A cable crane main cable and anchorage pre-stressed anchoring connection device and a construction method relate to the field of cable hoisting construction. The invention comprises an embedded steel strand, an embedded steel bar, a main cable anchoring part, a conversion part, a connecting part and a main cable anchoring wheel, wherein the embedded steel strand is embedded in a concrete anchorage, one end of the embedded steel strand is exposed out of the concrete anchorage, the exposed end is a tensioning end, and the other end is a fixed end; the bottom of the main cable anchoring part is fixedly connected with the tensioning end of the embedded steel strand, embedded steel bars are welded on two sides of the bottom of the main cable anchoring part, and the embedded steel bars are embedded in the concrete anchorage and are parallel to the embedded steel strand; the upper part of the main cable anchoring part is connected with the lower part of the conversion part through a steel pin shaft, the upper part of the conversion part is connected with the lower part of the connecting part through a steel pin shaft, and the main cable anchoring wheel is arranged on the upper part of the connecting part. Technical Field

The top of the main cable anchoring part is vertically provided with two parallel connecting plates, and the middle of each connecting plate is provided with a bolt hole; the conversion part comprises four connecting plates which are respectively connected with an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper plate and the lower plate are arranged in a staggered manner and are parallel to each other, and bolt holes are arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate; two parallel connecting plates are vertically arranged at the lower part of the connecting piece, and bolt holes are arranged on the connecting plates; the connecting plate at the top of the main cable anchoring part is connected with the connecting lower plate of the connecting part through a steel pin shaft, and the connecting upper plate of the connecting part is connected with the connecting plate of the conversion part through a steel pin shaft.
The cable crane main cable and anchorage pre-stressed anchoring connection device has the following construction process:
(1) setting out the pile foundation of the anchorage by using a total station;
(2) adopting an impact drilling machine to construct a pile foundation, and pouring the pile foundation;
(3) pouring concrete anchorages, embedding steel stranded wires and steel plates in the concrete anchorages, accurately positioning during embedding, and firmly reinforcing;
(4) after the concrete anchorage reaches the designed tensile strength, installing a main cable anchoring piece, and tensioning the pre-embedded steel strand to firmly fix the main cable anchoring piece on the concrete anchorage;
(5) welding the main cable anchoring part and the embedded steel plate to connect the main cable anchoring part and the concrete anchorage into a whole so as to bear force together;
(6) connecting the main cable anchoring part with the conversion part by adopting a 45# steel pin shaft;
(7) connecting the conversion piece with the connecting piece by adopting a 45# steel pin shaft;
(8) the main cable anchoring wheel is connected with a hoisting main cable of the cable or connected with a cable hoisting main cable adjusting system.
The cable crane main cable and anchorage prestressed anchoring connection device and the construction method have the advantages of scientific design, convenient construction, simple structure, capability of fully utilizing the performance of the anchorage, simple structure, good anchoring performance, flexible construction operation, safe and convenient operation, high construction speed, low construction cost and the like, and provide a brand-new main cable anchoring structure and construction method for a cable hoisting system; compared with the traditional main cable anchoring and connecting device, the steel consumption of the anchoring and connecting device is greatly reduced, most components of the anchoring and connecting device can be reused, and the main cable anchoring and connecting device has good economic and environment-friendly benefits.
