step four: sending the cotton linter raw material obtained in the step three into a mixer, then falling into a heating screw to increase the temperature of the cotton linter raw material to 35-55 ℃, conveying the cotton linter raw material into an electrolytic oxygen reaction vessel, adding an auxiliary agent at the temperature of 75-95 ℃, and reacting for 10-15 min to obtain a cellulose semi-finished product;
step five: and (3) adding the cellulose semi-finished product obtained in the fourth step, a protective agent and a catalyst into a reaction kettle for reaction, then carrying out a deslagging process, a screening process and a drying process, and finally packaging to obtain the refined cotton.
Preferably, when the alkali liquor of the cooking auxiliary agent and the cotton linter raw material are subjected to alkali leaching treatment in the step one, a stirring device is required to be used for stirring, so that the alkali leaching effect is ensured.
Preferably, the auxiliary agents in step four include a bleaching aid, a bleaching agent and a catalyst.
