技术领域
本发明涉及石油压裂技术领域,具体为微生物菌剂油井压裂前置液新工艺。
背景技术
石油压裂是通过水力压裂目的是为了获得高导流能力的裂缝,这主要是在孔隙度和渗透率小的地层应用的施工工艺。通过对返排流速的控制使支撑剂在裂缝内获得较好的铺置,进而使裂缝具有较高的导流能力。通常情况是水基压裂液,特别是前置液很难快速返排出地面,这样长时间在地层中,就会污染地层,造成地层深部堵塞,影响压裂效果。特别是在原油粘度较大的油层中,前置液会停留在地层,对地层产生很大的伤害。现在现场使用的压裂液基本为水基的液体,主要成分就是胍胶和高分子化合物,甲醛石油类有机物,还有钙、镁、铁及硼离子,这些在地层深部停留就会对地层产生伤害。因而压裂液返排率是评价压裂效果的一个重要参数,压裂液返排率越高,即停留在地层中的压裂液越少,对地层伤害就越小。现在现场无论那种工作制度,压裂完成后,压力扩散,地层就会在深部闭合有一部分,液体,特别是前置液留在地层深部,这样就会造成地层深部的污染,极大影响压裂效果,甚至很多压裂液在地层重视永久伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供这项微生物菌剂油井压裂前置液新工艺,可以消除油井前置液在地层中的停滞问题,从根本上解决压裂液对地层的伤害问题,本工艺操作简单,成本低,对环境没有污染。

7.根据权利要求1所述的微生物菌剂油井压裂前置液新工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的生物酶溶液浓度为1%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的微生物菌剂油井压裂前置液新工艺,其特征在于:所述清水与微生物菌剂前置液的比例为1:3。
