Abstract
The spraying particle analyzer comprises a spraying particle analyzer, a rotating disc, a translation platform, pulleys, a supporting platform, a supporting rod A, a supporting rod B, a hydraulic system, a pedal, a linkage shaft, a base, a handrail and wheels, wherein the spraying particle analyzer is fixed on the rotating disc, the rotating disc can rotate around a central shaft and is fixed on the translation platform by the shaft, and the bottom of the translation platform is provided with four pulleys which can drive the translation platform to move. The linkage shaft is connected with the hydraulic lifting rod, and the lifting and the lowering of the hydraulic rod are controlled through a pedal. The device provided by the invention adjusts the position, the measurement height and the measurement angle of the spray particle size analyzer according to the actual characteristics of spray irrigation and spraying, realizes the accurate measurement of the diameter, the speed and the angle of spray droplets, and is flexible in operation, simple, convenient and practical in the test process.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an experimental device in a water-saving irrigation spraying system, in particular to a water drop test bed for a spray particle analyzer.
Background
Atomization is a more advanced irrigation method in a plurality of water-saving irrigation technologies, and is now a high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technology commonly adopted by countries in the world. The diameter of the sprayed fog drops, the effective coverage density and uniformity of the fog drops and the like are important indexes for evaluating the engineering quality of the spraying system. The spray particle analyzer is matched with a high-performance high-power laser source, can be used for non-contact measurement of fog drops and liquid drops dispersed in the air, meets the requirement of fog drop test, and can be suitable for various fields such as fire fighting, forest vegetation, pesticide detection, aircraft engines, spray granulation, nozzle research, various aerosols and the like. Compared with other water drop testing methods, such as a flour method, a photographic method and the like, the spray particle size analyzer can capture and calculate the shape of atomized liquid drops in a spray flow field in a testing area, collects data such as particle size spatial distribution information of the atomized liquid drops and the like, and has the advantages of accurate testing data, convenience and quickness in data processing and the like. The invention designs a spray particle analyzer test water drop test bed which is simple and convenient to move and can adjust the test height and the test angle and an adjusting method, and solves the problems that the spray particle analyzer is inconvenient to move, difficult to adjust the test height and angle and the like when used for a spray head spray test.

The angle of the spray particle analyzer can be adjusted by rotating the rotary disc, and the height of the spray particle analyzer is adjusted by controlling the lifting of the hydraulic rod through the pedal. The handrail is fixed on the rear side of the base through bolts, the wheels are fixed on the lower side of the base, and brakes are arranged on the wheels; the handrail, the wheels and the brake are arranged, so that the flexibility of moving and fixing the test bed in the test process is improved. The reinforcing rods are arranged on the lower sides of the supporting rods A, B, and the effect of the reinforcing rods is that the stability of the supporting rods is improved.
The invention has the advantages that: the device can adjust the position, the measuring height and the measuring angle of the spray particle analyzer according to the actual characteristics of spray irrigation and spraying, realize the accurate measurement of the diameter, the speed and the angle of spray droplets, and has flexible operation, simplicity, convenience and practicability in the testing process.

As shown in figure 1, the test bed for testing water drops by the spray particle analyzer comprises the spray particle analyzer (1), a rotating disc (18), a translation platform (2), pulleys (21), a supporting platform (3), a supporting rod A (4), a supporting rod B (15), a hydraulic system (7), pedals (10), a linkage shaft (14), a base (12), handrails (6) and wheels (11), wherein the spray particle analyzer (1) is fixed on the rotating disc (18), the rotating disc (18) can rotate around a central shaft (19) and is fixed on the translation platform (2) by the shaft, the four pulleys (21) are arranged at the bottom of the translation platform, symmetrical and horizontal moving rails (17) are arranged on two sides of the top of the supporting platform (3), the pulleys (21) correspond to the pulley moving rails (17) on the supporting platform (3) and are driven by the pulleys (21) to translate, and the moving track (17) is fixed on the supporting platform (3) by a buckle.
