As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the lifting casing column 1-7 comprises a T-shaped lifting casing column 1-7-1 and a lifting column electric control locking pin 1-7-2, and the lower part of the T-shaped lifting casing column 1-7-1 is provided with a lifting column electric control locking pin 1-7-2 for locking the sports car assembly 1, the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 and the concrete hopper assembly 3 with each other.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the second lifting column 2-4 comprises a lifting column plug 2-4-1 and a lifting column electric control locking pin jack 2-4-2, and the surface of the lifting column plug 2-4-1 is provided with an oblong through hole for installing the lifting column electric control locking pin jack 2-4-2, so that the locking of the first lifting sleeve column 1-7 is facilitated, and the stability of the device during movement is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 9, the first guiding and positioning sleeve 2-5 comprises a first guiding and positioning groove fixing seat 2-5-1 and a second guiding and positioning groove 2-5-2, the second guiding and positioning groove 2-5-2 is fixedly connected with the first guiding and positioning groove fixing seat 2-5-1, and the first guiding and positioning column 1-6 assists in mutual butt joint between the sports car assembly 1 and the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2, so that convenience is provided for mutual locking of the first lifting sleeve column 1-7 and the first lifting column 2-2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 10, the second guiding positioning column 2-6 includes a second guiding positioning column 2-6-1 and a second guiding positioning column fixing seat 2-6-2, the tail end of the second guiding positioning column 2-6-1 is fixedly connected with the second guiding positioning column fixing seat 2-6-2, and the second guiding positioning sleeve 3-3 assists in butt joint between the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 and the concrete hopper assembly 3, so as to facilitate mutual locking of the second lifting column 2-4 and the second lifting sleeve column 3-2.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, the positioning device 4-1 of the electric hopper assembly comprises a positioning device fixing frame 4-1-1, a positioning wheel 4-1-2 and a positioning wheel bearing 4-1-3, wherein the positioning wheel 4-1-2 is mounted at the middle section of the positioning wheel bearing 4-1-3 through a bearing, two ends of the positioning wheel bearing 4-1-3 are respectively mounted at two sides of the positioning device fixing frame 4-1-1, the cross section of the positioning wheel 4-1-2 is matched with the contact surface of the outer side of the concrete hopper frame 3-1, and accurate adjustment and positioning at four degrees of freedom, front, back, left and right, is realized through the four positioning wheels 4-1-2. The positioning wheel 4-1-2 can release the collision force through the rotation action after contacting and colliding with the concrete hopper frame 3-1, so that the hopper can stably fall to the ground, the concrete hopper assembly 3 can be better aligned with the concrete hopper rail plate car 4, and the positioning wheel is stably placed on the concrete hopper rail plate car 4.
The concrete hopper controller 3-5 is provided with a battery, so that the concrete hopper assembly 3 can work independently when an external power supply is not available.
The personnel equipment platform 1-2 is provided with a controller, so that the full-automatic split type lifting feeding car has automatic working capacity.
When the full-automatic split type lifting feeding car is used, the full-automatic split type lifting feeding car is arranged on the track, after the power is switched on, the concrete hopper assembly 3 and the concrete hopper track plate car 4 with corresponding quantity are arranged as required, and the equipment can start to operate.
The following is the working process:
in the concrete prefabricated part processing process, a feed carriage is needed to convey the concrete stirred by the stirring station to the mould station, the concrete is uniformly distributed in the mould by the distributing machine, the factors influencing the quality of the prefabricated part, such as air bubbles, are reduced, in the past, either a climbing type feeding trolley or a lifting type feeding trolley is adopted, but the two feeding trolleys have respective disadvantages, the feeding trolley provided by the invention is provided with a separable hopper, and a concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 hoisted by a steel wire rope, wherein the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 can complete lifting work through a lifting winch 1-3 of the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly equipped by the sports car assembly 1, the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 can complete butt joint and locking with the concrete hopper assembly 3 under the assistance of a first guide positioning column 1-6, a first guide positioning sleeve 2-5, a first lifting sleeve column 1-7 and a second lifting column 2-4, the concrete hopper assembly 3 can be conveyed to a concrete mixing station by a concrete hopper rail plate car 4 to load concrete, after the trolley assembly 1 and the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 are transported to a standby area through a rail to wait for the allocation and transportation of the trolley assembly 1 and the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2, the trolley assembly 1 and the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 are lifted after grabbing the concrete hopper assembly 3 through a lifting sleeve column I1-7 and a lifting column II 2-4, the trolley assembly 1, the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly 2 and the concrete hopper assembly 3 are butted and then mutually locked and fixed through the lifting sleeve column I1-7 and the lifting column II 2-4, moving to the upper part of the distributing machine, lowering the concrete hopper assembly 3, opening the bottom of the concrete hopper 3-4, putting concrete into the distributing machine, and continuously feeding the mould by reciprocating; benefit from the wire rope that concrete hopper hoisting frame assembly lift winch 1-3 was equipped with in the in-service use process, can promote the lift distance of stack pallet greatly, the work of corresponding the concrete prefab material loading of multiple height, benefit from the configuration scheme of a plurality of supporting concrete hopper assemblies 3 and concrete hopper track plate car 4 simultaneously, full-automatic split type lift stack pallet can constantly send the concrete hopper assembly 3 that fills with the concrete to the mould top and pour, the lift distance has effectively been promoted, increase the automobile body stability, promote the lift height and can let the hopper separable, thereby promote work efficiency and security.

