The application discloses a block chain-based integral data management method, which comprises the following steps: the hospital user uplinks the valid data to the blockchain according to the research scene; the hospital user selects other data which are linked to the block chain by other hospital users to train a machine learning model; hospital users share the machine learning model which initiates training completion to other hospital users and obtain points from the hospital users. The integral data management method based on the block chain has the advantages that the incentive of integral can be carried out according to the sharing condition of data and models, and accordingly the data aggressiveness of uploading of data by each cooperative party is promoted.
