The diameter of the sprayed water drops, the kinetic energy of the sprayed water drops and the like are important indexes for evaluating the engineering quality of the sprinkling irrigation system. The 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer is mainly used for measuring shapes, sizes, speeds and the like of meteorological particles such as precipitation, snowfall and the like at first, and is applied to a water drop spraying test of a sprinkling irrigation nozzle in recent years. Compared with other water drop testing methods, such as a flour method, a photographic method, a laser method and the like, the 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer can capture and calculate data such as the shape, the size, the speed and the like of each water drop in a testing area, and has the advantages of accurate testing data, convenience in data processing and the like. The 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer is developed mainly for monitoring natural climate data and is placed at a fixed test point in the field for a long time, so that the 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer cannot be completely suitable for the test requirements of the spray head spraying test. The invention designs a 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer test water drop test bed which is simple and convenient to move and capable of adjusting the test height and the test angle and an adjusting method, and solves the problems that the 2DVD video raindrop spectrometer is inconvenient to move and difficult to adjust the test height and angle when used for a spray head spraying test.
Through retrieval, no relevant patent application is reported at present.

The handrail 12 is fixed at the rear side of the base 10 by nuts, the wheels 13 are installed at the lower side of the base 10, and the brakes 14 are installed on the wheels 13, so that the flexibility of moving and fixing the test bed in the test process is improved by arranging the handrail, the wheels and the brakes. The two ends of the shaft 8 are provided with threads and are connected with the supporting rods at the two ends through bolts, and the supporting rods can rotate around the shaft 8 in a vertical plane. The upper end of the supporting rod A5 is fixed on the fixed table 3 by bolts and can swing in a vertical plane around the bolts, the lower end of the supporting rod A5 is arranged in the lower moving groove 11 on the base 10 by bolts and can move horizontally and be fixed, and the reinforcing rod 9 is welded on the lower side of the supporting rod A5, so that the supporting rod A5 is more stable. The supporting rod B6 is provided with symmetrical shaft moving grooves 7, the upper end of the supporting rod B6 is arranged in the upper moving groove 4 by bolts and is fixed, and the lower end of the supporting rod B6 is fixed on the base 10 by bolts and can rotate around the bolts. The upper ends and the lower ends of the supporting rod A5 and the supporting rod B6 are at the same horizontal position. The shaft 8 is movable and fixed in the shaft moving groove 7; the test height and the test angle of the video raindrop spectrometer are adjusted by adjusting the position of the shaft 8 in the shaft moving groove 7, the position of the lower end of the support shaft A5 in the lower moving groove 11 and the position of the upper end of the support rod B6 in the upper moving groove 4, so that different measurement requirements are met.

Through the calculation result of the formula, the positions of the lower ends of the shaft 8, the support rod A5 and the upper end of the support rod B6 in the shaft moving groove 7, the lower moving groove 11 and the upper moving groove 4 are respectively adjusted, the test height and the inclination angle of the raindrop spectrometer are adjusted, and the positions of the lower ends of the shaft 8, the support rod A5 and the upper end of the support rod B6 in the shaft moving groove 7, the lower moving groove 11 and the upper moving groove 4 are respectively fixed through nuts.
Example (b): the fixed hook 17 of the tape 16 is hung right below the spray head, and the position of the movable tray 15 is horizontally adjusted, so that the tape outlet 18 of the tape 16 is arranged right below the center of the testing area of the video raindrop spectrometer 1. While pushing the test bed, the scale at the tape outlet 18 of the tape measure 16 is read, the test bed is pushed to the test site, and the brake 14 on the wheel is pulled to fix the position of the test bed. The lower end of the support rod A5 is adjusted to be positioned in the lower moving groove 11, and the upper end of the support rod B6 is adjusted to be positioned in the upper moving groove 4, so that the test heights of the fixed table 3 and the video raindrop spectrometer 1 are adjusted. The position of the shaft 8 in the shaft moving groove 7 is adjusted according to the calculation results of the formulas (1) to (3) to adjust the test angles of the fixed stage 3 and the video raindrop spectrometer 1.