Claims (10)

1. A full-automatic split type lifting feed carriage comprises a carriage assembly (1), a concrete hopper lifting frame assembly (2), a concrete hopper assembly (3) and a concrete hopper rail plate car (4), and is characterized in that the carriage assembly (1) is connected with the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly (2) through a steel wire rope, the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly (2) is connected with the concrete hopper assembly (3), and the concrete hopper assembly (3) is movably connected with the concrete hopper rail plate car (4); the sports car assembly (1) comprises a sports car assembly frame (1-1), personnel equipment platforms (1-2), a concrete hopper lifting frame assembly lifting winch (1-3), a lifting winch steel wire rope compression roller (1-4), a tensioning pulley component (1-5), a first guiding positioning column (1-6) and a first lifting sleeve column (1-7), wherein more than two tensioning pulley components (1-5) are arranged on the inner side of the sports car assembly frame (1-1), the personnel equipment platforms (1-2) are fixedly installed at the front end of the sports car assembly frame (1-1), the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly lifting winch (1-3) is arranged on the upper portion of the sports car assembly frame (1-1), the lifting winch steel wire rope compression roller (1-4) is arranged at a steel wire reel of the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly lifting winch (1-3), and more than two first guiding positioning columns (1-6) and a first lifting sleeve column (1-7) are arranged on the lower portion of the sports car assembly frame (1-1); the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly (2) comprises a concrete hopper lifting frame (2-1), a first lifting column (2-2), a lifting pulley block (2-3), a second lifting column (2-4), a first guiding positioning sleeve (2-5) and a second guiding positioning column (2-6), the front end and the rear end of a concrete hopper lifting frame (2-1) are respectively provided with a lifting pulley block (2-3), a steel wire rope of a lifting winch (1-3) of a concrete hopper lifting frame assembly is wound on the surface of the lifting pulley block (2-3) after passing through a steel wire rope compression roller (1-4) of the lifting winch and a tensioning pulley component (1-5), the tail end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected to the surface of the lower part of the sports car assembly frame (1-1), the upper part of the concrete hopper lifting frame (2-1) is provided with more than two lifting columns I (2-2), the positions of the lifting columns I (2-2) correspond to the lifting sleeve I (1-7), the lower part of the concrete hopper lifting frame (2-1) is provided with more than two lifting columns II (2-4) and two guide positioning columns II (2-6), the side edges of the concrete hopper lifting frame (2-1) are fixedly provided with more than two guide positioning sleeves I (2-5), and the guide positioning columns I (1-6) are aligned right above the guide positioning sleeves I (2-5); the concrete hopper assembly (3) comprises a concrete hopper frame (3-1), a second lifting sleeve column (3-2), a second guiding and positioning sleeve (3-3), a concrete hopper (3-4) and a concrete hopper controller (3-5), wherein the upper part of the concrete hopper frame (3-1) is provided with more than two second lifting sleeve columns (3-2) and second guiding and positioning sleeves (3-3), the lifting sleeve columns (2-4) are aligned right above the second lifting sleeve columns (3-2), the guiding and positioning columns (2-6) are aligned right above the second guiding and positioning sleeves (3-3), the concrete hopper (3-4) is installed on the inner side of the concrete hopper frame (3-1) through a support, and the concrete hopper controller (3-5) is installed on one side of the concrete hopper frame (3-1) through a support; the concrete hopper track plate trailer (4) comprises an electric hopper assembly positioning device (4-1) and a concrete hopper transport plate trailer (4-2), wherein four electric hopper assembly positioning devices (4-1) are fixedly arranged on the surface of the upper part of the concrete hopper transport plate trailer (4-2), and the four electric hopper assembly positioning devices (4-1) correspond to the four corners of the lower part of the concrete hopper assembly (3); the personnel equipment platform (1-2) is respectively electrically connected with the sports car assembly frame (1-1), the concrete hopper lifting frame assembly lifting winch (1-3) and the lifting sleeve column I (1-7), and the concrete hopper controller (3-5) is respectively electrically connected with the lifting sleeve column II (3-2) and the concrete hopper (3-4).
