In some implementation scenarios, the operator system to be ported can set a technical threshold for number portability to avoid user loss, so that the success rate of number portability is low and user experience is poor. The embodiment of the invention provides a number portability method based on a block chain network, which comprises the steps of firstly, acquiring number portability pre-application information of a user terminal, wherein the number portability pre-application information comprises a terminal number of the user terminal; then, according to the terminal number of the user terminal, obtaining information to be confirmed, wherein the information to be confirmed comprises a compensation scheme of an operator to be transferred and service package information of the operator, and sending the information to be confirmed to the user terminal so that the user terminal can generate number portability formal application information based on the information to be confirmed, wherein the number portability formal application information comprises the terminal number, the compensation scheme and the selected service package information; and finally, acquiring the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key and sent by the user terminal, performing system signature on the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key, and broadcasting the number portability formal application information signed by the system to a number portability announcement block chain network to complete the number portability of the user terminal, so that the number portability flow can be simplified, and the energy consumption of a service system is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention provides an operator system based on a block chain network, which is applied to an operator system to be transferred. As shown in fig. 4, an operator system based on a block chain network includes: an acquisition module 41, a processing module 42, a sending module 43, a signature module 44 and a broadcasting module 45.
The obtaining module 41 is configured to obtain number portability pre-application information of the user terminal.

The information to be confirmed comprises a compensation scheme of an operator to be transferred out and service package information of the operator;
a sending module 43, configured to send information to be confirmed to the user terminal, so that the user terminal generates number portability formal application information based on the information to be confirmed, where the number portability formal application information includes a terminal number, a compensation scheme, and selected service package information.
The obtaining module 41 is further configured to obtain a number portability formal application information signed by a terminal private key and sent by the user terminal.
And the signature module 44 is used for carrying out system signature on the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key.
And the broadcasting module 45 is used for broadcasting the official application information of number portability signed by the system to the block chain network of the number portability announcement so as to complete the number portability of the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the operator system further needs to verify the identity of the terminal number before the processing module 42 obtains the information to be confirmed according to the terminal number of the user terminal. The operator system further comprises: the device comprises an extraction module, a receiving module and a generation module.
The extraction module is used for extracting the terminal number from the number portability pre-application information. The sending module 43 is further configured to send an authentication request to the to-be-transferred operator system to which the terminal number currently belongs based on the terminal number, so that the to-be-transferred operator system sends verification information to the user terminal. And the receiving module is used for receiving the verification information sent by the operator system to be transferred out and receiving the verification information sent by the user terminal. And the generating module is used for generating an identity verification result of the terminal number based on the comparison result of the verification information of the user terminal and the verification information of the operator system to be transferred out. And the identity authentication result is that the identity authentication is not passed or the identity authentication is passed.
In an embodiment, when the authentication result is that the authentication is passed, the receiving module is further configured to receive encrypted verification information sent by the user terminal, where the encrypted verification information is generated by the user terminal encrypting the verification information according to a predetermined algorithm based on a customer service password in the operator system to be transferred.
In one embodiment, the processing module 42 includes: the device comprises a sending unit, a receiving unit, a determining unit, an acquiring unit and a generating unit.
The system comprises a sending unit and an authorization unit, wherein the sending unit is used for sending an arrearage information inquiry request to an operator system to be transferred out, and the arrearage information inquiry request comprises a terminal number and encrypted verification information.
And the receiving unit is used for receiving the arrearage information of the returned terminal number under the condition that the operator system to be transferred passes the verification of the encryption verification information.
And the determining unit is used for determining a compensation scheme of the operator to be transferred based on the arrearage information of the terminal number and the credit evaluation information of the terminal number acquired in advance.
And the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the service package information to be transferred to the operator.
And the generating unit is used for generating the information to be confirmed according to the compensation scheme and the service package information.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 41 is further configured to obtain a number portability confirmation message broadcasted by the user terminal in the number portability announcement block chain network; and acquiring resources which are sent by the user terminal through the number portability notice block chain network and correspond to the resource amount in the compensation scheme.
In another embodiment, the obtaining module 42 is further configured to obtain a number portability official application information signed by the ported-out operator system, which is broadcasted by the operator system to be ported out in the number portability announcement blockchain network; the sending module 43 is further configured to send the resource corresponding to the resource amount in the compensation scheme to the operator system to be transferred out.
It should be noted that the operator system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be used as an operator system to be transferred to corresponding to some terminal numbers, or may be used as an operator system to be transferred to corresponding to another terminal number.
The working modes of the modules in the provider system based on the blockchain network provided by this embodiment correspond to the steps in the number portability method based on the blockchain network, and therefore, the detailed working modes of the modules in the provider system based on the blockchain network may refer to the number portability method based on the blockchain network provided by this embodiment.
The embodiment provides an operator system based on a block chain network, wherein an acquisition module is used for acquiring number portability pre-application information of a user terminal, and the number portability pre-application information comprises a terminal number of the user terminal; the processing module is used for acquiring information to be confirmed according to a terminal number of a user terminal, the information to be confirmed comprises a compensation scheme of an operator to be transferred out and service package information of the operator, the sending module is used for sending the information to be confirmed to the user terminal so that the user terminal can generate number portability formal application information based on the information to be confirmed, and the number portability formal application information comprises the terminal number, the compensation scheme and the selected service package information; the acquisition module is also used for acquiring the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key sent by the user terminal, the signature module is used for carrying out system signature on the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key, and the broadcast module is used for broadcasting the number portability formal application information signed by the system to the number portability announcement block chain network so as to complete the number portability of the user terminal, simplify the number portability flow and reduce the energy consumption of a service system.

