After one turn of winding, the spot welding mechanism 2 pushes out the thermal welding head downwards to weld the two layers of overlapped binding films 14, the shape of the welding point is as shown in the fourth drawing, the shape of the welding point 19 is a straight line inclined by 45 degrees, and the binding films 14 are conveniently turned over after rotation.
After welding, the pressing plate push rod 18 drives the pressing plate 13 to retract, then the controller controls the first motor 10 to drive the rotary table 8 to rotate 90 degrees through the driving gear 9, at the moment, the binding film 14 is driven to twist around the welding point 19, then the driving wheel 6 drives the binding film roller 16 to bind around the packaging box 12 again for one circle, and the cross binding of the packaging box is finished.
And then the spot welding mechanism 2 extends downwards again to perform spot welding on the binding film 15, and simultaneously the cutter 1 also extends out to cut off the binding film, thereby completing binding.
And finally, the controller controls the first motor 10 to drive the rotary table 8 to rotate 90 degrees through the driving gear 9, so that the rotary table is restored to the original state.
Therefore, the bundling device and the bundling method provided by the embodiment can perform cross bundling molding on the product by one-time bundling, can realize cross bundling by a single belt, do not need redundant belts, have high automation degree and high efficiency, and are easy to popularize and apply.
