Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,通过胶体分散法,将铂金分子分散成铂金极小分子,使其成为铂金分散介质;将神经酰胺通过高压分散,在保持原有效果的基础上,不改变其化学性质,使其形成极小分子,利用铂金分散介质的吸附性质,使铂金极小分子表面吸附神经酰胺极小分子,形成复合原料,即铂金吸附神经酰胺;本发明针对现在对铂金原料使用的问题点,改善其性质和赋予铂金成分附加价值,并且在修复头发时赋予铂金具体功效,让铂金分子和神经酰胺成分相辅相成,在洗发护发产品中发会最大价值,给消费者带来更好体验。

一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法及洗发水
技术领域
本发明涉及化学技术领域,具体是指一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法及洗发水。
背景技术
铂金具有出色的催化功能而在各种领域中使用,而神经酰胺也被人熟知,原本就存在在人体的成分,也大量存在在头发当中,是打造头发健康和锁水力的关键因素。然而现有市面产品中尚未能充分发挥其特性,利用铂金和神经酰胺相结合,使其作为营养成分可以被更高效吸收的成分是市场的新需求;
目前市场上的现有产品,添加神经酰胺、铂金成分的产品有贩卖,但是数量很少,并且铂金成分本身原料价格高,铂金成分添加量极少,添加铂金成分的产品可以说是少之又少,以往的铂金液体的制造工艺是将铂金块添加到王水中使其单纯溶解成铂金小分子,分子大小规则不一,不具有正负极特性,无法吸附其他营养分子,不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过胶体分散法,将铂金分子分散成铂金极小分子,使其成为铂金分散介质:;
(2)将神经酰胺通过高压分散,在保持原有效果的基础上,不改变其化学性质,使其形成极小分子,然后添加到步骤(1)的铂金分散介质中;
(3)利用步骤(1)中铂金分散介质的吸附性质,使铂金极小分子表面吸附步骤(2)的神经酰胺极小分子,形成复合原料,即铂金吸附神经酰胺。
优选地,所述铂金极小分子、神经酰胺极小分子均为纳米级小分子。
优选地,所述神经酰胺通过100Mpa及以上的工业压强进行高压分散。
本发明还公开了一种洗发水,其中包含0.01%~0.5%上述的纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺。
采用以上方法后,本发明具有如下优点:本发明在制备过程中不使用王水,安全高;阴离子表面可吸附阳离子成分,稳定性高;渗透性非常高的成分,胶体自身可以成为载体,促进周围有效成分渗透;通过胶体所带的电荷调整头发的负离子平衡,提高渗透能力。
本发明将变成纳米级大小的神经酰胺分子吸附在铂金分子上,通过细小的铂金分子,将其高效地传递到毛鳞片深处,直接快速补充流失的营养物质。而铂金则会重新吸附在头发表面,为毛鳞片筑起一层铂金铠甲,防止来自紫外线、烫染等的二次伤害。既修复了翻翘受损的毛鳞片,也重新塑造了毛鳞片,防止营养水分的流失,最直接地改善发质;
本发明针对现在对铂金原料使用的问题点,改善其性质和赋予铂金成分附加价值,并且在修复头发时赋予铂金具体功效,让铂金分子和神经酰胺成分相辅相成,在洗发护发产品中发会最大价值,给消费者带来更好体验。

具体实施方式
结合附图1,一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过胶体分散法,将铂金分子分散成铂金极小分子,使其成为铂金分散介质:;
(2)将神经酰胺通过高压分散,在保持原有效果的基础上,不改变其化学性质,使其形成极小分子,然后添加到步骤(1)的铂金分散介质中;
(3)利用步骤(1)中铂金分散介质的吸附性质,使铂金极小分子表面吸附步骤(2)的神经酰胺极小分子,形成复合原料,即铂金吸附神经酰胺。
所述铂金极小分子、神经酰胺极小分子均为纳米级小分子。
所述神经酰胺通过100Mpa及以上的工业压强进行高压分散。
另外,本发明还公开一种洗发水,其中包含0.01%~0.5%上述的纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺。
一、通过实验验证铂金吸附神经酰胺的效果
(1)通过渗透性实验,采用树脂封装超薄切片法处理受损头发,跟踪神经酰胺的渗透性,结果如附图2所示,神经酰胺渗透到发芯,并且附着在头发表面,让头发由内而外保湿补水。
(2)进一步通过观测头发表面实验,可看到铂金分子附着于头发之后,形成铂金膜,保护头发不受二次伤害,结果如附图3所示。
二、洗发水试用反馈实验
试验对象:募集了50位年龄位于15-40岁之间中长发女性,该50名志愿者存在不同程度的发质受损、头发易分叉、干枯毛躁、断发掉发等问题;
将志愿者分为两组,一组为实验组,使用本发明洗发水,另一组为对照组,使用市购洗发水;
实验周期:4周,每周使用3-4次洗发水;
实验结果如下表所示:

其中,效果显著表现为:使用后头发光泽明显、非常柔顺,断发、分叉情况大大减少;
效果表现为:使用后头发较为光泽,较为柔顺,断发、分叉情况有所减少;
无效表现为:使用后头发状态无变化。
含有单一中药成分的功效持续效果也较理想
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过胶体分散法,将铂金分子分散成铂金极小分子,使其成为铂金分散介质:;
(2)将神经酰胺通过高压分散,在保持原有效果的基础上,不改变其化学性质,使其形成极小分子,然后添加到步骤(1)的铂金分散介质中;
(3)利用步骤(1)中铂金分散介质的吸附性质,使铂金极小分子表面吸附步骤(2)的神经酰胺极小分子,形成复合原料,即铂金吸附神经酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铂金极小分子、神经酰胺极小分子均为纳米级小分子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺的制备方法,其特征在于,所述神经酰胺通过100Mpa及以上的工业压强进行高压分散。
4.一种洗发水,其特征在于:其中包含0.01%~0.5%上述的纳米级铂金吸附神经酰胺。
