port 32; the collecting bag is continuously conveyed to the cutter 2 through the collecting bag conveying mechanism 1 in the process, and the cutter 2 is used for cutting the collecting bag, so that the continuous separation of the collecting bag and the peritoneal dialysis solution can be realized by the peritoneal dialysis solution treatment device, and the separation efficiency of the device is improved. And in the continuous treatment process, the pressing device performs pressing operation once at intervals of 5-10 minutes, when the pressed waste bags collected in the waste bag collecting cavity 5 exceed three quarters of the volume of the waste bag collecting cavity 5, the cabinet door 51 is opened, then the hydraulic cylinder b53 drives the movable side wall 52 to push out the waste bags, and a special garbage bag is adopted for collection treatment.

the collecting bag conveying mechanism (1) comprises a transmission belt (11), a driving shaft (12) and a plurality of driven shafts (13), and the transmission belt (11), the driving shaft (12) and the driven shafts (13) form a closed-loop conveying belt structure;

A peritoneal fluid treatment apparatus according to claim 1 wherein a compacting device (7) is provided above the waste bag collecting chamber (5) for compacting the waste bag, the compacting device (7) comprising a pressing plate (71) and a hydraulic cylinder a (72), the hydraulic cylinder a (72) driving the pressing plate (71) downward and compacting the waste bag.

A peritoneal fluid treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 4 wherein a side wall of the waste bag collection chamber (5) common to the housing (6) is provided with an openable and closable cabinet door (51), and the side wall of the waste bag collection chamber (5) opposite to the cabinet door (51) is a movable side wall (52) to which a hydraulic cylinder b (53) is connected.

A peritoneal dialysis treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a smart terminal (8), a liquid level sensor and a turbidity sensor, both of which are disposed within the peritoneal dialysis collection chamber (3) and both of which are electrically connected to the smart terminal (8);
the intelligent terminal (8) comprises a processing module for processing the detection data of the liquid level sensor and the turbidity sensor and a display module for displaying the liquid level height and the turbidity.

The peritoneal dialysis solution treatment device of claim 6, wherein the peritoneal dialysis solution collection cavity (3) is further provided with a sampling port (31) and a liquid discharge port (32), and the sampling port (31) and the liquid discharge port (32) are both provided with an electric control valve, and the electric control valves are both electrically connected with the intelligent terminal (8);
the intelligent terminal (8) further comprises a control module for controlling the external driving device (15), the cutter (2) and the electric control valve.