Claims (10)

1. A number portability method based on a block chain network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring number portability pre-application information of a user terminal, wherein the number portability pre-application information comprises a terminal number of the user terminal;
acquiring information to be confirmed according to the terminal number of the user terminal, wherein the information to be confirmed comprises a compensation scheme of an operator to be transferred and service package information of the operator;
sending the information to be confirmed to the user terminal so that the user terminal can generate number portability formal application information based on the information to be confirmed, wherein the number portability formal application information comprises the terminal number, the compensation scheme and the selected service package information;
acquiring number portability formal application information signed by a terminal private key and sent by the user terminal;
the number portability formal application information signed by a terminal private key is subjected to system signature, and the number portability formal application information signed by the system is broadcasted to a number portability announcement block chain network to complete the number portability of the user terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before acquiring the information to be confirmed according to the terminal number of the user terminal, the method further comprises:
extracting the terminal number from the number portability pre-application information;
sending an identity authentication request to the operator system to be transferred out to which the terminal number belongs currently based on the terminal number, so that the operator system to be transferred out sends verification information to the user terminal;
receiving the verification information sent by the operator system to be transferred out, and receiving the verification information sent by the user terminal;
and generating an identity verification result of the terminal number based on a comparison result of the verification information of the user terminal and the verification information of the operator system to be transferred out.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the authentication result is that the authentication is passed, before the obtaining the information to be confirmed according to the terminal number of the user terminal, further comprising:
receiving encrypted verification information sent by the user terminal; the encrypted verification information is generated by encrypting the verification information by the user terminal according to a predetermined algorithm based on the customer service password in the operator system to be transferred;
the acquiring the information to be confirmed according to the terminal number of the user terminal comprises:
sending an arrearage information query request to the operator system to be transferred, wherein the arrearage information query request comprises the terminal number and the encrypted verification information;
receiving arrearage information of the terminal number returned by the operator system to be transferred under the condition that the encrypted verification information passes verification;
determining the compensation scheme for the operator to be forwarded based on arrearage information of the terminal number and credit evaluation information of the terminal number acquired in advance;
and acquiring service package information to be transferred to an operator system, and generating the information to be confirmed according to the compensation scheme and the service package information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the compensation scheme comprises an amount of resources to be compensated, and wherein after broadcasting the system-signed number portability official application information to a number portability announcement blockchain network, the method further comprises:
acquiring the number portability and network switching confirmation information broadcasted by the user terminal in the number portability announcement block chain network;
and acquiring resources which are sent by the user terminal through the number portability announcement block chain network and correspond to the resource amount in the compensation scheme.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the compensation scheme comprises an amount of resources to be compensated, and wherein after broadcasting the system-signed number portability official application information to a number portability announcement blockchain network, the method further comprises:
acquiring the number portability official application information which is broadcasted and signed by the operator system to be ported in the number portability announcement block chain network of the operator system to be ported;
and sending the resources corresponding to the resource amount in the compensation scheme to the operator system to be transferred out.
6. An operator system based on a blockchain network, the operator system comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring number portability pre-application information of a user terminal, and the number portability pre-application information comprises a terminal number of the user terminal;

the acquisition module is also used for acquiring the number portability formal application information signed by a terminal private key and sent by the user terminal;
the signature module is used for carrying out system signature on the number portability formal application information signed by the terminal private key;
and the broadcasting module is used for broadcasting the formal application information of number portability signed by the system to a number portability announcement block chain network so as to complete the number portability of the user terminal.

the extraction module is used for extracting the terminal number from the number portability pre-application information;
the sending module is used for sending an identity authentication request to the operator system to be transferred to which the terminal number belongs currently based on the terminal number so that the operator system to be transferred sends verification information to the user terminal;
the receiving module is connected to receive the verification information sent by the operator system to be transferred out and receive the verification information sent by the user terminal;
and the generating module is used for generating an identity verification result of the terminal number based on a comparison result of the verification information of the user terminal and the verification information of the operator system to be transferred out.

The operator system according to claim 7, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive encrypted verification information sent by the user terminal, if the authentication result is that the authentication is passed; the encrypted verification information is generated by encrypting the verification information by the user terminal according to a predetermined algorithm based on the customer service password in the operator system to be transferred;
the processing module comprises:
a sending unit, configured to send an arrearage information query request to the operator system to be transferred, where the arrearage information query request includes the terminal number and the encrypted verification information;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the arrearage information of the terminal number returned by the operator system to be transferred under the condition that the encrypted verification information passes the verification;
a determining unit, configured to determine the compensation scheme for the operator to be ported based on arrearage information of the terminal number and credit evaluation information of the terminal number acquired in advance;
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a service management unit and a service management unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring service package information to be transferred to an operator;
and the generating unit is used for generating the information to be confirmed according to the compensation scheme and the service package information.

The operator system according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to obtain a number portability confirmation message broadcasted by the user terminal in the number portability announcement blockchain network; and acquiring resources which are sent by the user terminal through the number portability notice block chain network and correspond to the resource amount in the compensation scheme.
