Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper containers, in particular to a paper container degradation frame product and a process method thereof.
Background
In recent years, plastic pollution is becoming more serious, and plastic restrictions are promulgated in various places, so that the use of disposable plastic products, such as takeaway lunch boxes which are used in large quantities at present, is restricted or prohibited. Beverage cups, and the like. The development of paper product containers and fully biodegradable materials is increasing, the application range is expanding continuously, and the paper product containers and the fully biodegradable materials gradually replace the traditional plastics in the field of disposable tableware.
At present, the fully biodegradable material (such as PLA) has gradually replaced disposable PP plastic containers in a small amount, but due to the high price of the material and the difficulty of processing and forming processes, the material has great difficulty in being put on the market, and particularly the material is not cost-effective. While paper product containers are inherently cost effective, there are actually the following problems: the paper products container can the seepage when meetting the hot water before, has solved the seepage problem after internally drenching one deck PE membrane afterwards, but the PE mould is one kind of plastics, drenches on the paper and retrieves the decomposition after the membrane more difficult, and is very big to causing white pollution harm, and PE drenches the membrane simultaneously and can decompose when meetting high temperature, drinks for a long time and also can cause certain harmful effects to the human body. Recently, a fully biodegradable laminated film is developed, so that the problem of white pollution recovery is solved to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the harm to a human body is avoided or reduced. However, since the paper product container does not have a good sealing property when sealed with a lid, and the soup is likely to leak when slightly shaken in the state where the soup is present, there is little preference for using the paper container as the container in the state where the soup is present.
The method is a very important subject how to ensure that soup contained in a paper container does not leak when responding to environmental protection.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a paper container degradation frame product and a process method thereof.
The invention provides a product made of a degradable border of a paper container, which comprises the paper container and an upper cover which are mutually buckled, wherein one end, facing the upper cover, of the paper container is called a paper container port, the periphery of the paper container port is connected with a first biodegradable material border, the inner angle of the upper cover is connected with a second biodegradable material border which is matched and hermetically connected with the first biodegradable material border, and the first biodegradable material border and the second biodegradable material border have different hardness.
Preferably, the first biodegradable material rim has a hardness that is harder than the hardness of the second biodegradable material rim.
Preferably, the inner surfaces of the paper container and the upper cover are both provided with a biodegradable laminated film.
The second aspect of the invention provides a process method for degrading a frame product of a paper container, which comprises the following steps:
step 1.1, selecting a first biological full-degradable raw material as an injection molding material;
step 1.2, adopting a mould I which is matched with the shape of a paper container with a first biodegradable material frame to be processed, and putting the paper container into the mould I;
step 1.3, injecting a first fully biodegradable raw material into a mold I by using an injection molding machine, connecting the first fully biodegradable raw material to the periphery of a port of a paper container, and forming to obtain the paper container with a biodegradable material frame;
step 2.1, selecting a second fully biodegradable raw material as an injection molding material, wherein the second fully biodegradable raw material and the first fully biodegradable raw material have different hardness after injection molding;
2.2, adopting a mold II matched with the shape of the upper cover with the second biodegradable material frame to be processed, and placing the upper cover into the mold II;
and 2.3, injecting the second biodegradable raw material into the mold II by using an injection molding machine, connecting the second biodegradable raw material to the inner corner of the upper cover, and molding to obtain the upper cover with the second biodegradable material frame.
Preferably, the first raw material for full biodegradation and the second raw material for full biodegradation are one or more of PLA material, PBS material or PFM.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the edge of the port of the paper container is provided with a first biodegradable material frame, and the inner angle of the upper cover is provided with a second biodegradable material frame, so that the hardness of the first biodegradable material frame is harder than that of the second biodegradable material frame; when the upper cover is buckled with the paper container, the second biodegradable material frame and the first biodegradable material frame are extruded to generate elastic or plastic deformation so as to be connected together in a sealing way; the problem of present paper container untight rather than upper cover lock is solved, after the meal that has hot water is put into the paper container, the difficult seepage that takes place has improved customer's dining experience, and the practicality is strong, has spreading value.
(2) The paper container and the upper cover are made of paper materials; the first biodegradable material frame, the second biodegradable material frame and the biodegradable film are all made of biodegradable material (PLA material, PBS material or PFM.
(3) The biodegradable material is expensive, and compared with the environment-friendly lunch box which is completely made of the biodegradable material through injection molding, the cost of only injection molding the fully biodegradable frame on the paper container and the upper cover is lower, and the market competitiveness is improved.
