Abstract
The invention relates to an insulating installation method of a top rolling-stopping support for a B-type independent liquid cargo tank, which comprises the following steps: 1. mounting a top rolling-stopping support; 2. welding a fixing stud; 3. a filling hole and a limiting hole are formed in the lower anti-rolling support panel, and a limiting groove is formed in the support area insulation module corresponding to the limiting hole; 4. inserting a limiting pin into the limiting groove from the limiting hole; 5. after the open cavity is sealed, liquid resin is poured into the cavity from the pouring hole until the liquid resin overflows from the pouring hole, and solidification is waited; 6. a through hole is formed in the non-support area insulation module and sleeved on the fixing stud and fixed by a nut; 7. and pouring resin into the gap between the non-support area insulation module and the support area insulation module. Technical Field

Background
LNG is a clean energy source in the future and has wide application prospect as a power fuel for ships. The type B cabin is used as a liquid cargo containment system type allowed by an IGC rule and applied to LNG transport ships and container cabins, and has the advantages of flexible design type, good sloshing performance, short construction period, autonomous controllability and the like. The type B independent liquid cargo tank is filled with liquid LNG with the temperature of 163 ℃ below zero, and in order to prevent external heat from entering the inside of the liquid cargo tank and reduce the evaporation capacity of liquid cargo, an insulating material needs to be arranged on the outer surface of the type B independent tank body.
Different from other independent liquid cargo tanks, the installation method and the precision requirement of the B-type independent liquid cargo tank are higher. According to the IGC requirement, partial secondary shielding needs to be arranged on the B-type independent cabin, the whole liquid cargo containment system needs to be subjected to complex crack propagation and leakage amount analysis and calculation, so that the liquid cargo containment system can contain any goods expected to leak within 15 days, and according to the past design experience, liquid leakage generated at fatigue cracks of the B-type cabin structure is collected to a liquid receiving disc at the bottom of the B-type cabin through the wall surface of the liquid cabin structure for subsequent collection and treatment. Therefore, a certain distance gap needs to be arranged between the outer shell insulation of the B-type tank and the outer surface of the structure of the tank body, the design requirement causes that the insulation design method and the installation mode of the outer side of the tank body of the B-type tank are different from those of other liquid cargo tanks, the installation of the insulation layer of the main body part of the B-type tank needs to adopt a block-shaped installation mode, and the technical requirement of the installation process is high.

step 2, welding a fixing stud at the top of the B-type independent liquid cargo tank;
step 3, arranging a filling hole and a limiting hole on a lower anti-rolling support panel, prefabricating a support area insulating module, and arranging a limiting groove on the support area insulating module corresponding to the limiting hole;
step 4, inserting one end of the support area insulation module, which is provided with a limiting groove, into a cavity at the lower end of the lower anti-rolling support panel, aligning the limiting groove with a limiting hole, and inserting a limiting pin into the limiting groove from the limiting hole;
