Furthermore, a trunk inlet of the branch distributing pipe 53 can be connected with an outlet of the switch component 52 in a welding manner or through a flange, a connecting plate is arranged at a branch outlet of the branch distributing pipe 53, the branch distributing pipe 53 is connected with the connecting plate in a welding manner, a plurality of threaded holes 519 are formed in the top end of the distributing hopper 51, through holes corresponding to the threaded holes 519 at the top end of the distributing hopper 51 in a one-to-one manner are formed in the connecting plate, the connecting plate is connected with the distributing hopper 51 in a threaded manner, and therefore the branch outlet of the branch distributing pipe 53 is communicated with the feeding cavity 513.

the asphalt distributor (5) comprises a distributing hopper (51), a feeding cavity (513) and a discharging cavity (514) are arranged in the distributing hopper (51), a feeding hole of the distributing hopper (51) is formed at the top end of the feeding cavity (513), an outlet of a hydraulic pump is communicated with the feeding cavity (513), the bottom end of the feeding cavity (513) is communicated with the top end of the discharging cavity (514), a discharging hole of the distributing hopper (51) is formed at the bottom end of the discharging cavity (514), the thickness of the discharging cavity (514) is T1, the height of the discharging cavity (514) is H1, the ratio D1 of H1 to T1 is between 20 and 30, the thickness of the feeding cavity (513) is T2, and the ratio D2 of T2 to T1 is between 5 and 10;
the asphalt coating method comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding asphalt into the asphalt storage tank (4);
step 2: moving the asphalt distributor to the construction surface;
and step 3: and starting an asphalt spreader to coat asphalt.
2. The asphalt coating method according to claim 1, wherein the size range of H1 is between 40 and 60mm, the size range of T1 is between 1.5 and 3mm, and the size range of T2 is between 10 and 20 mm.

An asphalt coating method according to claim 3, wherein said distributing hopper (51) comprises a left half distributing plate (511) and a right half distributing plate (512) connected to said left half distributing plate (511), concave cavities are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the left half distributing plate (511) and the right half distributing plate (512), the concave cavities of the left half distributing plate (511) and the right half distributing plate (512) form the feeding cavity (513), the flow guide cavity (515) and the discharging cavity (514), the left half distributing plate (511) is provided with a plurality of connecting holes (517) outside the concave cavity, a plurality of reinforcing holes (518) are arranged in the cavity of the left half distributing plate (511), the right half distributing plate (512) is provided with through holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting holes (517) and the reinforcing holes (518), the left half cloth plate (511) is in threaded connection with the right half cloth plate (512).

The asphalt coating method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said asphalt distributor (5) further comprises a switch assembly (52), the outlet of said hydraulic pump is connected with the inlet of said switch assembly (52), said switch assembly (52) is connected with said distribution hopper (51) through a branch distribution pipe (53), said branch distribution pipe (53) comprises a trunk inlet and a plurality of branch outlets, the trunk inlet of said branch distribution pipe (53) is connected with the outlet of said switch assembly (52), and the branch outlets of said branch distribution pipe (53) are connected with the feed inlet of said distribution hopper (51).

The asphalt coating method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hydraulic pump comprises a screw pump (3), the screw pump (3) comprises a pumping motor (31), a screw (33), a helical blade (34), a feeding pipe (32) and a bearing assembly (36), the helical blade (34) is sleeved outside the screw (33), the feeding pipe (32) is sleeved outside the screw (33) and the helical blade (34), the pumping motor (31) is connected with one end of the feeding pipe (32), an output shaft of the pumping motor (31) is fixedly connected with one end of the screw (33), an outlet of the asphalt storage tank (4) is connected with an inlet of the feeding pipe (32), the bearing assembly (36) is arranged at the other end of the feeding pipe (32), and the other end of the screw (33) is arranged in the bearing assembly (36), the outlet of the feeding pipe (32) is connected with the inlet of the asphalt distributor (5).
