The invention discloses a novel bolt sealing structure of an austenitic stainless steel flange for a high-flux test reactor, which comprises a lower flange, an upper flange, a main bolt and a fastener matched with the main bolt, wherein the first end of the main bolt is fixedly connected with the lower flange, the upper flange is provided with a through hole corresponding to the main bolt, and the second end of the main bolt penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the fastener; the fastening piece comprises an upper washer, a lower washer and a main nut, the main nut is in threaded connection with the second end of the main bolt, the upper washer and the lower washer are sleeved on the main bolt, and the upper washer and the lower washer are located between the main nut and the upper flange; according to the invention, the fastener is set to be a combined structure of the upper washer and the lower washer, and the pretightening force is applied through the main nut, so that the bending deformation and the bending stress of the main bolt and the top cover under the action of internal pressure are effectively inhibited, and further, the axial separation amount of the top cover and the cylinder flange under the action of internal pressure is effectively controlled.

2) the sealing structure can only realize short-term sealing of the cylinder flange and the top cover of the reactor pressure vessel and has higher technical risks of leakage, maintenance and the like, and cannot meet the high-reliability requirement that the sealing structure between the cylinder flange and the top cover of the high-flux test reactor pressure vessel cannot be leaked and does not need maintenance in the whole reactor life;
3) the main bolt 3 and the main nut are made of stainless steel materials, so that the functional requirement of long-term safe operation in a humid environment cannot be met;
therefore, the problems are solved, the reactor is suitable for a high-flux test reactor, and technical risks such as corrosion, leakage, maintenance and the like of a sealing structure between a cylinder flange and a top cover in the whole reactor life are avoided. The invention provides a novel bolt sealing structure of an austenitic stainless steel flange for a high-flux test reactor, which comprises a lower flange 8, an upper flange 7, a main bolt 3 and a fastener matched with the main bolt 3.
Example one
The upper flange 7 is arranged corresponding to the lower flange 8, the lower flange 8 and the upper flange 7 are generally arranged separately, the lower flange 8 is fixedly connected with one device to be connected, and the upper flange 7 is connected with the other device to be connected.

the fastening piece comprises an upper washer, a lower washer and a main nut, the main nut is in threaded connection with the second end of the main bolt, the upper washer and the lower washer are sleeved on the main bolt, and the upper washer and the lower washer are located between the main nut and the upper flange;
the main nut provides pre-tightening force towards the lower flange to the upper gasket, the lower gasket and the upper flange.
2. A bolt sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein a side of said upper flange with respect to said lower flange is set above said bolt sealing structure;
the lower flange and the upper flange are coaxially arranged, and the upper side surface of the lower flange is in sealing fit with the lower side surface of the upper flange;
the lower end of the main bolt is provided with an external thread, the upper side surface of the lower flange is provided with a threaded hole matched with the main bolt, and the main bolt and the lower flange are fixedly connected through the external thread and the threaded hole;
the upper end of the main bolt penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the fastener arranged above the upper flange;
wherein the lower washer is disposed below the upper washer, and the main nut is disposed above the upper washer.
3. A bolt sealing structure according to claim 2, wherein the lower side of the lower washer is in sealing engagement with the upper side of the upper flange, and the upper side of the lower washer is provided with an inclined surface;
the last side of going up the packing ring with the lower extreme laminating of main nut, the downside of going up the packing ring be provided with the inclined plane of the side adaptation of going up of packing ring down.
4. A bolt sealing structure according to claim 3, wherein the outer ring thickness of said lower washer is greater than the inner ring thickness of said lower washer, and the outer ring thickness of said upper washer is less than the inner ring thickness of said lower washer.
5. The bolt sealing structure according to claim 2, further comprising an extension measuring rod, wherein a long through hole penetrating through the upper and lower end surfaces is formed in the main bolt, the long through hole is coaxially arranged with the main bolt, the extension measuring rod is arranged in the long through hole, and the lower end of the extension measuring rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of the long through hole;
the diameter of the extension measuring rod is not larger than the inner diameter of the long through hole, and the length of the extension measuring rod is not smaller than the original length of the extension measuring rod.
6. The bolt sealing structure according to claim 2, further comprising a small nut threadedly coupled to the upper end of the main bolt, wherein a gap is provided between a tip end of the small nut and the upper end surface of the main bolt;
and when the nut is in a sealing state, the distance between the upper end surface of the main nut and the upper end surface of the main bolt is smaller than the length of the small nut.
7. A bolt sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein a seal ring assembly is provided between the upper flange and the lower flange, the seal ring assembly comprising:
a metal seal ring;
the lower side surface of the upper flange is provided with an annular groove coaxial with the upper flange, and the metal sealing ring is clamped in the annular groove through the elastic fixing component;
the depth of the annular groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the metal sealing ring, and the width of the annular groove is larger than the outer diameter of the metal sealing ring.
8. The bolt sealing structure of claim 7, wherein the number of the elastic fixing components is plural and is distributed annularly along the central axis of the upper flange, and the elastic fixing components comprise:
the sealing fixing clamp comprises a fixing ring and a fixing sheet, and the first end of the fixing sheet is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the fixing sheet;
the inner side/outer side of the annular groove is provided with a screw hole, and the fixing ring is fixedly connected with the lower side surface of the upper flange through the fixing screw and the screw hole;
and when the metal sealing ring is in a sealing state, the fixing piece is circumscribed with the outer ring surface of the cross section of the metal sealing ring.
9. A bolt sealing structure according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the number of the annular grooves is at least two, and the number of the metal seal rings is at least two.
10. A pressure vessel for a high throughput engineering pilot stack, comprising a bolt seal arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
