The invention relates to an infrared facility early warning system, comprising: the system comprises a user module, an acquisition module, a control module, an early warning module and a power supply module, wherein the power supply module is a storage battery and is electrically connected with the user module, the acquisition module, the control module and the early warning module; compared with the prior art, the infrared facility early warning system has the advantages that the modules in the infrared facility early warning system are matched for use, the driving state of a driver can be collected through the collection module, the control module can receive and judge the driver state information transmitted by the collection module to control the early warning module to carry out early warning, and automatic identification and early warning prompt on the driver can be realized in time.

Background
The driver has poor or insufficient sleeping quality, and is easy to have fatigue when driving the vehicle for a long time. Driving fatigue affects the driver's attention, feeling, perception, thinking, judgment, consciousness, decision and movement. When the driver continues to drive the vehicle after fatigue, the driver feels sleepy, has weak limbs, is not concentrated in attention, has low judgment capability, even has unsmooth mind or instant memory loss, has delayed or early action, improper operation pause or correction time and other unsafe factors, is very easy to have road traffic accidents, and needs to carry out early warning and precaution on the driving state of the driver, so that an early warning system is needed to effectively prevent the occurrence of some traffic accidents and improve the driving safety of the driver.

Furthermore, the acquisition module is arranged right above a vehicle user, and the acquisition module also comprises a temperature detection element and a humidity detection element which are used for detecting the temperature and the humidity in the vehicle; the control module is a central processing unit formed by a singlechip.
Furthermore, the acquisition module is electrically connected with the control module, wherein the infrared camera is used for detecting the driving state of a driver, the infrared thermometer is used for detecting the body temperature state of the driver, and the infrared sensor is used for acquiring the body temperature state of the driver, generating thermal image data of the surface temperature of the driver and sending the data to the control module for processing; the GPS positioning module is a GPS positioner and is used for positioning the vehicle and displaying the track.

The specific working process is as follows:
the system comprises a vehicle driver, a collecting module, an infrared thermometer, an infrared camera, an infrared sensor, a GPS positioning module, a user module, a control module, an early warning module and a power module, wherein the collecting module is internally provided with the infrared thermometer, the infrared camera is electrically connected with the power module, the infrared thermometer in the collecting module can collect body temperature data of a user in the driving process of the user, the collecting module also comprises a temperature detection element and a humidity detection element which are arranged in the vehicle, the temperature data in the vehicle can be collected, the infrared camera can collect and detect the driving state of the driver, the infrared sensor is used for collecting the body temperature state of the driver and generating thermal image data of the surface temperature of the driver, the GPS positioning module is a GPS positioner and can collect vehicle position information and track data; the acquisition module transmits the data to the control module, a central processing unit consisting of a singlechip in the control module judges the transmitted acquired data one by one, and the central processing unit is provided with preset programs for an infrared thermometer, an infrared camera, an infrared sensor and a GPS positioning module in the acquisition module, detects the driving state, the vehicle position and track data of a driver, and transmits any one of the data to the early warning module to perform buzzer sounding and LED flashing for early warning after reaching the early warning requirement; meanwhile, a threshold value about body temperature data is set in the central processing unit, and the body temperature data of a driver and the temperature data in the vehicle are transmitted to the early warning module to control the start of the small and medium fans of the early warning module after the body temperature data and the temperature data in the vehicle meet the early warning requirement;
the control module is connected with the user module, data information collected by the collection module of the infrared facility early warning system can be transmitted to the user module through the control module, and the computer control terminal in the user module can cooperate with the control module to allocate the system and upload the allocation record of the user and the data information transmitted by the collection module and the early warning module to the cloud database server for storage.
